Me and my boyfriend came not long after covid restrictions had been lifted we had to put up our hands like children in a classroom to get served we were ignored so we ended up in scallywags where we cud actually go up to the bar plus better entertainment

Nice pub been going in for years

Reasonable prices on drinks and food, gets very busy during the shool holidays, plenty of variety.

Very good night disco good laugh and drink we will come bck in October

Went into pub to play Bingo. Lad said, can't accept more than 50p in change. At the time I had 60p in 10p's and 40p in 20p's. So the comment was fair. So I went back with £1 coin , a 50p and then two 20p and a 10p. Still told can't accept more than 50p in change. What a joke! So you can't accept anything less than a £1 coin then? Why not just say that? How can you pay in change? Without paying more than 50p in change, without £1 coins?

Ordered Two pints of guineas which were both SOUR, usually due to a bacterial infection in the barrel, told them and they just poured it down the sink. no apology or refund atleast, disgraceful.

Honestly, it’s not bad, but the prices are crazy. Copper costs £5 here, but you can get it for £2 at the shop. It's kind of a scam. Even the drinks are more expensive than usual. Everything else was good, but the prices are terrible.

The food is alright. There's drinks for kids and adults and there quite cheap but there's no choice of snacks all there is is crisps and nuts but the service is HORRIBLE!!! my child went to the arcade and I was shocked the workers ignore everyone and we spent £5 trying to get a toy from a machine and we were so close but the toy got stuck and we told a ginger worker in the arcade several times and he ignored us. When he came he opened the machine and put the toy ALL THE WAY AT THE BACK of the machine and I argued with him and he argued back and I was so annoyed and my daughter was crying and they did nothing. The atmosphere is so bad. There's always people arguing and2 grown women were fighting infront of all the children I really do not recommend this and they need to take care of the service I'm so shocked and angry. All these workers care about is the money they get payed they need to learn to take there job seriously discusting and one worker also argued with a 8 year old child. I'm disgusted and will NEVER be coming here again. You will regret it.

Tables were uncleared and dirty, so had to do it ourselves. It was very busy so we had a long wait. There was a group of 8 of us. Food was quite good. Very noisy!

Sealands provide very good service with consistency. The prices are great not only for all drinkers, but also the ale is always of a high standard, which is extremely important to customers. It's not a sports bar or a music bar. Happy hours are most welcome £2,20 for Stones or Carling, you will not beat that price or standard. Entertainment in the evening and Bingo throughout the day 1800ish finish. Give it a try if you would like a very good pint with great staff and a chilled environment. I'm not sure after 1900hrs ORDERS LOL we all have bosses. They have a Chippie downstairs, which allows you to eat in the venue. Regards, Folk Mark. Breaking news at SEALANDS. I have just discovered that THE BEST BARTENDERS in this area have been let GO by THE WOMAN owner. They are both great at their JOBS, this included bingo calling. It will be a massive loss to US CUSTOMERS. If any of you OWNERS NEED THE BEST 👌 then find them good employment ASAP.

Its needs updating badly carpets very stained only video music and full of chavs and 6 bouncers on the doors

No food. No coffee ( always say it’s broken but it’s not) no sugar free drinks except coke and water.

Cheap beer £2.50 pint but you have to spend £5.00 if you want to use your debit card so I ended up buying two, bar staff miserable, toilets not the best, there is more atmosphere on the moon, but hey you pay for what you get

Amazing atmosphere, great service, very cheap drinks , best prices in area...staff are great and happy to help. Great family bar..Looking forward to going back next year

Good for a £2.20 pint before 6pm, and little else. Friendly service but place reminds me of the Phoenix club! Toilets are disgusting. Like to sit outside if weather is ok. Chip shop downstairs is very handy when service is good but had the longest wait ever for fish and chips in there this year - must have been best part of an hour!

Too expensive, but great location right by beach and sea

Sealands family bar does need a bit of a refurb as very dated, happy hour great and decent beer, bingo everyone joins in but no under 18’s allowed , the chippy takeaway needs serious management changes only 1 serving and takes well over 45 minutes to get served then you can be nearly ripped off unless you argue like mad with them luckily people had heard my order but definitely needs a management shake up and extra staff

Chippy closes early no kids entertainment only soft play and your only allowed in for 2 hours Good service in bar area tho

Needs tables / chairs re- varnished & fixed .make drinks cheaper & needs more variety of music / entertainment & the tuckshop / gift part made cheaper & more choice of things for all ages of children including soft play downstairs as my 10 year old daughter was so upset she got turned away just cos her height was just over the height restrictions , she can't help being tall so her brother had to go in alone & left her with nothing else to choose from & there's only two years different between them .wasn't happy 🤔

Staff are great at the soft play, they take care of the kids and although I stayed with mine I lost my caravan keys and they found them in the car park, thank you girls much appreciated 🙏 x

Big shout out to this place my sister lost her purse and was handed in wow staff are bubbly and nice the bingo is a place to go both my mum and auntie won a line Gowon deffo thumbs up from me and to top it of 2.20 a pint

The staff are unhelpful,unpleasant, is cheap at 2.20 a pint,but don't go to the toilets the worst toilet in Britain.

Love this place. It's a vital part of a Butlins trip. Sadly they have changed their opening times so I couldn't go in... Would of been a 5 but I was left licking a closed window and drooling at the bar.... boo mr bar person not letting me... Oh so very boo

Visited once before with 5 grandchildren stayed on site then it was fab for them. This we went adults only for bingo

Loved this place. After 16 years away from fantasy island I had a little holiday and the place is still a good laugh. Downstairs used to be an amusements when I was there all them years ago now it's a play area for kids and it's a good one at that. Staff on the upper tier and lower tiers watching the kids at all times. Parents have to remain in the building when children are playing too which is a nice policy to hear because it shows they have stuff put in place for your children's safety. Only downside I have is pints are cheaper through the day until 6pm so when your on holiday your out during the day seeing the sights then your out on the night time and don't benefit any cheap prices like that.

Pub is great come very year shame the chips is poor after 10.pm no pizza no ordering very poor and rude staff

What a fantastic place, excellent for kids, dogs, adults, fish and chip shop next door allows food in, bingo every day 3pm to 6pm, £1 a strip of 6, money from £5 to £20 a line, full house from £15 to £30, and play big money last game, staff are great, arcade, ball pits (extra cost) huge space for families lots of tables.

Bar is amazing for both adults snd kids the 1 star rating is for reception staff and caravan cleaners had no lights all weekend no board on sofa where sofa bed was and then kept hanging up on us platinum caravan v12 row 83

A supposedly “family” bar. Nothing here for kids. Save yourself the walk. They have a decent play area but refuse to open it when it’s not a Friday or Saturday. We went here and there were at least 20 kids all sat looking glum whilst their parents were having a few drinks. Asked if the play area was going to be opened, got told no only Fridays and Saturdays. I then asked if there was going to be anything on for the kids, no not tonight. There was nothing for children only a third rate arcade where only half the machines worked. No entertainment other than the music channel they were playing over the speakers, which was obvious when after every other song the bloody adverts started playing. Surely a licensing infringement? Honestly one of the worst “family” bars over ever had the misfortune of taking my kid to. Seeing all the kids sat looking bored whilst adults get bladdered may have been one of the most depressing things I’ve ever seen

Very poor chips with black end and green they shut at 10.30 so we have to rush our beers down so we can make it time to get our chips very poor burnt fish decided to close at 10.00 so we had to get supper early then Tuesday and Wednesday it was closed so we went to sea view there food was alot better

OLD & DATED no entertainment other than bingo, kids play area closed. When I asked staff if there was any entertainment on or when the play area would be open the response was “ no, not this week”!! I get covid & possibly time of year (June) would make it quiet but surely looking after the custom walking through the door would be the important thing?

Only went in twice and it is was full of dogs in the daytime until 7pm but we didn't go in the evening so we don't know what it was so like then 🤔

Use this Club every year when away

Horrified to see management in a food preparation area not washing hands before handling and eating food! I expected it would be a heightened requirement in the current situation. Neither were they wearing appropriate clothing for being in the preparation area. I will be forwarding the photo evidence to the appropriate food hygiene regulatory agency… I would advise caution before eating here! If I could give a lower rating, I would!

Great service with a smile. Covid restrictions have forced table service so there's a small wait when the place is full but the staff are seen to be flying around doing their best and they do it happily. One of the best places to visit at the minute.

No bingo not as good as last year

Pretty good place. Cheapest in Ingoldmels during happy hour but still have a minimum card payment of £5 which is unfair. Staff are ok but had better service. Overall not bad 👍

Expensive evening drinks, to cover the early bird deal. No entertainment outside school holidays. Limited arcade section. Wasn't impressed at all won't return even tho staying on site.

Best fish & chips I’ve had in a long time fish was freshly cooked while we waited and the mushy peas were good as well will defo use now everytime we down ingoldmells 😊

Absolutely disgusting. Haddock was never haddock. Chips cold. Used chilli sauce as a pizza base. The place needs condemning. I promise you'll go once, but never again.

Never again.. Watery fish. Rubbery horrible tasting burgers. Chicken nuggets were disgusting. Me, my partner and 4 kids didn't like any of our food. Also the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. No customer service skill!! Disgusting food!! £26 wasted. And the server was miserable and had dirty finger nails clearly visable!!!!! Don't go there!!!! And don't go to coral View caravan park!!! Not good facilities, no other food place to go!!!!!!
