Scratby Bakery in Great Yarmouth

Absolutely fantastic bakery, I have bought many items from this bakery, haven’t found rolls anywhere that are as good as here and the cakes are amazing, bigger portions than anywhere I have bought before

Lovely Village Bakery short walk from California Cliffs Holiday Park - we ventured regularly for fresh bread and rolls. Amazing food and customer services.

A great café, which is always busy, baking fresh produce and using great ingredients. Do yourself a favour and visit here if you're in the area. Superb breakfast baps, cakes and bakes. You won't be disappointed.

Great options of cakes, bread, filled breakfast rolls and dog treats. Very friendly staff. Small so can sell out of things at popular times but refill as much as possible while open.

Lovely bakery a little expensive but food worth returning for, very small inside but queue goes quite quickly. always busy good sign it’s a good bakery. Only down side shuts far to early

This place is our first stop each time we visit Scratby. Great little bakery with an extensive range of produce. Cheese and onion loaf is an absolute must. Fruit scones & hot cross bun loaf are our new favorites. The bakery is also happy to take orders over the phone to pre-book your order. Final point - the customer service in here is second to none. Staff are super friendly, always happy to help & service with a smile. The owners are first class too. Absolute gem of a place.

Very good bakery I purchased cookies, a bacon butty and sausage rolls. Just wish gluten free items were served every day. Staff were lovely

The quality has really dropped, now but in bread and rolls from local bakers and clam made on site avoid if I was you save your money

The best bakery ....staff are great Food is something else... Go yourself and try. Ask for the French Pudding, but you have to like the British bread and butter pudding.....its a plus plus on that. And bacon butties....oh my days. I only get a chance to go whilst on holidays 🙃

This was a lovely little place always busy from the minute they open there is a queue its only a small place. Fresh bread ,scrumpy cakes and good coffee. The fresh baked pastie sold it to me. Will be back when in the area.

Popped in in the off chance and saw that they offered an afternoon tea. The staff were so friendly explaining twice exactly what was included. We ordered 24 hours in advance, and picked up up at 11am the following day Order was ready and there was so much, two bridge rolls (with a choice of filling) sausage rolls, fruit, salad, crisps, three different types of cake, fruit scones jam and clotted cream with a hot or cold drink included It was absolutely fabulous!! Everything tasted good and the cakes were so light and fluffy If you get the chance you must visit and support a local friendly business We will definitely be back

Would not recommend walking past with view of stopping off on way back and staff vaping in shop completely put me off and will never visit as this is a form of smoking to me and you don’t do in a food environment

Visited whilst staying in the area with family . Lovely fresh bread and crusty rolls . Superb selection of cakes . Which we tried many of . Just wish we had somewhere like this at home .

Has loads of tables and benches outside with filled water bowls for the dogs The bakery has a good selection of hot and cold bakes. The pasty was delicious, we had bread and butter pudding, millionaire’s shortbread, gingerbread man and carrot cake. All were delicious Hot coffee and baked breads. Open 08.30 to 14.30 Friendly staff

Bought a Cornish pasty and it was really delicious ! Going back for another pasty, bread and a cake today......Lovely

We had an Afternoon tea to take away for 4. (I wantred to treat my parents.) WOW!!! It was packed with beautifully filled rolls, sausage rolls, crisps, cakes AND, a cream tea. What's more it was Roders clotted cream!!! (Only the best.) It all tasted as beautiful as it looked. Beautifully presented and garnished with salad, fresh strawberries 🍓 and grapes 🍇. Along with this we also had the choice of hot or cold drinks to take away. If you want an Afternoon Tea that looks as fantastic as it tastes, and and incredible value for money, I highly recommend going to Scratby Bakery. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you. X

My first visit to the bakery. It's really difficult to see whats on offer as theres only space for 2 customers inside. and you feel preasured to pick and choose when you get inside. There were preparing cakes on the right hand side when i was in. sad to see flies landing on these. put me off slightly. A shame theres not more on show.

Loved this bakery, friendly service, delicious cakes, I wish I had discoved it earlier in my stay. It is places like this that make places like Scratby and California old fashioned (in a good way) hidden gems.
