My experience, not brilliant, loads of orders on the counter waiting for delivery, staff not working collaboratively, I was totally ingonred so walked out, the main focus of Seamaster is online orders, walk in customers appear to be an inconvenience.

Food hot but didn't taste that great. chips bitter, battered sausage meat tough, fish ok. very very overpriced for a below par chippy.

Chicken chunks were so greasy they had gone soggy, some fatty, some chewy and lukewarm, chips didn’t have salt or vinegar on them even though requested, very disappointed

I just got a call from here asking me where I was living, when I was coming back to the UK and twice if I had a boyfriend! I don't know if they were trying to get key words for a scam or if they were just being a creep, but I'm going to take it further.

supposed to be here 19.10 latest, not here at 19.25 so called restaurant, they said call back if not there in 10 minutes...called back at 19.45 as still not here. finally arrived 19.50. Burger didn't look very appetising!

Tying your fish and chips for the first time fish and chips was good but battered sausages were to hard and batter was hard too and the curry sauce was to runny

Placed an order for delivery for 3 people. Order was delivered and a meal was missing. Called them up and was told the missing meal would be with us in 15 mins. 30 mins later and still waiting. Called back again. Told it had just been sent out, we are busy. Managing a customers expectations goes a long way to putting things right. Bit of an attitude in the tone of voice also. Like they say, if you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. The missing meal finally arrived 45 mins after it was reported missing. Considering the partial order was delivered 50 mins after ordering. 1 hour and 35mins in total! Very poor service Already back to update the replacement meal was shocking. Fish was overcooked and the box was sodden with grease. Expensive and worthless

One of the best Fish and chips in Andover. The chips are plentiful, the batter is crispy and not greasy, and in large portions. Quite small and everyone crowds the door/till area. Worth a Friday night visit for sure

Wanted some quick and easy, found this fish & chip restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was the best I have tried. I was really impressed. And the cost was reasonable too.

We had an issue with our order. I phoned up and within 10 minutes someone arrived with the food we were missing. Great service.

There are some negative reviews below but I've ordered twice over the past month and food is not only of a very good quality and hot, it has twice been delivered before it should. The map on JustEat doesn't even update and the food is delivered.

We ordered 4 kids meal and 2 salami, order arrived and we only received 2 x kids meal and 2 salami. I managed to get the driver before he left, who contacted sea master and arranged for 2 x kids meals to be delivered. Normally I drive to shop and always get the order I ask for x

Wasn’t delivered, no answer when I tried calling. The call ended after quite a few rings unable to speak to anyone!

Food took over an hour to arrive and when it did the kids cod and fish we ordered the cod smelt really strong so obviously didn't give that to our child and the chips were very greasy and tasted like cardboard.. ☹️ But on a plus side my chicken and mushroom pie was good and so was the adults cod which we ended up sharing with our child.

Food was good as always, but apparently Just Eat never sent the order across. However listening to what was going on in the background and the conversations that occurred (prior to me being abruptly put on hold) it was clear that someone had accepted the order and an hour later someone else clicked complete on the order before it was made and therefore it was never started until I called. Delivery after that was speedy as they perform deliveries themselves, but I would rather be told the truth (as mistakes do happen) instead of being blatantly lied to.

Not sure why I order on line then have to wait 25 minutes to be served.

It is almost impossible to hear someone knocking on the front door when I am in the kitchen. That is why I have a wireless video doorbell. This rings in four places when the button is pressed, at the front, in the living room, in the kitchen and on my mobile phone. I have a sign on the door asking delivery drivers to ring the bell and also put the same in the delivery instructions. Your driver refused to do this, denied that the instructions were on the slip and said that he always knocked instead. This is all on video recorded by the doorbell camera. This could easily have ended in a missed delivery had I not heard him. Please impress on your drivers the need to follow delivery instructions. The fish and chips were very good, but the driver's attitude spoiled my enjoyment of them.

Food tasted fantastic, however the service let it down. Chased for an update at the end of delivery slot and advised was with the driver- 30 mins later was told it would be with me in 5 mins. 10 mins later they actually check and realise it’s not been cooked. Order arrived approximately 1 hr and 50 mins after ordering. Feel like the least they could have done was refund the delivery fee!

Food was hot, tasty and fresh. Just the delivery time that let it down, nearly an hour!
