I really enjoy the restaurant and customer service. Meal good value for money , atmosphere Cousy . Definitely be back advice anyone to try this restaurant .

First time getting a takeaway from here. Absolutely wonderful. Best Thai I've had in years. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

Customer service is excellent. Food above the expectation, flavour of Asia amazing combination. Definitely would advise anyone to pop in to try this lovely spot .

I've been coming to Seeracha for over 20 years. I consider the staff to be almost like family. So much so that they have pretty well memorised my and my family's orders. One of my family's favourite dishes is called 'Geow Grob. It's a freshly fried wonton, containing a delectable 'soupçon' of minced pork. Over a decade ago one of the kindly staff was always delighted over my very young son's interest in Thai dishes. To my amazement and my son's utter delight, the kindly lady took the time to teach my son how to make these delectable treats. And here we are, almost twenty years later and that wonderful, sincere warmth of Thai people is renewed dozens of time each year as we continue to visit Seeracha. And as my beloved children are grown and live far from 'home,' I know that when I'm longing for kind, professional and talented culinary artists to prepare some of the finest Thai dishes in Eastbourne, I just let my feet, (and my heart) lead me to Seeracha! Absolute disappointment. Yellow chicken curry was congealed, in a sloppy batter. The duck was nothing but fat and gristle. The pad thai was flavourless and again congealed. A lot of money spent for the whole meal to go in the bin. Awful!

What a joke! Planned an evening with friends. Completely ruined because the food never turned up, and 4 calls to a restaurant who didn’t care at all. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. If there’s a problem, they’re not interested. Their response was ‘speak to Just Eat’. Of course you can’t! So that’s a pile of money down the drain and an evening completely ruined!

Simply the best in town. Would order more often if they had a Som Tam.

We used to go to this place quite often but we haven't been quite awhile, went here few days ago and food was still very good, will definitely be back soon.

We ordered delivery for two, advised an hour which was absolutely fine. Selection of starters Fowler by two main courses at £12 each along with rice and noodles. Both main meals were half filled containers as shown in image. We ordered no.42 which should have been crispy beef in garlic and black pepper. When we called back to say we weren't happy with our order the guy who answered said they don't do that dish at the moment so sent an alternative. He said next time we order we will get a special price. No thanks... £55 quid and it was dreadful. Don't waste your money, go to the Thai Village instead 👍

Very nice atmosphere and decour. Food is very Anglicized, I presume to appeal to English taste more than Thai. The Mussaman curry I had was overly sweet,runney and no spice. Side dish of vegetables though was excellent.

Made a reservation for today at 2.30pm for lunch via OpenTable. Confirmed reservation yesterday only to turn up today and the restaurant was closed. Really disappointed - suggest you update your opening hours on OpenTable!

Not much has changed, in my view, since my less than rapturous review in February 2018, except that the restaurant this time had virtually no atmosphere. We had 2 courses each, with a bottle of wine and a pre-meal complimentary plate of prawn crackers and were in and out within an hour. The food all came up far too quickly, with no pause inbetween. Unimpressed with the food (which could also have been hotter - just luke warm). The waiter was welcoming and friendly, the waitress was unsmiling and abrupt. Also, when we asked whether one portion of rice would be enough to accompany our main meals, she said a definite "no" and so we ordered two and had to leave one, as it was far too much. We shan't be returning.

Really lovely food, recommend this if you like Thai food

We managed to book a table for this evening on the off chance. We are glad that we did. The service was quick and polite and the food was served up quickly and hot. We both had a curry of different sorts and they were delicious. How they manage in Thai food to add so much freshness in their flavours. Excellent

Fantastic customer service, lovely decor, a calm atmostphere. I'm both vegan and gluten free and the staff were very helpful and considerate of my food intolerance. I ordered some mixed vegetables and coconut rice. Was tasty.

I can only say I'm delighted to have found this amazing restaurant. As soon as you walk through the door, you're greated by very friendly staff. I'm a real Thai foodie, and this is by far the very best Thai green curry ever. My friend had an amazing dish, but too, but I know I'll be Thai green at every visit. I can't recommend this place enough. We ordered glasses of fizz too, and they were very generous glasses. The ambience in the restaurant is pure chilled and relaxed. Best restaurant in Eastbourne.

Food not bad but small portions poor value and average service Ok restaurant but be aware menu wasn't particularly vegetarian friendly ( poor starter selection etc.). Main dishes ok but my dinner companion had a mixed veg dish which cost £8.50 and was tiny. Accompanied rice was tasty but tiny portion. I had Pad Thai which was very passable. Service was average but when asked if we were happy we explained our issues and were told we had ordered the wrong dishes !?! We paid the bill but for the first time in many years did not pay a tip. This restaurant has so much potential but is overpriced and needs to consider it's diners a little more.

Excellent food and service. Arrived at half 7 and the restaurant was reasonably busy. Service was just the right balance and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Both the chicken and king prawn pad Thai and yellow curry are must haves!

First time I’ve visited this place. We had an excellent meal here and a very nice time. The menu choice is excellent and it was actually very difficult to choose. Service is friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back to try some of the other menu items that tempted me.

Lovely food best in town, but unfortunately the just eat delivery was very late, so the food was only warm when it eventually arrived. He could have called me for directions, I would be happy to assist,but nothing. Plus he couldn't speak English apparently according to the restaurant. Such a shame because Seeracha has been there for years with a great reputation. Guys, don't do yourselves wrong with poor delivery service please 🙏

Sadly our order was delivered an hour later than it states here. I phoned the restaurant who said that the driver was new but it was out for delivery. Of course when the food arrived it was cold and has to be reheated. If it had arrived on time hot I’m sure it would have tested better! It is a shame as the dishes themselves were ok but we won’t be ordering again as do not want to risk the same thing happening.

Tom Yum soup wasn't that good what I expected...can ear just shrimp and mushrooms all another bits need go to bin.

Went to Seeracha during a weekend trip to Eastbourne. Found this restaurant just down the road from our hotel. We tried booking in person but we were told that it is fully booked. Later we checked online and there was an option to book. So...

Using Tripadvisor to find somewhere to eat, this popped up and was just behind our hotel. Thought we would give it a go. Glad that we did. Food was delicious. We have the veggie spring rolls, tempura veggies and a veggie green curry with jasmine...

The food was excellent as it always is, we are regulars. However we did order Pad Thai noodles with tiger prawn but got it with chicken instead. It was still delicious just not what we had chosen.

Food was late and then one of the main dishes was half empty, half the amount of meat there normally is and barely any sauce. Called up to tell the restaurant and they didn't care and didn't do anything. Won't be ordering from here again.

Normally the best Thai restaurant around , however the ribs were not coated in a sticky honey glaze but were in some watery sauce swimming about , the red curry sauce was way to thin which was basically coconut milk had no flavour to it at all, the beef massaman was ok but no depth of flavour or cashew nuts, I’ve eaten here for years but this was by far the worst meal I’ve had from here , I can only assume a different chef tonight perhaps, If this was my first ever order I’d never order again but as I know they are top quality normally I will, but please never send me that again !

Chose this restaurant purely on trip adviser reviews and location & what a find it was! The food was completely fresh & delicious & beautifully spiced, with a nice varied menu to choose from. Lovely decorations on the plate. Would definitely recommend a visit.

It's a very nice restaurant. Lovely helpful staff. The food is excellent and reasonable prices. The portions are of a good size. The food is bursting with flavour and is obviously freshly cooked. Would recommend.

I had the Pad Thai with Chicken as a takeaway, service was fast and friendly, food was hot and very tasty....I enjoyed it so much I went back the following night in the howling wind and rain....Pad Thai again, and an order of the Spare Ribs, the meat just fell off the bone.... delicious! Shame I live in London as I'd love to try out more of the food....

Food was amazing. Arrived just 19 mins early so acceptable.

Most of the food was excellent but one of the dishes should have been a starter, it turned out to be a battered vegetable dish. Fairly disappointed as when we called seeracha we were told that's what we ordered and if there had been a mistake we had to contact just eat. Apparently that's not possible so we were stuck with battered veg (2 portions of) that we didn't want. Also the food wasn't hot by the time we received it. Shame but the mains were pretty good

We have the fish soup which was tasty and spicy, and then of course the red and green curry which were both good quality

The food was superb. Delivered a bit late, but the driver was very apologetic, roadworks en route. That can happen to anyone, the food was still great, feel so fat couldn't stop eating it! :-P Will order again.
