La comida era deliciosa, tenía una variedad de platos y todo fue genial. Nuestro camarero fue muy servicial y atento, nada era demasiado problema. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos!

I was really excited about trying this restaurant. We ordered two burgers (Dallas and Classic), the truffle cheese chips and the mini sausages. The burgers were both very nice, on the same level or Byron and GBK, nothing more. The sore point was the side starters: the "saucy" chips where not saucy at all. The cheese was not creamy and made the small portion of chunky chips stick to the plate. What I am trying to say is that you simply cannot sell average chips with burnt parmesan and a drizzle of truffle oil for £8. (I am comparing these to GBK's delicious sweet potatoes fries with Baconnaise for 4£) Regarding the mini sausages, what can I say!? Literally a few cocktail sausages (like the frozen ones bought at iceland) in a little tray with some greasy oily liquid. Completely unacceptable given the price (£7). Having said that, the true disappointment was the service. Neither of the two waiters ever asked us at any point if we were enjoying the meal despite the restaurant being empty. Not even at the end, when taking away the plates, the guy saw the plates of sausages and chips barely touched. The only question was: "Finished?" When at the end I asked to remove the service Charge from the bill because of their lack of interest in how our meal was, the waiter said: "Sorry about that" without asking what was wrong with the meal. If you really have to go to this under average place stick to the burger.

Exciting new addition to the buzz on Lordship Lane. Electric atmosphere for a burger bar on a Friday night. Enjoyable evening made by enthusiastic and easy going waiters who made our experience exceptional! Extraordinary to find such a great option on the doorstep for all us East Dulwichers!

The restaurant: clean and comfy place. Great seating and lovely decor. Service; greeted on entry and a check back during the meal. Server was very friendly and overall really lovely service. Service was prompt. Lunch Deal: this is a great deal for £10 (burger (or hotdog), fries, drink), amazing value for a quality meal. The burger: The most important bit; the choice is not huge, there is a simple burger without so many trimmings (only cheese, lettuce, tomato). Then there is the Dallas burger - amazing crispy bacon, pickles, sauce and so much more. The saucy devil topped with amazing mayo and a wicked spicy sauce. The bun was fresh and held together very well considering the huge size. The actual beef burger was perfectly cooked and substantial, at least 1cm thick, the meat tasted of high quality. Sweet potato or normal fries - not a massive portion but perfect portion size for the huge burger. Other items on the menu are chicken burgers, veg burger, mac'n'cheese, salads One thing I didn't see on the menu was an all beef hotdog. I will be returning for sure, i was so keen to eat it i forgot to take a pic !

The place looks really cool so had high hopes, unfortunately it was a rather disappointing experience. We went for dinner, waiters were friendly, the main one serving us was very inexperienced. We ordered starters and mains, they took a while quite a while to take an order. Cocktails came which were 3/4 ice and a quarter of the cocktail mix. Not ideal. Starters and mains came all together but took forever and despite us ordering from the starter menu and saying we’d have as a starter, they brought them all out at the same time! We explained but they didn’t seem to understand and said they’d hold the mains in the oven (I don’t want a dried up and tough burger that’s been hanging around due to your error?) The nachos for a starter were actually potato wedges which, although they were nice, was weird considering they have a whole section for potato wedges on the menu and it seemed they’d fit naturally here (and avoid confusion for those expecting nachos). As soon as we ate the starter they brought our mains out within 1 min. Burger bun was burnt and we just felt disappointed that they’d rushed us after such a heavy starter and not understood the concept of a starter and main, nor apologised for the mix up. In this day and age with so many restaurants popping up on the lane and competition, I’m not sure I’d try them again. Food was fine but nothing special and didn’t make up for the poor service. Hopefully it was a one off

I was a little sceptical of another burger place opening up on Lordship Lane, but this one is good. Really tasty food and friendly service. Nicely kitted out place too. I do think its overpriced though. The cheapest burger, on its own with no chips, its just shy of a tenner. We can point to other places nearby being just as expensive, but that's not the point. They are as bad as each other. Anyway, their specialty seems to be their chips with toppings on, which are pretty delicious, and probably the best value item on the menu. They'll do well here, and i think its well deserved.

I had lunch in this new restaurant today thought I'd give it a try, I was sadly disappointed at the menu choice and the price for the area or maybe this is aimed for the young business people in the area but for a family meal it would be expensive on top of my basic lunch they charged a service charge which I think should be the customers choice to leave a tip, my one and only visit wont be going back.

Burgers hotdogs chips salads- simple menu but the chicken burger was a lot better than available elsewhere locally. Decent cocktails too. The chips are a bit ‘much’ for me but the burger was fab.

Went tonight on the spur of the moment after a cinema trip- glad we did. The food is great, fresh, flavoursome and not too pricey for the area. Staff were friendly and good at their jobs and the manager was friendly. We had the original beef burger and buttermilk chicken burger with the fries that come with gravy and cheese (epic) . Good range of drinks with decent beers on tap and good range of soft drinks . I also got a free ice cream as it’s their opening weekend! It’s stylish too- comfy seats, good music at just the right level and light and airy. If you live in the local area and want tasty food without the ear breaking noise and elbow nudging lack of space of meat liquor or the take away vibe of gourmet burger kitchen then this is the place for you. Give it a go !

This is a new, welcoming and attractive burger and drinks place on Lordship Lane. It’s really nicely done up, with tasteful toilets too! There’s outside seating areas for when it gets warmer. The food was really tasty and well presented but for me it was the friendly and attentive service that stood out. Sometimes it feels waiting staff work hard to avoid your eyes, but here they offered us drinks on arrival and checked with us regularly to see if we wanted anything. It’s not an enormous place but was virtually full when we were there, so the waiting staff were fully occupied.

A fun dancy pub! I ate their loaded fries and cauliflower. The cauliflower was very delicious. Fries were good, too! Recommend it for a night out.

Visited with a colleague and found a very basic menu but we ordered anyway To say we were disappointed was an understatement, tiny portions, half cooked chips, in fact I’d say a McDonald’s burger is bigger than these and you get more fries there £15 for this food was a total rip off The service wasn’t great either and they had a cheek to add a service charge to the bill With all of this it’s not a surprise this chain is closing branches and basically going down the pan I certainly won’t be back

This place has a great atmosphere and the BBQ is very decent for London (only Bodeans is better). Staff was very friendly but restaurant always seems very quiet which is a shame. The BBQ pork sandwiches are amazing!
