Seoul Chikin in Plymouth

Horrendous. Please avoid this business at all costs. My order was so wrong and disgusting that deliveroo had to give me a full refund. Deliveroo have now assured me they are investigating the business as many other customers have reported receiving wrong and disgusting food. The ‘loaded fries’ were just plain fries - and cold too. The Buffalo Fries ( supposed to be Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, Spring Onion, Crispy Onion, Red Chilli) were non existent. Just not included at all. My chicken wings were also missing. And the burger was awful. I genuinely think this business is just incompetent or perhaps a scam business. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. Avoid this business. There are countless other reviews the same as mine so you can see I am not making this up.

First order, won’t be going back. How do you get an online order incorrect? It comes through on a machine and you literally have to copy it across to the till. Our order, for 2 burgers, 2 sides, drinks and wings contained 2 completely different burgers to those ordered. One totally wrong, in that it should have been plain but we received a sriracha one instead! Chips were cold but I don’t expect much of delivered chips anyway and the wings smelled so much of fish that son wouldn’t eat them. On the plus they got the cans of drinks right and the delivery was excellent.

Nothing Korean about the food. The chicken wings weren't crispy - were undercooked and some were raw still. The sauce wasn't Korean or anything close to it. Just smothered with some cheap bottled sauce and garnished with spring onions. The burger bun was tough chewy and stale, the chicken in the burger was soggy and bland. I'm not sure man, whoever owns this business has probably never been to Korea or even tasted actual Korean food. Three different drivers dropped my order, as they apparently didn't want to deal with this restaurant. Absolute shame - as I love Korean wings. Save your money, get some Iceland chicken wings and make your own sauce - cheaper and more edible than this.

Whilst the food didn’t look anything like the photos, I haven’t got anything to complain about. The chicken wasn’t dry, all the food was hot as each item came wrapped in kitchen foil. The chicken wings weren’t crispy but they were cooked through and the buffalo sauce was good!

Quite possibly the worst restaurant in Plymouth. Wings tasted like dog food and were lazily drizzled with sauce. Same for the chicken strips. Only thing that was passable were the loaded chips. Don't waste your time. Thoroughly disappointed

Just had it delivered via Uber. Really good. Baking hot. Lovely flavour. Highly recommended.

Probably the worst food I’ve eaten in Bristol, they’re also marketed as “Flip the Bird American style chicken”…. Which is fully false advertisement since America does chicken well… If you like food then just avoid this place and it’s rip off rebrand.

Can't understand the bad reviews, had it twice now via Ubereats and have no complaints over the food. Chicken is delicious and it tasted fresh and the price is about right! Sweet potato fries are insane 👌

Wings were a bit medium rare but the burger and tenders were insane but hot

Had it delivered on Uber eats and had absolutely no problem with the food or delivery at all. There are so many bad reviews on here but we didn't experience any of those problems. The food was absolutely amazing for all of us (a mixture of people who don't and don't like spice). Usually food doesn't please us all because it's too spicy or not spicy enough but Seoul Chikin left all of us loving it. We will definitely be back. The food is very unique for Plymouth and tasted amazing :)

Late was the beginning! Don’t even have the restaurant number on the profile, goes to just eat and automated. !! Food- poor is generous! It’s diabolically bad! Chicken is part processed- I have photos if needed The ‘size’ of said chicken portion is just flavour that’s crispy on the outside and raw on the inside! The chicken is obviously pre cooked- at least I won’t get food poisoning so that’s a bonus! Don’t order - don’t even bother- rough as anything! My dogs eat better than this!!!!!

I would say that this has been the most horrible 'korean" food l have ever eaten. This is just not Korean food. I got the classic burger and 12 Korean wings with fries. The burger was your average decently spiced up sandwich and the wings were just plain fried with the smallest amount of sauce and spring onions sprinkled on top. I have to say I have never seen such small wings ever! So small that I ended up counting them as l originally thought they sent me 6 instead of 12 pieces. The drinks are 330 ml no 500 or larger so you have to get 2-4 cans with a meal. The fries were good and a decent size but that's definitely not enough for a restaurant to qualify as acceptable. Really disappointed as I honestly thought that was a genuine Korean restaurant

Absolutely trash, they just put the name Korean in front of their food to try sell it, dry terrible chicken and batter, not loaded fries at all I wish I read these reviews before ordering what a waste.

Terrible. Chicken tastes cheap. The chips turned up with just sauce and barely melted cheese on. Premium price for a below average meal. Won’t go back again

Absolutely disgusting. Pictures are fake. Burger is not triple breaded or crispy Wings are not korean and everything was cold. Total disappointment. What a waste of money. Also had missing items!!

Chicken very dry and over cooked (looked old and grey). Chips were not loaded at all. Just a little bit of cheese and a small bit of bbq sauce. Just not good food in general

Their photos on deliveroo are used too much editing and photoshop 😅 the chicken is not crispy nor golden at all. Topping is disappointing. Chips are soggy. Not recommended at all.
