Both dishes were nice enough; the trifle had little taste of elderberry and plenty of cream as a topping, and the flatbread with lamb was tasty, but I was also a little disappointed by the general concept of it: great fries, no salad. The cheese from the shop is simply outstanding; it's a fantastic butcher shop.

Took my wife for an early dinner on Friday evening. We had a lovely meal, I had the cod loin and my wife had the lamb, both meals were great. I'm going back soon to try the burgers. Thanks to all the staff.

The best Sunday dinners we have ever had! The team are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. I spoke to Dan in regards to having an issue with whether or not we would be able to make our table on the Sunday due to a family member falling ill and having to have a quite serious operation. I asked if it would be possible to have the Sunday dinners for take out instead, due to my father not being able to come in to the restaurant to sit and eat, he agreed straight away, sorted three dinners and desserts for take out and even brought them to the car for me so I could sit and wait with my dad. The food was delicious as always, it’s become a religion now for us to go once a month for Sunday lunch, so would 100% recommend!!

Sunday roast was delicious! Menu options are chosen from a two course menu; I would have preferred to pick between starter/desert or just the single course. Puds were unfortunately underwhelming making it a tasty but pricey lunch at £28.

Food is lush, especially Sunday roast, nice drink on tap too (purity). But come with big pockets, pricey.

It's good. Love the concept. The butchers - restaurant combo is cool. But the food is a bit patchy in quality to be 5⭐. Steak was great but overdone with a watery bearnaise sauce. Lamb burger was excellent but coleslaw was frothy. Chips were outstanding but wine was sharp, even after a few glasses 😉 All in all - probably what we expected. Would recommend.

Each dish was expertly prepared, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. The flavors were bold and memorable, and each bite was a delight to the senses. The presentation of the dishes was also beautiful, adding to the overall dining experience. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of seats. The combination of great service, excellent food, and a welcoming atmosphere truly sets this restaurant apart. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to all of my friends and family.

Waited a long time for a slot to go for Sunday lunch and the food was fantastic. Lovely atmosphere in the Bistro and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. The only thing we found to be a negative is the fact that the menu is £28 for two courses and still charged the same even if you have the one course which then makes it rather an expensive roast lunch compared to other places. One of our party has a very small appetite and a little disappointed about this. Overall a nice place and would visit again.

First time for Sunday dinner , we have been for breakfast and lunch before and it was amazing , but Sunday dinner was beautiful really tasty and lots of it thanks very much .

Decided to try somewhere different but always keen to support local, did not disappoint. Staff were so friendly and attentive which makes so much difference. Food was gorgeous, my husbands steak was cooked to perfection and I had the katsu chicken burger which was delicious. Can’t wait to return, a real gem ❤️

We had breakfast here on a weekday morning. The food was freshly prepared and came out piping hot. The service was genuinely friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. We received our orange juice free of charge for a minor delay. Lovely place and would definitely recommend.

Started with the pork carnitas tacos for started and then for main had the double beef burger and chicken wagyu burger with onion rings on the side. Everything was top notch. 10000% would reccomend and will be going again.

Lovely little spot for a very relaxed meal with some great produce and service with a smile. I will be returning to try all the other items on the menu when I come back to Wolves. Highly recommend and service with a smile so nothing to fault there.

Had a leaving works do meal with a party of 20 friends and we all really enjoyed the burgers and steaks, amazing quality!! The service was also excellent would recommend here for any occasion!!

What a find! Situated on the High Street of Tettenhall next to Robinsons butchers were all their meats are locally sourced from. Opened at 6pm, full by 6:10pm. Great menu, lovely food (sorry no pictures as it looked so good we just dived right in) good friendly service and sensible prices. Also, it's only a 10 minute drive to Wolverhampton.

A cosy bistro ideal for couples and families, the menu is filled with locally sourced quality ingredients. We had the pork scratchings as a snack, which were the biggest I've ever seen - only for those with strong teeth! For starters we shared the squid, then the carnitas tacos. I recommend a steak as a main. We had a rump steak to share as it's slightly bigger at 10oz. Definitely upgrade the fries to their fantastic triple cooked chips! The pork belly was also tasty.

We’ve been here several times and feel the need to shout it’s praises. It’s quite simply the best restaurant of its type in the region. Friendly staff, quality produce and a well crafted menu which changes from time to time. We love eating here and would recommend it highly - it will not disappoint!

Booked a table for Friday evening, on the same day (one table left) the festive menu is on offer which is incredible value. Started off with a Aperol Spritz and a recommendation for beer which my husband was impressed with I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the cocktail Both opted for starters of Parfait- was homemade and delicious, a (off menu) starter of breads and butter was offered to our little guest so that he wasn’t left out. The main courses stole to show we had the chicken, pork and the cheese burger from the little ones menu, the adult mains came with cauliflower cheese, triple cooked fries, celeriac and carrots for the table individually each item was cooked to perfection. The food really was fantastic, portions are generous and service is swift, attentive and friendly It’s our second visit- and the quality and experience has been fantastic and consistent on both occasions Brilliant chef, excellent quality ingredients and an Intimate setting Cannot wait to come back for Sunday lunch If you haven’t been yet - Go! This was our second visit for Sunday lunch in the last few months and it was amazing again. High quality food with excellent enthusiastic staff, we travel from Sutton Coldfield and it’s well worth it. Well done to Dan and all of the team we hope to see you again soon.

Well what can I say, what a hidden gem! Food is absolutely fantastic, ribeye steak is class. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve had. We will definitely return. Can’t fault the place, top food and service.

Visited here while visiting family in Wolverhampton, very impressed with the quality of food, our party of 4 had Salmon for 2, Belly Pork for 1 and Venison for 1 as well, all of us polished our food off including the chunky chips which were lovely. We were also pleasantly surprised by the local wine on offer, a bottle of Red and a bottle of White were consumed with our food from a local producer. Our waitress Lucy was very attentive and pleasant.

I'm something of a regular at Seats, love it there. Great food, friendly staff, exactly what the area needs. I contacted Tom as I wanted to hire the Bistro to showcase my favourite eatery to my colleagues from the US and China who came over for our annual company meeting. We also invited the team from our creative agency so they could all meet face-to-face. Everyone agreed that the evening was a huge success, driven by superb food, drink and customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Their branded stickers went down well too. As a result, Seats now has a bunch of local and international advocates who all wish to return, both to the Bistro and to Wolverhampton - no mean feat! Thank you so much for helping us with this.

This is a stunning roast. The quality of the food is top notch, all locally sourced. The best lamb Ive probably ever had. It's also consistently good every time we've been. Service and drinks are great too, highly recommend.

I was undecided where I wanted to eat. I saw this on Google and as a local thought I’d give it a go. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! I had steak & fries and it blew my mind. Sophie was so so lovely and Dan (the man) made me feel right at home. Jordan & Emma I just want to take home with me SUPERB chefs!!! I’m so annoyed I haven’t come here sooner!

Be careful, it is better to reserve – even at lunchtime during the week –, and it takes easily 30-35 minutes before being served for the dishes, but on the other hand it is worth it. A real taste experience, the burger is just incredible, with every bite new flavors, absolutely delicious, according to all my friends who have tested it and myself. The fries are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I also had an iced coffee which was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the room very cute. For the quality of the meal, the prices were really fair. Some of my friends also tried the brunch dishes another day, and apparently it was great too! If you are passing through Tettenhall, don't miss this restaurant!

Came for a mixed meat Sunday roast and definitely was not disappointed!! All of it was cooked to perfection and the iced latte with oat milk was just as delicious. You can also ask for extra vegetables and gravy if wanted. Generous portion and very filling! It was 2 courses for £28 which is great value. I had apricot and almond bakewell tart which also tasted insane (I wasn't keen on the drizzle of sauce on the plate but everything else was perfect). Staff were lovely and helpful. Pay to park available nearby. Need to book in advance on a weekend as they fill up quickly. Have recommended to others already and will definitely be back!

Decided to try Seats Bistro on a day out. Such a lovely little place. The food is freshly made. Warm coffee and an even warmer welcome. The portions are a bit on the smaller side but so very delicious. I would not hesitate recommending for breakie, lunch or a quick afternoon treat.

I love this place! The burgers, in particular, are incredible. It’s only a small restaurant though so make sure to make a reservation if you want to go in the evenings, especially at the weekend.

We booked a table for 2 people on a Friday evening, at 6.30pm and told us we have till 8pm for our sitting. That wasn't a problem. We were sat on a table as you walk in, with the door open it was a little chilly. It's a small place, if I did go back, I wouldn't want to sit on one of those tables. We ordered starters I had wasbi chicken and my partner had fried squid with garlic mayo. The chicken was nice, but my partner said the squid was bland. We both had a lamb patty 🍔 burger with fries and coleslaw. It was nice, but we both expected a little bit of spice to the lamb. We shared a dessert, Eton mess with fresh raspberries. It was nice.

Just had the best Sunday lunch we've ever had. Service,ambience and magnificent quality sunday lunch. No wonder you have to get in there quick to book in advance absolutely delicious. Well done Robinsons and thankyou for the experience.

Amazing food and lovely staff. Ordered the reuben benedict and I couldn't fault it. Get a side of hash browns with anything you order and you won't regret it. Will be going back for more. Fantastic value as its all homemade using local produce and meat from the butchers on site.

Fantastic. We had not been for a while, went for dinner last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary, what a superb meal we had and the service was excellent. We weren’t sure what to have so asked the waitress she was so friendly and helpful and we went with her recommendation. The Shropshire duo of lamb and the honey glazed pork belly both of which were absolutely spot on. Complemented with a nice bottle of fruity Argentinian red. The manager even sent us over a complimentary glass of Prosecco each, which was a lovely surprise. Tom the boss wasn’t in last night but the place was in good hands. Well done to Chef, waitress and manager. If you’re anywhere near Tettenhall do yourself a favour and eat at Seats.

Asked for an accessible table wasn't the most accessible as the bistro isnt very wide as it is and steps leading inside which they can't do much about but other than that food was fantastic as well as drinks just a bit of a wait for the food other than that no faults!

Food absolutely excellent service appalling. No one else in when I arrived told our table round the corner. Waited for my friend to arrive. Meanwhile another member of staff arrived and appeared in an apron behind the counter. Now 3 members of staff in situ....

Popped in as a walk in and they still managed to seat us. Food was a little time to come due to how busy it was, but It was absolutely worth waiting for. Front of house team were all really friendly. Menu is good and varied enough for most folk to find something they like.
