Scoozi Pizza & Pasta in Sefton

Terrible! !! Pizza cold.pasta blant cold and old.nobody understand my order.servis very disappointing.never going back there.i wasted my money.

Looked to get a online order. The option for 2 x14 inch pizzas plus garlic bread doesn’t give any option to select which pizzas. We tried to select pizzas and then choose offer... doesn’t work. Rang the number for the shop to order on got shouted at that he was to busy to deal with the phone and just order everything online and then he put the phone down on me. NEVER AGAiN. We have ordered from them for many years in both Southport and Ormskirk. They have moved to Eastbank Street and it’s gone down hill.

Ordered chicken romana pasta and received wrong order when I phoned to explain I received wrong dish I was spoken to in a Very hostile manor. The pasta is a white cream sauce with bacon and no chicken. Had to order elsewhere as I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have cream. Garlic bread was very nice :)

Well i ordered a Pollo Picante Pizza online for collection and it said 20mins which i thought was great. I arrived 2 mins early and was told just a couple more minutes, it was 4 mins in fact lol 😂 the man was so apologetic for being 2 mins late when no need to. The Pizza was absolutely delicious and I’ll be heading back very soon, so thank you and kind regards Tim

I ordered a meal deal, garlic bread, two pasta dishes and large drink. Garlic bread cold, pasta far too creamy and was missing the main ingredients, chicken and pine nuts. Called and spoke to the manager explained the problem his reply was, he was busy had no staff and it wasn't his problem. He refused to replace or refund the meal. Dreadful food and customer service. Give this place a miss, pay more money and get a decent pizza from Domino's.

Awful tasteless food that went in the bin please be aware when ordering totally disgusting food even the dog wouldn't eat it

Ordered at 18:30 for a 20:00 arrival. 30 mins late. Food lukewarm and wedges charred. Shame as it was highly recommended by a friend.

Food arrived after 2 Hours plus of waiting. Diet cokes were substituted for regular coke with no contact or question. Food was below average and cold. Delivery driver didn’t apologize only explained that they got lost. I have ordered probably a hundred times from them before but shall not be ordering again!

Had a delivery on Monday 3rd through just eat ,all though when you order they get all the information on a print out , do they read it ? Pasta was fantastic , garlic bread was cold so were the chips , and they didn't bring the pop for the kids.

When I first ordered for scoozi in approximately 2016 it was absolutely fantastic. However recently the staff have been extremely rude, especially when told that the order is wrong. On five occasions we have received the wrong order now. When ringing to inform them I overheard them asking for our order to be collected for another persons house and then brought to us! Absolutely disgraceful, second hand food simply is not good enough. What was such a wonderful local takeaway initially, has become absolutely awful. The staff are truly disgraceful. When a mistake has been made, I am more than happy to accept it providing it is corrected. When it happens five times in a row without an apology, I’m afraid I won’t put up with that. To summarise; wrong order’s made, dreadfully rude staff who have no desire to make amends. In other words, receive the wrong order and deal with it. Never again.

My friends and I all love Scoozi. Their pizzas and pastas are restaurant quality and I think the prices are extremely reasonable.

This is the place we use every time to order Pizzas for delivery and having used them for years I'd recommend them to anyone. The eatery itself is attached to the Market and as such I haven't had the experience of eating there as I tend to order in food from them. The staff both on the phone and the delivery people are very friendly and the service is always spot on.

Bought dinner here & it will be my last time. The pizzas were ok (I suppose) but the garlic mushrooms came burnt to a cinder. Really disappointed. Rather than pay £3 for the mushrooms, I should given it to the delivery driver as a tip for being so fast.

Absolutely the best pizza ever! Pasta is also really lovely- wouldn’t order from anywhere else - guys working there are also great!

on the rare occasion i order a take away, i would chose scoozi over dominos or papa johns, fresh, tasty and reasonably priced, plus they deliver, you can also use the justteat app to order

I used to love scoozi when I was at university. My favourite is a tomato garlic bread 😍 I now travel back to southport regularly for the garlic bread.

Iv had chicken Romana from scoozis, can't fault it it's delicious very tasty Very fresh pasta & with a garlic pizza you can't go wrong, The guys serving are all lovely always have a smile for you Will definately be ordering again 👍

Have just had a pizza delivered from Scoozi. The telephone manner was friendly and helpful, delivery was quick, and the pizza was excellent quality and very tasty... The best in town !

Best pizza in southport, not greasy, absolutely yummy, love the diavola. The pasta is also to die for! Definitely recommended!

A surprising find in a lovely, traditional, but under-utilised market. We were a party of six and fitted in comfortably! Nice eats and great coffee. Well worth a visit.

It's small with limited seating but the food is excellent. Go for a lunchtime deal if you can. You can have a pasta dish with garlic bread or a pizza and salad with a drink. There are some good vegetarian options, which I had. Hadn't been to Southport for a couple of years so good to see that Scoozi is still there.

Have used this pizza place as a takeaway on a number of occasions, never disappointed with the food or with the speed of delivery.

Had the pizza delivery deal and the onion rings for the first time and brilliant value for money. Very quick delivery and awesome pizzas. Highly recommended

Lovely take away. Giant pizzas and great value. Topping choice is good and plentiful. Staff friendly. There is also a choice of salads and deserts which look nice but I've never tried them Delivery available

Ordered a prawn, goats cheese and rocket wrap last night, along with 3 pizzas. The pizzas were all good as far as I know but my wrap was ver disappointing . There were prawns in it but the goats cheese and Rocket were actually a ton of mozzarella and regular lettuce. Whish I hadn't bothered !!

The staff is very friendly and make very nice food. They provide a very fast service and I would definitely recommend it, they have a few seats so you do not need to be in a rush to leave.

Visited here with my nephew who loves the food. Counter service was quick and efficient food was hot and tasty. Cant go wrong with pasta and sauce. But then we tried to sit down in the area outside to be firmly told the seats belong to Scoozi so we moved on - the seats outside also don't belong to Scoozi. Their seating area is further away no where near the counter. Poor.Given that the market is trying to re-invent itself shouldn't they welcome customers - does it really matter where you sit as long as you have a pleasant experience and come back again. Does the man from the coffee shop who moved us on really think I will buy coffee from him in the future?? Also as the seating was so far away we didnt both going back for more drinks but moved on somewhere else. Having eaten in markets abroad - Southport market has a great potential to be like Reading Street Terminal in Philadelphia but needs to get it's act together. Such a missed opportunity.

considering some of the bigger chains pizzas ,and ive tried em all the pizzas and deals here are well better and the price cant be beaten , go there ! dont take my word for it

I visit friends in Southport regularly and usually we get a take away lunch from here. The lunch pizza deal is amazing, you get a pizza and a drink for less than £3. And the thing is it's a really good pizza made freshly. I am always amazed by how cheap the lunch deal is considering the quality of the pizza. The normal prices are more than the lunch deal prices but they are still really cheap for a good pizza. They also sell pasta and salads.

My wife and I fancied a takeaway pizza for Sunday lunch recently and, looking on Just Eat, it said that Scoozi opened at 2pm (14:00) on Sundays for collections, with deliveries starting after 4pm (16:00).We drove into Southport, paid £1 to park, and I went into Scoozi just after 2pm (the doors were open) and said I'd like a pizza to take away. The manager told me that they didn't open until 4pm. I told him what it said on Just Eat but I could tell he didn't believe me. He then said it must be a mistake, so I left empty-handed.I have waited about 3 weeks to do this review to give Scoozi time to look into this. I have just checked again (on a Sunday) and Just Eat still says the same - it says I can go there after 2pm today to collect a pizza, although deliveries don't start until after 4pm.This just confirms that my comments the other week were totally ignored and Scoozi have done nothing to correct what appears to be an error.

They have a deal where you can get a side, pasta and a pizza for under 10 pounds, great quality, extremely fast service! Would recommend to anyone!

We visited here having read other reviews and we weren't disappointed. We all had the lunch offer - pizza and salad and a drink for £3.49!! What great value. The pizza was lovely and crispy and the salad you helped yourselves. There was lots of variety and it tasted lovely. The staff were so friendly and we will definitely return here when we are shopping in southport. Thankyou!

We ordered pizzas to be delivered for my son's birthday party. The telephone and delivery service was excellent - efficient and polite. The pizzas arrived hot at the time requested and they were delicious, probably the nicest pizza we have ever had in England or Italy !Would definitely recommend the pizza delivery, and intend to check out their other dishes in future too.

My daughters and I stumbled across Scoozi when we were having a girly day out in Southport recently and didn't want to resort to the usual fast food options. Scoozi is situated in the indoor market, but has it's own door for when the rest of the market is closed. There is a good sized seating area if you want to eat in.There is a really good range of pasta sauces to choose from and the portions are HUGE! At £2.50 as part of the lunchtime deal you would struggle to find somewhere better value. For £3.99 you can add in a can of drink and a 9" garlic bread.No, it is the not the sort of place you would visit for an romantic dinner and it isn't the best pasta in the world, but we enjoyed a very passable lasagne, carbonara and seafood pasta. Definitely preferable to the golden arches down the road!Another reviewer mentioned that it's popular with students, and I'm sure it is, but Scoozi is not just for students, we will definitely be eating here on our next trip to Southport.

It's just amazing the food is amazing it's all amazing. My family and I go there once a week and I love the deals they have on like the lunch deal (info there) it's only £2:50 for a pizza and a can of soda! For my birthday instead of a fancy meal I asked for scoozi! You will love it go now! Go! Go! The workers are amazing and qua ughhhhh it's great xx

As a student I like to deal with hangovers with their lunch time offers.You can get a can, garlic bread pizza and a big pasta (any pasta they do) for £4! The portions are huge and they are so tasty!Staff are friendly and they now have a good seating area too.Quick, fresh, tasty and cheap food at it's best, what more could students want?!

This place is just the ticket if you need a quick lunch and insist on freshness, they have a £3.50 lunch deal which includes a soft cold drink any pizza and a side salad from the salad bar, yes thats right, the salad bar is extensive for the price, all prepared fresh and the pizzas are really nice with nice dough, they also have a pasta option for the same deal so i intend to try that, i just dont see how anybiody could beat this deal for the quality of food offered , got to try it folks, well done scoozi

Great food, fantastic service. Lunchtime unbelievably priced pizza,pasta, wraps etc. Why bother using the nearby chippy, McDonalds, KFC or Subway when you can get freshly cooked (in front of you) food for less than a pint of beer?One of the reals gems of Southport at the side of the recently refurbished and modernised Market Hall.

This is a really lovely decor restaurant, the service is v good the place is always quite full, so booking by telephone is a must, we went for our daughters birthday and she loved it...

We use here for work lunches take out and it's always good. Staff nice and consistently clean. Good varied menu

me and my friend had lunch here, i had the spaghetti bolognese which was lovely, but my friend had the carbonara which was dry and tasteless i did taste it and i was glad of my choice, could of been a one off as mine was delicious, but would not order it in-case it came the same as the one my friend had but i would have the bolognese again, and try other dishes, very reasonable lunch prices.

The food here is delicious, Im not even a great lover of pizza but theirs are just gorgeous. They do really cheap lunchtime specials, the staff are so warm and friendly and extremely accomodating

I go there at least once a week with friend and during my brake, the food is good and the staff so pleasant which make a change from certain other pizzeria. I hope they do really well as being new in Southport but I am sure they will with their good quality food and price.

Thought I'd try this place out as I love pizza. I wasn't disappointed. We ordered food to our house, the service was really quick everything was still hot. We didn't realise as we ordered 2 11" pizzas it was part of a deal so they brought us garlic bread and coke as well. Thought it was nice to let us know about the offer. Will definitely be going again.

We thought we would try Scoozi for a change and had a mix of pizza and pasta delivered to our house. Not only was the service excellent from telephoning our order through to the friendly delivery, but the food quality is excellent and very tasty. We've been back and friends and family are also have excellent food from a great new business.

I had lunch here last week and can't recommend it highly enough. The pasta, garlic bread pizza and salad were freshly made to order by friendly,polite staff. At £3.99 with a drink I was extremely impressed.
