Sealane Indian Takeaway in East Lindsey

Had a lamb madras last night , keema rice and a garlic naan . The sauce in the madras had a nice little kick as a madras should, however the tiny pieces of lamb were very chewy but edible , the keema rice was nice along with the garlic naan ....by no means was this restaurant standard , so don't eat here if you expect Michelin star standard food .....its the seaside

Do not buy from here!!! . It's absolutely disgusting. There is no taste what so ever to the food £53 total waste of money. I've had better curry from Tesco

I eat curry quite often at home, but this is hands down the best curry I've ever eaten

Customer service was very helpful and explained waiting time was a hour . Food was well worth the wait .Will order again without doubt

Absolutely terrible. Rip off. Worst indian I have ever had!! Masala tastes lime tomato soup.. And balti and rice are 100% microwave meals. I will say their fridge is good as the cans of pop were cold.. Will never, ever order from there again. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a chicken masala and asked for it not to be a tikka chicken masala and the man said they’ll accommodate that to then get my takeaway home and it be a tikka masala. Called them and he said that’s all they do basically he lied to take my order. Worst Indian I’ve had in a very long time long time definitely avoid it

Ordered Chicken Balti and got diced chicken in a thin and runny balti sauce. Being from the Midlands, where Balti was invented, this did not look or taste like a Balti. I suggest the owner takes a trip to Birmingham to see what a Balti looks like.

Iv had to put up a review because this is just so bad. Spent over £25 for 2 curry’s 1 rice and some popadoms Pathia tasting like tomato soup Chicken curry had 5 small pieces of chicken in and didn’t taste of anything. I could have phoned up and got my money back but I’d rather make sure others don’t get robbed again.

Will never again order here. Chicken tikka rogan no chicken all onion. Also prawn puree I'm still looking for the prawns in all the tomato sauce. Don't do it .....

Amazing. The Chicken Tikka is lovely, the meat is so tender and flavoured perfectly. As soon as we saw that delivery was available we ordered as its not always avail for delivery. Woukd certainly recomend

Went there last night and what can I say but bland and not what it says on the menu. I had a chicken tikka masala and partner had a chicken tikka korma but the chicken definitely wasn't tikka it was like the frozen chunks you get from Iceland all rubbery and plain and as for the sauces they had hardly any taste at all and the masala tasted more like a lumpy cheap tomato sauce that they'd ran out of tomatoes making. I think they need to try some other Indian takeaways in the area and see what flavour is actually like. Don't waste your money on this place.

We had chicken tikka bhuna with keema rice, the curry was lovely and cheaply priced. The curry had lots of sauce but not much chicken, luckily we ordered a chicken tikka starter which we put into the curry. overall very satisfied, nice little Indian takeaway

Worst lamb bhuna ever nann bread rock hard when I got home definitely wouldn't recommend unfortunately £11 wasted

Came here last year when holidaying in Ingoldmells and was very nice so ordered again on Thursday. I ordered the chicken Patia, I was told it has a unique taste but said I will try it. When I went to collect it they said that if I didn't like it to ring them and they would provide another dish. It was so nice that I ate it all. I called on Friday and told them how nice it is, they were really pleased and said they didn't know whether to keep it on the menu or not but I think they should. Thank you for a lovely meal. Will be back the next time we are in Ingoldmells

Gutted is an understatement, waited all day was so hungry. I ordered chicken chat, which to me is usually chicken in pastry, i got dry overcooked chicken in a bland pasata sauce. Then a lamb rogan josh, absolutley blew my head off, couldnt eat it. So left with a mushroom pilau rice which it wasnt. Never again.

Friendly face and customer service when I first approached sealane Indian takeaway. Very polite and helpful young man taking my order. I was a bit unsure at first to order from here reading some of the reviews. But it wasn't too bad . Ordered lamb Madras , pilau rice and chapati . Good portions . Lamb Madras was tasty . Bit too much garlic but I like garlic. Pilau rice wasn't the best that I had , reheated but went down well. Would of given 3 stars but gave 4 because of good portions and a good amount of lamb. Lamb was soft and not chewy, flavour was good. Just the rice. Give it a try. I was debating whether to travel to Skegness to try an Indian curry there. But used here as it was local

Ordered tonight from here tonight. The man very accommodating and put peppers and onions in my mixed special Jalfrezi which I asked for. Wow.... Soooo spicy!!! Would have been nice if not as much spice! I like spice but that burns your mouth out Probably my own fault as I said spicy but tasty. I wanted a tasty spicy curry. All the Currys were cooked fresh to order. Overall enjoyable and would return. Thank you.

Food was barely ok. The tika masala was a mush of tomato soup tomato sauce with what tasted like oregon spice. Chicken had no taste. Pilau rice tasted like the stuff you buy from Iceland's sorry but never again

Very easy to order,and staff were friendly but sad to say that the chicken pieces were the size of popcorn chicken and made the madras poor ,and the pilau rice was over done.

Awful, awful curry. Where we live a chicken tikka biryani and a Madras sauce is a rich rice dish full of moist chicken, onions, nuts, raisins, fresh coriander, a fried egg and perhaps a chopped tomato. The sauce is a rich spicy onion, tomato and black pepper affair. What I got was a tin foil container rammed with fried died red rice with none of the above and with just a few pieces ( a third of a Chicken breast I would estimate) of bone dry over cooked bright red chicken. The madras sauce was just a powdery generic base curry sauce with a load of chilli powder mixed in to make it hot. I've been cooking Asian food for years so I know what was shovelled into that. Anybody saying 'yummy' in these reviews is either a friend of the owner or doesn't have a clue what a proper curry tastes like. When you're paying full takeaway price for a curry you expect a proper one. I threw most of mine away. I've had better Tesco curries. Clearly whoever is putting all the fake five star reviews on Google hasn't seen all the one star ones on Facebook yet. You need to get in there guys and try to pump it up a bit lol.

Tried for 1st time tonight and well impressed. Makes a change from all the rubbish that is available from the other takeaways in ingoldmells. Had a mixed tandoori with extra garlic naan and it was well nice, honestly the meal we have had in the many years we have been here. We cannot fault any part of it, big portions, cooked well and tasty. Will obviously be having many more from here. Highly recommended.

I can recommend this Indian takeaway the food is so tasty

While on holiday in Skegness tried a madras it was absolutely fantastic full of flavour could taste all the spices everything about it was awesome would recommend to anybody who enjoys a good madras great customer service great people I will be going back

One of the few takeaway that is actually any good, never had a bad meal from this place, very friendly and will change something if you don't like spicy currys

Myself and my son had a lovely meal, chicken bhuna, special mix bhuna, poppadoms and nan bread.Will definitely go there next time we are in Skegness and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Delicious food and best pizza takeaway in skegness

I’ve worked and managed a very successful takeaway for the last 6 years and I can honestly say this is the nicest food around :D. We come to ingoldmells every 5 week and always come here for our food! The staff are really friendly and the food is to die for :)

I'm not one to write reviews, however think people need to now how awesome this place is. I have tried everything from pizza the their curries donner kababs and burger. With freshly made naan bread and chapati to complement the meal. Weather I have delivery or collection food is always piping hot when I get it home to eat.

Had a very confused chicken tikka masala. It was like a cross between Heinz tomato and chicken soup with very little chicken. The naan and onion bhaji were not bad but not worth it with the rest being so poor.

Decided to give them a try, chicken korma was like thin soup with a few bits of chicken. Bhuna was flavourless. Chicken Tikka Dhansak was OK but lacked something. Garlic Nann didn't taste of garlic and seemed like a poor quality shop one. Only positive note he onion Bhaji were very good. I have messaged the owners over 24 hours ago with my complaints but have not bothered to reply. Definitely won't be using them again. Can honestly say worst Indian l have ever had £42 wasted.

The food and service at this place is amazing 100% tasty...its a pity the rest of ingoldmels food outlets arnt the same ...
