Maybe it's because I sat to eat right when the kitchen opened at 6 (don't judge, I had a long day), but the food was mediocre. The bread basket got me excited, but didn't feel all that fresh. I had the lobster tagliolini, which was confusing... The textures were great, the cook was perfect, but there was so little flavor, I genuinely began questioning if I was coming down with Covid. I tasted nothing. Not even the kick of hotness it was supposed to have (and I don't have much of a spice tolerance to begin with). The service was fantastic, can't fault the wait staff, and the place is beautiful, but the meal was just... bland.

Excellent pasta and superb service by Sabina and Filippo! We had a wonderful experience and were impressed with the fine, authentic cuisine.

Came here to try out the Serendipity pop up as it had long been on my bucket list to visit in NYC. The restaurant is located within the Bulgari hotel and every single staff member was so polite and the Italian waiters were lovely and attentive. They seated us where we wanted, provided us with a bread basket that wasn't on the bar menu and engaged with us during our evening. If you do get a chance to visit, do go for the Serendipity experience. Each frozen hot chocolate is priced at £18 and suitable for 2 people to share. We tried the s'mores one and it was divine. Highly recommended!

Food was terrible for this money. Canapes , a piece of bread(not even properly toasted) with a slice of tomato and some tasteless creme. , Oyster(cannot go wrong) and not well seasoned meat. Then the carpaccio which was totally nnot seasoned with much too thick parmezan slices and really raw celeric??? you must be joking, awefull combination!!! Then pasta with lobster where the pasta was not cooked enough (to al dente) . Then the turkey with 2 dry potatoes , 5 sprouts which looked like was from the 80's as was not looking appealling on the plate(I present my food at home even better) !!! This food I eat in a normal restaurant for 50 euro for the total dinner and not expect to pay 200 for a poor menu. I could have better eat in a Michelin restaurant where they know what cooking is about!!! I never will come back here!!! Horrible Xmas dinner experience

Lovely setting but the service really is not good, I found myself a few times lifting my arm to try to get a waiters attention. Food is nice but not as good as it should be. I had arranged for my wife to have a small cake for her birthday, but they forgot, even though I had spoken to them that morning. I mentioned this on my way out and in all fairness they then gave my wife a bottle of champagne and chocolates. It's nice restaurant but not good enough

The restaurant is very pretty and is in a very good location. My husband and I loved our meals...wonderful assortment of breads, great starters and mains and a dessert that was downright memorable! We can't say enough about the attentive service that we received. Will definitely be returning on our next London visit!

Ho scelto questo ristorante, all'interno dell'hotel Bulgari, perché fra tante alternative era quello che più si avvicinava alle mie esigenze di prezzo e di domanda gastronomica. Essendo un cenone di capodanno, considerando esperienze vissute in altre città, non avevo grandi aspettative, invece nel complesso sono rimasto soddisfatto, sia per la qualità dei piatti che del servizio. La mezzanotte l'ho aspettata nel Nolita Social, il bar del Bulgari, avendo realizzato una prenotazione a parte. Compreso nel prezzo un calice di champagne per brindare all'anno nuovo, ma niente più. L'intrattenimento è stato un pò deludente.

The location is a bit dark and not much of an atmosphere for brunch but the food is excellent. The brunch menu is a prix-fixed offering with lots of options for each course. The beef tartare and the ricotta pancake were really good. The signature spaghetti with San Marzano sauce was phenomenal. Portions were generous as well. The venison fillet was exceptional.

New York deco style. Superb food and perfect Sunday brunch.Relaxed but chic atmosphere with cool singer. Staff were excellent and great value, especially with the free-flow champagne. Worthwhile putting on your map. We will be back.

Nothing to fault we had an excellent time. Had late brunch on the weekend with excellent food (tartar was top notch and so were the agnolotti) as well as free flowing champagne (plenty of it). Very cozy spot with lovely music / live signing and very attentive and good service As others said this place should be busier but given its part of the Bulgari hotel tucked away inside that might not be the case. Bar filled up a bit later as this is also excellent for drinks I certainly can only recommend this place

Cannot fault any areas of their offering. Service very attentive by both the manager and the Italian staff member. Turbot and pasta with cheese ravioli were delicious. Decor is beautiful.

Very slow service: food good but we were wasted before it arrived! We had the private dining room for 6 of us at a business dinner. The staff were charming and very knowledgable. We had cocktails and at least two glasses of wine before any food arrived. The food was good but it was just too slow: we arrived at 7pm and left at 11.30 pm. I think there are better places to go for service: shame really as the food was great.

Domenica 13 abbiamo fatto il brunch con amici e famiglia. Devo dire che la BURRATA pomodorini datterino canditi, zucchine, purea di topinambur, olio al basilico, i tagliolini all'aragosta e i dolci sono stati tutti piatti meravigliosi.. Locale accogliente e personale gentilissimo.

Business breakfast meeting, lovely room to dine we sat in booth at end with couch/chairs, quiet, relaxing, very clean, plenty of masks, hand sanitiser available. Our waiter (Marco?) was very good, attentive, professional. Breakfast was excellent I req poached eggs the yoke to be runny, best I have ever had! WC's very clean to excellent standard. Nice hand cream! Look forward to returning again. Had a look at spa, looked lovely, staff informative. Well done Sette Hotel!

Impeccable service. Quiet and tranquil atmosphere. Not a big menu but everything is cooked to perfection and the chef is always happy to make changes. Handmade pasta is delicious (lobster as well as the mushroom ragu ones). Freshly made bread with excellent condiments. The vegetable sides are fresh and cooked just right. A great Italian restaurant.

Excellent venue and service. From the moment me and my girlfriend entered the venue we were treated very nicely. The initial front of house was lovely and friendly. All the waiter staff were helpful and friendly. The venue itself is beautiful and looks very modern and sleek. The live music was beautiful as well. We went for the set brunch. I really enjoyed the croissant sandwich, beef burger and the strawberry crumble. My girlfriend did think the spaghetti was a bit on the firm side.

Excellent service and food. The menu is small but they will make anything for you outside of the menu. The bread is freshly baked and hot and portions are perfect. Pasta is extremely fresh. Great service.
