Eat well, live well: this is the slogan on above the door, but I'm not sure what it means exactly. All you're going to find here is deep-fried food, which certainly isn't a key to living well, and the food isn't very good either, so eat well isn't likely either. Had myself a donor wrap, which was okay. Nothing special. Run of the mill ultra processed donor meat. Also had a 'spicy' chicken burger, which was just a regular chicken burger with some chilli sauce on it. Chicken was almost inedible as it was so hard and dry. Bread was pretty stale. Altogether, poor experience. I've said this about other takeaways; these types of places have no pride in what they're selling and exist purely to make money. If they could get away with selling you worse food than they already do to make a few quid, you'd better believe they would. People who are saying this is great tasting, and it's a great takeaway, simply have no idea what good food is.

Wouldn't recommend at all, me and my family had a takeaway from here and we all have food poisoning, absolutely shocking how I'll we all are! Safe to say as soon as I can stop vomiting I'll be making a call to environmental health

Ordered food and they missed out half the order when we came back asking for a refund they refused it.

Without a doubt the best takeaway place. Always 10/10 food with amazing service. I always ask for no olives on my pizza and every time they listen and don’t put them on. Sedgley sizzlers + staff well done, smashing it 👍 The girlfriend was around today and left a note saying “please ring when outside, girlfriend may bite” And they sent this. with pen on the pizza box “bite pizza not boyfriend” Made us chuckle and made the girlfriend happy. The chicken was dry like the staffs attitude won’t go here again! and mint sauce does not belong in the chilli dips tasted rank.

Had the Mexican pizza which was supposed to have spicy beef on it, but it was mostly cheese. Plenty of jalapeños was the only good point. Won't order again.

Asked for no mayo as allergic to it told them about 4 times during ordering still plasterd in mayo shows how they care about customer wellbeing they lost a regular customer will be ordering from dixy chicken from now on hopefully you will take customers health seriously from now on

Does not very clean in side the shop

Look I understand we all have to make money but you know what atleast have some kind of pride in what you do. I ordered 2 pizzas last night and they both went in the bin. I have no words for how inedible they were, it was like they had been made a month ago and then sent out to me last night. I was so upset and I had been drinking so I couldn't bring them back to see if you would eat a slice in front of me. £19 for a box of upset nice one lads.

Ordered my food at 6 o’clock for me and my daughter waited a hour for it all to turn up stone cold I rang up to complain to be told we will give you a free 1 next time we are to busy to bring you another even though my food wasn’t fit to eat so I continue to complain they finally agree to bring me a replacement wich I have been waiting over 3 hours for and it still hasn’t arrived me and my 6 year old daughter sat here starving I call every hour to be told they still waiting on the delivery driver any money it comes cold again absolutely terrible service will not order from here again it’s now 9 o’clock and my food still hasn’t arrived

Had a late night delivery tonight and the food was hot, fresh and so tasty. Everything was cooked perfectly and came quickly thank you for making the end of my Halloween party perfect!

Fries only not chips like chippy. Mainly pizza, burgers and chicken. Menu looked good. Missed stuff from our order which we paid for. Ordered in shop so realised when we got home.

Pizza was amazing, really tasty dough and toppings with generous amount of cheese. I made the mistake of ordering a milkshake which was really pretty poor, just milk with a Bueno blended in it, really need to get an ice-cream machine if you want to make decent milkshakes. I'd give the pizza 5/5 and milkshake 2/5.

Do not eat here. Ordered at the counter last night, they took the food around the back and when another staff member came from out the back he was laughing. He may or may not have done anything to the food but theres no need to take food out of the customers view. I asked for my money back as I didn't want that now and he didn't even argue or contest as to why I wanted my money back. Rings alarm bells to me that they are messing with people's food. I've had a lot of deliveries from here and this was the first time I'd been in and ordered In the shop but I can categorically say I'll never eat there again now. **** I didn't order cheesey fries I ordered a tray of chips with kebab meat so there's no reason for him to take it back there. But thank you for prooving you can't be trusted ****

Loved ordering from this place on delivery by their amazing google payment service I was ordering 2-3 times a week They have now decided to only use JUSTEAT as deliveries which means it’s cost more and can only pay via card now No ideal I haven’t orders since

Unfortunately I have ordered from here twice through uber eats way past the opening times they state, I have ordered around 12.45 today and the previous time was 1.30, both times the order got cancelled and then once the order is cancelled they then update on uber eats that "they aren't taking orders at this moment" terrible that is, the hassle of ordering and having to wait for a refund off uber eats, Be warned if you order from this restaurant through uber eats, you are better going into the place to order just to make sure they are open.

Good food at a decent price! The burgers are lovely and a good size. The chicken is delicious and the fries always comes in a generous portion. Definitely a "go to place".

These brothers really look after you, they pay attention and listen to you when you are ordering. We were quite hungry and were after a large meal with variety and the brother on the counter suggested a few different things. Really good service, clean and fast. Food is really good, make sure to get the peri salt on your chips!!

Food is delicious, I noticed that I was overcharged coz confusion with what we ordered, but went in today and he gave me a full refund, he remembered us what a lovely man. Would highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back Thank you again

Nicest guy I’ve ever met at a chippy the discounts the guy gives you is unreal easily the best chippy in the area.The guys chicken wings are easily better than KFC Highly recommended.
