Waited over 20mins for our order, after being told the order we wanted wasn’t available. Not good service. Delivery was put before us.

I’m not sure what has happened with Santorini express… it used to be amazing but we have had two terrible take away in a row now. We ordered gyros boxes. We were told on collection the food would probably be cold because it was made a while ago…. We ordered for 7pm and collected at 7pm. When we got home the food was cold, soggy and dry. There was no tzatziki at all as advertised on the menu. It was borderline inedible. Sadly we won’t be returning.

Please ignore the poor reviews. We visited here on Saturday afternoon and both ordered the Skepasti.Mine was with chicken and halloumi,red onions,tomatoes and home made tzatziki and my husband had the chicken and lamb mix with chips. Lovely friendly and quick service.Excellent value. If we didn’t live over an hour away we’d be back every week !

A small cage that serves very tasty food at good low prices. Beautifully grilled meats and fresh salads , served ever so quickly by a friendly owner.

Shocking food, had 2 giro boxes of chicken and pork delivered which was inedible... meat and chicken was rock hard as it was obviously reheated and included burnt pitta breads... absolutely disgusting.. don't order... Greek / meditteranean they are definitely not!!!!!.... would not even class them as professionals! Absolutely terrible....

Me and my family had the most delicious Greek gyros. The staff was very friendly and very nice. We tried even the homemade baklava which was amazing. Definitely will come back soon.

Boxed gyros missing half of the stated ingredients. We received bland chicken (not gyros) no tsatsiki no salad items and the chips were raw. Waited 30 mins for privilege.

Awful food, very dry and lacked any flavour. Turned up on time to be told there was an issue with their order system so they’d only just started our order and to come back in 10mins. Ordered Baklava online but told none available on collection, unable to refund as the assistant said he didn’t know how to refund! So had to pick one of the cakes on the counter instead, which turned out to be three day old stale Chocolate Orange cake! For something that was supposed to be cooked fresh it was pretty obvious it wasn’t despite our extra wait. Gyros were greasy and flavourless. The Kofta Gyro , turned out to be 3 lamb burgers, was really lacking in flavour - meant to be spicy but no spice at all and so dry. Chips were soggy. We had chicken pork and lamb… all overcooked. Salad consisted of a few pieces of onion and cucumber. Waste of money and would not recommend. Go somewhere else … anywhere would be better

Stopped by after few drinks in the near bar. Th food was delicious. Freshly cooked and lots of flavours. Ideal after a great night out. There’s a bar next door who’s part of the same company. Highly recommended it

Wanted to get in a holiday mood for Rhodes next day. Feeling peckish and opted for The Chicken Gyros. Just the right portion. Very tasty and great value for money. Only negative they had no Greek Coffee that evening. Recommended otherwise. Linked to a Bar next door.

Total gem of a place, just up from the Royal Hall and Convention Centre. Stop here for a bite before your show. Cheap, cheerful and totally lush. Son had the burger, the rest of us had the wraps, slouvaki, pork and chicken. Great presentation in a coned wrap, including chips. Fabulous service. Highly recommended

I have visited and highly recommended this place over the last couple of years. It looks like they have purchased the building next to the original takeaway and called it Best Bar. There is a serving hatch between the buildings if you want to eat in the Bar. Popped in with the family around 1800hrs. Nice and quiet and we sat in a booth in the Bar. We ordered some drinks and food. Waited over an hour and was told they have forgotten our order, kids were starving!!! Then they brought the kids food (chicken gyros wrap and lamb kofte wrap) Inedible! Got up and walked out! This was seriously the best place for gyros I have ever been.
