Great food and reasonably priced Italian restaurant. A far better experience than the Italian chain restaurants. Authentic Italian dishes, reminds me of my time in Rome.

This place is the best Italian I have been to in a long time. Great menu, with different dishes and a special deal Monday to Friday. I had ribs in sauce to start, pizza margarita mains and chocolate fudge cake to end the fantastic meal. All under £20. Lovely little family run place, all food coming out looked amazing. It gets busy, everyone local knows you have to book a table. After loving Valentino's in Heaton Moor but finding it too loud and cramped, I will never go back. I've found my new Italian. Great food atmosphere, staff, and reasonable prices. What's not to love. Booking a table to go back soon. Would have took photos of the food but we were to busy enjoying it.

I really liked coming here 😞 until our last visit we felt we were rushed and not wanted 3 courses all done and dusted paid for in less than an hour a meal out for a treat felt rushed and un welcomed

Great food great service highly recommend

Pizza wasn't cooked properly the garlic bread with cheese hardly had any cheese on it, the pasta dish was horrible, absolute waste of money and the food is over priced, £4.50 for a little scoop of ice cream, never again would i go back and i would advise everyone else not to waste your time and money, 3 pizzas didn't get eaten and as for the pasta dish i tried and didn't like you said the plate came back empty that's a lie it was my wife's and you packed and it went in the bin so don't lie and say the plate came back empty when it didn't

Went last evening with our 15yr old daughter. Food was absolutely incredible. Only my 2nd time here but will definitely make it a more regular occurrence x

I loved the restaurant, we went in for some drinks and in the end we ordered something and we had to repeat the dishes because it was so tasty, the owners were very friendly, thank you and we will surely return to try other dishes

Nice restaurant and tasty pizza... But that orange chocolate cake was unreal 😋 would definitely have that again. No parking but there are car parka nearby

A lovely, friendly, comfortable restaurant, that offers great Italian food, at reasonable prices. Can easily be missed, but dont. Well worth it and have visited several times. Visited again New Years Eve. Service and food still 👍👍

Good food, great prices and friendly staff never had a bad meal from here

Awhilst the food and service were ok, the wine was a rip off. Whilst you expect to pay extra in a restaurant we were served wine that was available in Sainsbury's for £6.75 and we were charged £20 per bottle, didn't even decant it so you couldn't see the exorbant mark up. Will not go again.

Wow, great food, they offered a 3 course menu which looked awesome, but we ordered from the regular menu. The starters were very nice loads of flavour, the mains were very filling and well made, no skimping on the bacon 😉. Friendly service from Ed who made us feel welcome in his "home". We will be back and this is a hidden gem in Denton. Cheers Mike & Kerry.

Owner was brash and rude , didnt tell.us when booking that we would be kicked out aftet 2 hours ,felt rushed from the start and had to leave drinks ect as he had took another booking for our table

Small and friendly. Garlic bread ok, garlic mushrooms in a very watery, not garlicky sauce. Carbonara was ok. Mushroom Risotto was a creamy soup with rice. Food could have been better!

My 3rd time here and as always what a lovely place for an evening. The owners are so welcoming it's like dining in your own home. Not to mention the food, a truly authentic Italian restaurant. Cannot recommend enough.

Food was nice, bbq ribs excellent but slightly cool, lasagne very tasty, carbonara alright. Service was ok butI wasn't blown away. I didn't feel very welcome when we came in, all eyes on us and people stopped talking, awkward as you wait squashed by the door to be welcomed. I don't think we'll be back.

First visit for some time & we were lucky to get a table on a Tuesday. We chose the early bird menu and we weren't disappointed. Polpette & ribs, pollo sicilian and salmon farfalle. Washed down with carafe of red and white. Finished with tiramisu and chocolate cake. Very nice 😎

Called at 4pm on a Saturday during one of the busiest tourist weekends and they managed to squeeze me and a friend in with a smile. Incredible service, food and the cosiest of atmospheres dead in the centre of the shambles. Can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent, unexpected local restaurant. My partner said it was the best lasagne she'd ever eaten, my Tonedos Rossini was equally great. Coffee machine had broken, so coffee worst I've ever drunk; but promised free coffee next time. Very, very reasonably priced. A little local gem!-

First time back in Denton in over 30 years. Tried Sapori based on other people's reviews. Had the "house special menu" that offers really good value at £13.50 for three courses. However, in the round, my daughter and I both thought it was a 4-star experience overall rather than 5-star. Good to Very Good rather than Great.

Best Italian in tameside no questions asked, best steak in Manchester.

Absolutely gorgeous food..we had a takeaway which was freshly made..really good portion...definitely worth a try...this was Farfalle al Salmon...delicious👍

Second time I have been to this excellent restaurant. The good is very tasty - the bruschetta with fresh tomatoes was delicious.Nothing is too much trouble. Cant recommend it enough. Thanks again for a great e evening.

We must have passed Saponins 100's of times and never noticed it before. We were looking for somewhere to eat in Den and came across it on Trip Advisor. We were made very welcome by the owner. The food is very fairly priced and delicious. We all had different options but all thoroughly enjoyed it. The house wine was a lovely Italian red and excellent value at £15.50 for a litre.We had a lovely time and will be back soon.

We love this place, the staff are always so lovely there, its always clean and they really make an effort to make you feel welcome. The food is always fresh and freshly cooked, hot and tasty and the prices are competitive.

Looking from the outside you didn’t think you would find this hidden gem. This was by far the most authentic Italian meal in Manchester. If I could have given 10 stars I most certainly would have. The most friendliest staff and customers, a unique experience one I won’t forget. When the whole restaurant waves you goodbye you know you’ve had a truly special night. I recommend everyone to try it, you won’t regret it. The food was simply spectacular!

I hadn't been here before but my parents raved about it and go regularly so I decided to join them on their next visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and offered complimentary drinks at the end of the meal.The food was gorgeous and we all ordered something different. Can't wait to go back!

We went to this Italian last night for a family meal for my dads birthday after it being recommended by friends and wow we weren’t disappointed. Three out of four of us had the 3 courses for £12 deal and one just had a main but the amazing deal cost didn’t mean portion sizes or dish quality were compromised and every dish was beautiful! Drinks were reasonably priced and we all had a lovely evening and will definitely be back in the future. A big thank you to the owner for making us feel so welcome!

Fantastic little restaurant with really good food and a very intimate atmosphere Service is very good and the food exceptional at a reasonable price, with a set meal for under £15 per head.Make sure you book over the weekend as it can fill very quickly. We have returned on various occasions and will do so again.

Been to this restaurant twice in the past month, we were so impressed the first time, we just had to come back! It’s a cosy, authentic Italian delight in the heart of Denton, with a warm welcome, good wine and delicious food to match. We forgot our takeaway box with our left over pizza and the owner called us to remind us - we were delighted! I can not recommend enough, we will be back in the new year.

Visited a couple of times now and the food is so tasty and clearly homemade, cheesy garlic bread is fabulous!The owner is so friendly and each time we've left we've laughed and joked with other diners wishing them a lovely evening, that's all down to the way he is with customersWill return again and again without hesitation.

Fabulous food, great quality and good value. 3 people ate here on a Sunday afternoon. Two starters to share, aubergine starter for main with mixed salad as portion was more than enough for a main course. Lasagne and steak with chips and veg. One shared desert. All fantastic. With drinks and coffee the bill was less than £70. Excellent, Cant wait to return, currenty organising a girls Christmas night!! See you soon.

Visited on a Friday evening. Small restaurant, very cosy and server was very friendly.

Order steak medium rare but came overcooked tuft and fatty can appreciate chefs get it wrong sometimes i was asked if my meal was ok i said no but the owner didn't seem to be bothered and just dismissed it

Absolutely fantastic Italian, we recently decided to start trying the restaurants local to us in Denton as we used to travel to Manchester. I would put there food up against any Italian food in Manchester, but the biggest difference is you get a personal service and you are welcomed from the moment you enter the restaurant. I had a talk with one of the owners as we wast the last couple in the restaurant and the work they put into this business is phenomenal. Come and give this little Italian in Denton a try and you won't go anywhere else!

The best Italian restaurant in Manchester. Family atmosphere. Owners meet the needs of each client individually. We felt like a part of this family, even when our family was there for the first time(but deffinetly not a last one). It was our wedding anniversary, thanks to the cordiality of the owners we felt super exceptionally. Food was delicious. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks a lot 🥰
