We visited here one evening after watching the cricket at Old Trafford. We were only staying for a drink or two but we realised they did food too. My husband had the kebab (it comes on naan bread not pitta) and our friend and myself had the steak frites. I really want to say this was great, but my steak was absolutely AWFUL. Our friends was much better. I should really have sent it back, but you know when you think it might just be the one end? It was so chewy and I couldn't cut it up, you could see the white bits of sinew in it and I couldn't eat it. I did tell the guy who came to clear the plates and he said "sorry about that" and that he'd tell the chef, but that was it. We'd already paid for it. Hubby's kebab was good and our friends steak. I was just unlucky I guess but I can't believe the chef didn't spot the bits of gristle and sinew before he cooked it. The beer, however, is excellent and there's a good choice. The nice young lady behind the bar let me try a taste of one before ordering it.

What a fantastic venue. The Tap Room bar and event space hired for a family party, has to be one of the most unique venues in Salford. The bar staff couldn’t of been more helpful. A wide selection of ales brewed on site plus gins from the 4 Sisters brewery on the same estate. We were given the freedom to provide our own catering, entertainment linked into their PA system, and to decorate the event area. The attentive staff provided day time access, worked tirelessly through the night, and helped us to clear the area at the end of the evening. There was also an adjacent outdoor covered seating area which had been cleared and made ready for us. Which on such a hot night was used at some time by most of our guests. Would recommend this venue and staff team for any large party, (we had 60+ but the venue could cope with up to 100), that you may have in mind. Will definitely use the facilities again. Great value for money, minimum spend on the bar covered the initial venue hire. Thanks for a great evening.

Really enjoyed the brewery tour and tasting at Seven Bro7hers. Kate our hostess was very knowledgeable about the company, brewing beers and the local competition. If you’re looking for a chilled out afternoon, with a few beers and some interesting beer related info check them out. The beer is also delicious!!

There was a mistake with my order as only 1 box was sent instead of 2. Resolved within 2 days and was given complimentary pint glass and bonus couple of cans. Superb service, very pleased. Thank you!

Seven Brothers is a craft brewery in Salford Quays, just behind Media City in Manchester. The 2 hour tour gives a fascinating insight into how the seven brothers (yes really 7) started out and grew it into such an innovative craft brewery; how the beers are developed with passion and determination, and how the various types of ales, lagers etc are brewed through a delicate balance of science and art. Beth, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and really brought the whole experience to life with amusing stories from watermelons to cornflakes. The tour concludes with tasting several of the beers, with generous samples! And of course the Taproom is open if you’d like to drink more afterwards…. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone who appreciates a beer, be it occasionally or often!

This was our first visit to Manchester, Media City, and we were in search of a decent place to enjoy a beer and a blether; Seven Bro7hers did not disappoint! It's rare to find a drinking establishment where the staff are both passionate and knowledgeable about the range on offer, and honestly couldn't have been any more approachable. Our beer sommelier listened to our individual preferences, gave personal recommendations, and somehow managed to look after us as well as everyone else effortlessly. A major highlight was meeting and chatting with one of The Brothers, who's depth of brewing understanding left us in awe. Total fan boys! If you're looking for the perfect craft beer experience, this is it. Unpretentious, inclusive, and genuine. Don't like beer? Try the rum, it's outstanding!

When I arrived at Seven Bro7hers for the Pop Up Painting event I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Beth, our host was most friendly and welcoming. The beer was divine, the smell was incredible and the atmosphere was fantastic. I’ll definitely be visiting again for the beer tasting sessions and to learn more about their process. I would think that it would be a great and unique venue for a private party.

Food was delicious. All the Caribbean flavours, without too much spice. Portions were small but sufficient. Works out approx £10 per head. Would definitely recommend.
