Scottish Gourmet in South Lanarkshire

Cannot fault a thing. First time ordering tonight. Phoned to check how I order what I was requesting, was told what to do, personal service with call back to check which was amazing. Order delivered exactly as ordered. Food amazing. Not going to order anywhere else now, thanks so much

We have only used the take away for hot food and ice cream. Ice cream choice is amazing. Fish is nice, chips are ok. Disappointed that fritters are only available occasionally! 😣 The counter staff are not friendly, even tho we are regular customers. They never make conversation with you and are reluctant to chat with you, if you make conversation with them. Most of them look like they are unhappy to be there! It's always very noisey and quite difficult to hear what they are asking you. They are always too fast to ask for payment before you have even completed your order. Another minor gripe is that they are reluctant to fry fresh fish at request, if you are having to wait for pizzas or what ever. The ordering/waiting area "system" is a total shambles as there is no proper system in place for who is waiting to order and who is waiting for their order, as people are standing all over the place at the hot food AND the icecream counter. 😩 I hope the management take our feedback on board, to give their customers a much better service experience! We quite like the food but definitely not the poor service. 😡

Baked potato was absolutely rotten.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times now and always order on the app for collection to save time. Usually things are forgotten and I have to ask the staff to re-read the receipt. Today, however, I’ve ordered on the app for collection and stood at the collection sign for between 5-10 minutes whilst one boy (who seemed new as he didn’t know where some buttons were on the till) and two female staff worked - ignoring me. One of the female staff was making orders for customers in store, but spoke to the other female staff member in the kitchen area the entire time. I could see multiple paper collection bags waiting so I was getting frustrated. It was only when a just eat driver came into the store and told the boy the numbers of the orders he needed. Only then the male staff member gave me any attention and handed me my food. Not happy.
