Really bland, I didn't think it was possible to have a bad Chinese, or feel the need to add salt to every dish. We were applying salt and pepper like there was no tomorrow and most dishes could not be salvaged. Felt inedible. Worst rice ever, a microwave packet would have been better. Delivery service was fast and good, but won't be ordering again.

Visited Lytham and found a Chinese takeaway for myself Checked on the menus on their pictures online and was rather confused at two prices shown £5.60 or £6.40. Ordered my takeaway and queried the prices with the server. He of course said the correct price was £6.40. I asked him about the other price shown of £5.60 o the web site, and he claimed they did not have a web site. I asked him why the pictures showed two prices but he said this was down to Facebook. I told him I did not have a Facebook account but he was not interested. I asked him could he charge me the price on the picture st £5.60 but he refused..I recommended he got this problem of pricing corrected. After all this , the Yung Chow Fried rice that I ordered was very bland. I will not be returning as the food was poor and the customer service was even worse

We have been going here for years and the quality has consistently been really great. Food is ALWAYS hot and delicious, staff are always polite and I always find myself craving more. I have had the pleasure of being able to sample great Chinese food across the country, in both takeout and dine-in form. To me though, Seasons is the benchmark - I have not once had a bad experience eating there. We ordered from here on Sunday as we often do, and it was as good as ever. I had the crispy aromatic duck - one of my favourites. Prawn toast, which was crispy and delicious. Crispy shredded steak in chili sauce. This is something that I've only been having recently, but it is amongst the best I have ever had. Chicken in Cantonese sauce - Oh my! It is so good. I can't recommend this enough; it is ambrosia. We also had our usual side orders of egg fried rice, chips and prawn crackers which again is always hot and and always delicious. Overall Seasons is a brilliant Chinese takeout - any guest I have stay always say that it's the best they've ever had, and I tend to agree.

COLD FOODShocking noodlesRang seasons this evening to place an order the young person who answered the took my order then said to me oh just hang on a minute I will ask how long it will be (fair enough) then you can hear them in the back having a debate of how long it will take to cook a very simple order. He then comes back to the phone and said it will be 1 hour so I went to collect my order after 50 minutes and when I arrived my food was sat on the side in a carrier bag (not under a warmer) or anything and also there was nobody stood waiting for food orders nor was the phone ringing! when I drove the short 5min journey back to the quays i was some what shocked to find my food was cold!!!!!!! The noodles were absolutely disgusting a horrible dirty dark colour and like they were yesterdays noodles that had been microwaved (unedible) all the food had to put in our oven in foil to re heat. Wouldn't you think a chinese takeaway that has been there for time would have someone answering the phone with the knowledge of how long the next order would be it would be very very simple to cumunicate with the person who is cooking the food (surely it wasn't Eddie who cooked tonight's food) what sort of time the next that comes in would take without having to leave the phone to ask BUT then get the time wrong and leave the customers food on the side to go cold!!!!! What a shame as I have been using seasons for years BUT no longer will I be visiting that chinese again. If your thinking of ordering a chinese don't bother ordering from Lythams Chu's chinese or Lythams seasons chinese as you might as well throw your money in the bin I have ordered from both in the last 3weeks and both have been disgusting!!!!! I rang seasons on Saturday evening to be told it would be a two wait for orders I really do think seasons need to get some staff who are capable of answering the phone and get some organisation skills, leave the cooking to Eddie.Avoid!!!Unless the usual chef is in the kitchen!!!

Been coming here for years and never been disappointed. This time we had chicken curry, veg chow mien, Cantonese chicken and egg fried rice. Unlike many Chinese take aways, the flavours are distinctive and each main dish has its own charm. My one criticism is that the rice is sometimes a little over cooked but that aside I would strongly recommend. Much better than other Chinese takeaways in the area.

Ordered for 6 adults so we ordered a number of items off the menu. Reasonably priced, quality of food, hmmm you can't really moan for the price. Ill leave it at that. Good portions and we ordered in the shop, wait time was 10 mins, so not bad. Not sure if I would order there again.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken and chips and chicken noodles through Just Eat. Food arrived late and it was disgusting. Chips were soaked in oil with few pieces of chopped chicken schnitzel, all covered with fried onion and tone of oil. The other dish-noodles were dry with same chopped chicken schnitzel on the top. The only good thing was curry sauce. Never again, waste of money as it landed in a bin.

Honestly worst meal I’ve had !!! Salt and pepper munch box !! Never seen salt and pepper !! Chicken balls all batter !! Spring rolls no filling and what was in them was tasteless!! Salt and pepper ribs were x 4 tiny squares and again bland So back to lytham for me at least it’s decent and tasty I wish I could leave a better review but I’m afraid not.
