Tried this instead of Dominos, hoping it would be great but unfortunately the food was really quite poor. The onion rings were mushy and felt like there was no onion in them at all, the nuggets were completely tasteless. The hawaiian pizza was nice, but don't get the stuffed crust as it isn't Mozzarella inside, they use what tastes like Cheddar which is crumbly and harsh to eat. The texas bbq pizza wasn't very nice either, meatballs were tasteless. The only positive was the hawaiian pizza which was tasty. Unfortunately won't be ordering again.

Very very good, from very very tasty

Usually I a regular customer as my other loves their pizzas but after tonight we won’t be returning !! I spent £50 for one box of chips to be uncooked , the Texas bbq pizza with stuffer crust not to be bbq base nor stuffed but took the extra money !! Garlic bread with cheese burnt !! When I rung to sort out the gentleman didn’t want to deal with it and when asked for a manager I was told no one is here !! Overall totally annoyed with the whole experience once again won’t be returning 👎🏻

Great tasting pizza and awesome lunch time deals. The sides are good and the portions are fair. Ordering online was straight forward and the guy that served us on pick up was really friendly. We even got a complimentary bottle of coke with our order. Better and tastier than Domino's in my opinion .

One star seems too much. Absolutely recommend - if you fancy spending the following hours, and most of the next morning, stuck on the toilet. Great way to purge your body.

Incredibly rude. I ordered pizza online and wrote in the allergy notes: DAIRY INTOLERANCE, NO CHEESE OR MOZZARELLA. When I arrived he said, “I made with cheese, do you want to take it?” I said no. He grumpily said, “okay I make it without cheese you’ll have to wait 5 minutes” I’ve never felt so unwelcomed by a service. I will never order from here again. I wish I never did.

My pizza never came! Even though they said they were still taking orders. Called up the restaurant and they were very rude and unhelpful. Working on trying to get a refund. Don’t waste your money! Extremely unprofessional. They run off with your money.

Guy called greg is amazing, love being there, great pizza and great staff. honestly the people who complain are missing out.

When you order a pizza, but after 20 minutes of being on the phone to the delivery driver trying to explain where you are, yet nothing seems to get through to them, you just say forget it, and cancel your order. Last time i order.

I'm not sure why they only have a 3 star rating, ordered pizza, chicken wings, and garlic bread pizza. The best pizza I have had in a long time, will certainly cone back when visiting Seaford again.

Good pizzas but a bit of a gable if you'll get what you ordered. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Some people might appreciate the element of surprise. Regularly order here because I like the pizzas. Sometimes they get our order wrong. Last time they forgot the extra olives (didn't bother to complain) and the time before that they just gave us a completely different pizza and no chicken strips. Had to wait an hour extra for the right food but could also keep the wrongly delivered pizza👌 Sometimes they end up delivering extra things we didn't order, by mistake, I'm sure. Which is nice for us but not for the person it was supposed to be delivered to.

Cold, missed items in my order, it was to dry will not recommended takeaway!

Was 5* now 1* very poor phone service, used to always do card payment over the phone, rang up said what i would like to order then said can i pay by card, an the man on the phone said cash only, so i said you have always done card for the 4 years i have been using this shop, so i said i will have go ring somewhere else aa your now not accepting, then said "ok bro, good for you" and then hung up, 4 years of loyalty gone down the drain, also just to add in there month ago i ordered a pizza, the person naking the pizza was in the kitchen wearing sandals, lost a very loyal customer now.

Ordered while shop was still open order was rejected which was fair because it was late but in the morning order was accepted but food was not delivered so we called them and they were rude and said it wasn't their problem and said it was up to us to get a refund which makes no sense and in conclusion scammed us out of our money don't recommend buying

I think this place is actually disgusting OK you order and the pizza turns up on time but it is over cooked and their people skills is disgusting nand I personally think they are rude

We waited over 25 minutes for two pizzas and a portion of chips...My wife waited in the shop and witnessed one of the employees taking toppings of someone's cooked pizza without wearing gloves .. Once we received our order my wife told the employee that it was wrong for him to touch any pizza without wearing gloves, which he answered "it was not your pizza, you can checked if you like".... We thought it was such a disrespectful thing to do .... 14/6/20 .... Around 19.20pm......

Food was delivered on time, however.... Pizzas were over cooked and fairly tasteless. Chips were just about warm and the chicken strips ideally needed a bucket of water to make them Edible. Apart from that the sauce sachets were placed inside the food boxes and exploded Inside. I'm quite convinced there is more taste and nutritional value in the actual boxes the food came in. Probably won't return unless I'm dying of hunger or very pi**ed and have no idea of what I'm doing.

Have just received delivery of 2 pizzas which were both totally over cooked, they also sent them out as thin (and definitely) crispy instead of deep pan like we asked for. The pots of sauce which are put inside the pizza boxes exploded inside covering the box and the food (good job we don't have any allergies). My chicken strips were over cooked making them chewy and the chips were rubbery too, plus none of it was hot either. Over all we are not impressed and will Not be ordering from them again!! Waste of money, do not go there!!

Say they are open until one but closed at 12,30 don't bother don't stick to there opening hours

A frozen pizza base....really? Looks like Domino's pizza have spoilt me, in that they use pizza dough.... I guess I was expecting more, but I guess a 10" pizza at £4.99, you get what you pay for?

Used the place alot in the past, as the pizzas tended to be pretty good most of the time particularly from a value for money standpoint and originally gave them three stars on merit of the pizzas alone. Had the service been better they'd probably have been a 4 star outfit. However, I've decided I cant tolerate the poor, unfriendly service in the shop any longer (the service has always been where they fall down) and that it's recently been given a 1 star hygene rating with huge improvement required (cant be far off being shut down) that's just unacceptable. I am now boycotting the place on the basis of the service and hygene rating and now somewhat begrudgingly using Dominos again....shame as I do actually like their pizzas!

I would love to review the food from Seaford Pizza (but see attached photo).. they chose not to take a large party order of pizzas as it was ‘too busy’ for a Saturday night... even when we offered to collect instead of take delivery. 0/5

I tried to place an order for myself and my children for our Saturday night treat. They turned us away because they were "too busy". What can't kind of business would turn away a large order like this? Kids are crying now. Thanks.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Tried to order 10 pizzas for a big party. Apparently the order was too far away (4.6 miles) and they turned away our business. Shocking and rude. Wouldn't recommend

I just ordered the the vegetarIan hot. It was undercooked and it had bearly any toppings. If you're offering a deal for 18" pizza don't put the same amount of ingredients as you would on a small or medium. There was a single piece of red pepper on several slices. Prices may be good but you don't get much for it. Bland and mushy cheese didn't help. Also it was the thinnest deep pan I've ever seen.

Earlier tonight went to the store ordered a Hot & Spicy thin crust medium size. Found the product excellent. First time I've visited as not from Seaford.

What a disaster! Have always had A+ service with this company. But today our order for x 2 pizza delivery placed around 5:30 finally arrived - after several calls with zero customer service - 2 hours later. Never again!

Ordered 1pizza for delivery and it never turned up! Was asked to wait an hour when ordered, 90mins still nothing had arrived, called up to chase and told driver in his way, another hour later and still nothing, not even a telephone call. Would not recommend, this isn't the first time they've disappointed me but thought I'd give them another chance - never again

Rude customer service. Having used Seaford Pizza several times - and delivery not being an issue - I was left a VM and rang the store back. I was told, bluntly, that nobody wanted to deliver to the area and that was that, attempted to hang up. I managed to ask what happens to the money I had paid to be told vaguely I'll get it back. I also mentioned that I had used them several times to which they could not have cared less. Shame really, you would hope a local business would care more what with so many Chain restaurants readily available.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and some garlic bread. Was told 30 mins. Had to wait an hour and 20 mins. one of the pizzas was something completely different, it was so different we couldn’t eat it, couldn’t even guess what it was. Food warm at best. Didn’t seem bothered when we called again to tell them. Really messed up our evening as we had people over. Will not be supporting this local business again.

Ordered pizza after a long days work only to find after an hour still no pizza!!!! Admittedly this order was placed at 11.15pm and we were rather surprised they were still taking orders. Tried calling restaurant no answer. The guy taking the booking was very rude and brash and couldn't speak English! Overall Seaford pizza what a joke get yourselves together before you loose all your customers as social media works wonders for spreading negative feedback!

R.I.P Seaford Pizza. You were the best place to order from. The food was magic. I really hope the business comes back and that the fire hasn't changed things too much

Rude staff and poor pizza. Never again. Please pick another Italian in town or peacehaven will probably be quicker and hotter

Poor. A delivery man who doesn't know his way around which lead to it taking an hour and 45 minutes to arrive and arrived cold and soggy. He also forgot items when I rang to complain they were dismissive and refused to refund.

Absolutely terrible. Waited over 2 hours for food and when we called the company to ask where it was the guy didn’t even know about the order. The delivery driver then phoned us later and ended up just hanging up on us after we said we had cancelled the order. We are glad it never arrived because I have no doubt it would have been awful. Very concerning to see the reviews about the misuse of private telephone numbers. I urge people to think twice before ordering from here.

Awful service. Waited 2 hours for a pizza and after making several phone calls we had to phone hungry house to get a refund. The staff were rude and hung up on me when I said I wanted a refund. Awful service will never use again and I advise everyone to steer clear!

The delivery guy took my phone number to text me after he'd delivered the food. My number is meant to be private and I found it really inappropriate.

Orderd through Just Eat. The delivery driver used our contact details to text my girlfriend from their personal phone after they'd delivered the food. It's a complete breach of the Just Eat terms and is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Also, an hour for a pizza? What are they doing?

Ordered from this place after hearing nothing but good things about the food. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with my last order as I got really bad food poisoning from one of the pizzas if I could give it a lower rating it would be a 0.5 as one star is being generous. I will never be ordering from them again.

Terrible service!! Placed an order which was half an hour late, they forgot my daughter's chicken nuggets which they said they would send another driver to bring them which they never did. Ordered curly fries and they sent normal chips and the pizza made my partner, daughter and myself ill. I'm disgusted as I am out of pocket and not even an apology for the lack of common courtesy!!
