Food arrived 1hr after ordering and it was squished and luke warm how ever was nice and we also got too chocolate fudge cakes and they wasn't even fudge cake it was a frozen morrisons chocolate gato had to wait an 1hr for it to defrost

I phoned you once on your shop landline number to try and order pizzas for my daughters party. You didn't answer the phone but since then you keep texting me every weekend recommending I order from you. There is no option to block these messages or stop them. I have tried to phone you to request that you stop spamming me and you don't seem to answer the phone. I don't even like pizza or live locally to you

I was absolutely disgusted with my food that I collected! After opening my pizza to enjoy I found mouse droppings in the box next to my pizza 🤮 I urge anyone thinking of going to this pizza and kebab shop to avoid this at all costs!!!! You don't know what you're eating!!! It won't allow me to put no stars or I would!!!

What a joke , what a rubbish. You should never eat there anymore. Food arrived in bad condition, cold, all ingredients separated , low quality, I am absolutely not joking

Awful service/food - food ordered via website and after 1 hour of waiting called to see what was happening. Told order not received, despite money locked from account. Staff took order again over the phone and waited another hour to have to chase up delivery. The food delivered was luke warm. The pizza ordered was mighty meaty with extra sausage, doner meat, and jalapeños. Pizza delivered was cheese and tomate with a little pepperoni and a few jalapeños. Too hungry to ring up and complain again. It used to be great food and service, but sadly, like most places, the standards have slipped

The worse kebab I’ve ever had will definitely not be having anything from here again, ordered a cheesecake it’s frozen and looks like it’s been in the fezzes years, worse takeaway I’ve had in a very long time what a waste of £35

Absolutely rubbish, will never use again, took 2 hours to get here and the pizza was cold

Just waited for an hour for my order to be wrong and stone cold. Wouldnt mind but had to wait over 2 hours for my last order. Seriously need someone new on the phone who can string a sentence together. Can't get a simple kebab right or even hot. Even though I live 2 minutes drive from the takeaway. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

I rang up to ask if they sell halal food, they told me yes. I ordered and ate, i went to ring again to double check another time and they told me it isn't halal and ate pork... DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Phone ordering is a nightmare and they just cannot sort their prices out. Its expensive at a tenner for a kebab. Everytime I've phoned them it's like it's the first time they've ever had a phone order on their first ever day, they're so confused or slow and it just take ages just to take the order. I have had a kebab from them before and did enjoy it. Pizza not so good. Also, asking for just the kebab meat in a tray with chips is more expensive than a full kebab with naan and salad etc and chips??? How does that work? Decided not to order agaik in the end.

We gave them a second chance as last time they missed one of the 2 pizzas? Ordered online. Monday evening after an hour and 10 mins rang to be told it would be another 15 mins. Food was nearly cold a congealed mess really. Anyway it’s all gone in the bin which is all it was fit for. 🤬

Service terrible lately. I used to use this place all the time (3times a week) I don't know what has happened but the food and quality of service has dropped below expectation. Very sad day, last time I will use..

Absolutely terrible. This is not a pizza. It's a frozen base with all the cheapest toppings you can find. Will never order again unless really drunk.

We received a leaflet though the door in the middle off the week and thought way not give it a try, Well I placed the order and it was ready within 15 mins it was piping hot , and food is delicious I ordered 2 10’ pizza and a garlic bread and cheese . Definitely worth 10.20 .

Such a great venue, beautiful decor, friendly staff, great music and food! And a heated outdoor area! What more could you ask for!
