Ordered delivery from here,food arrived,very average.noticed an item was missing so rang restaurant and they said we would need to re order.when my wife questioned this they put the phone down on her.wont be ordering from saucy chicks again.

Used these via Uber eats. Burger turned up cold. It was basically a small piece of chicken slapped on a bun with a piece of lettuce. Very disappointing considering it cost £6. Wings were decent although I ordered chicken niblets so they couldn’t even get the order right. Will not be using again.

I visited the Beefeater for breakfast on Mother’s Day , but unfortunately, the food was cold. After I complained, another member of my party went to get food, only to find that theirs was also cold. While they did cook a fresh breakfast for us, they left the cold food out for other guests to eat. The staff were unhelpful and, if anything, quite rude when we raised our concerns. The two women on duty were particularly unaccommodating—one, an older lady with long grey hair, was sarcastic and claimed the food couldn’t always be hot because they were serving 30–40 people for breakfast. Additionally, she was serving food with her long hair untied, which was unhygienic. The second woman, who appeared to be the floor manager, offered no apology and seemed completely unaware of the issues. While we understand that mistakes happen, the customer service was extremely poor. Not only did we never receive an apology, but no attempt was made to offer any form of compensation for the cold and overcooked food.
