DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP I ordered a peri burger and they gave me a chicken fillet burger Also instead of Nan bread with my doner they gave me soggy stale pitta bread and barely and doner NOT GONNA ORDER FROM HER EVER AGAIN DISAPPOINTING!!

Ordered 2 Hawaiian pizzas with stuffed crust. I was delivered 2 pizzas with mushrooms & turkey slices with no stuff crust.

Love their Pizza, made with fresh dough and balanced toppings.

Food was ready on time. Portions were good too. Love their pizzas

Me and my friend used to eat here all the time during a shop renovation we had in the area the pizza was good! However last night we had to go back to finish some final jobs there and decided to get a pizza one more time, my friend was throwing up the whole way home and I have been doing the same all night/morning! Not quite sure what’s happened to this place but cook your food properly

Portions size really poor. Spending £9 on a meal, you expect to be fed! Never again.

Ordered a pizza and burger through JUST EAT. The order went through and after waiting several minutes for Santini Pizza to confirm my order JUST EAT sent me a message to let me know they they will phone Santini Pizza to give them a prompt. After several more minutes waiting I received another message informing me they my order has been unsuccessful. Disgusted with their service who would not confirm my order and then fail to answer the phone when JUST EAT called them. Totally unprofessional. Will never waste my time again with them

Just had delivery ....kebab was laughable pizza stone cold and cheesy chips .. cheese over black chips unbelievable

Why be listed on Just Eat if you just reject orders after you've had them for 25 minutes? Stop taking new orders for a bit, don't cancel ones you've had for nearly half an hour... Second time this has happened... wont bother trying to order from you again.

It took 25 minutes to get our order of 6 peri peri chicken wings. We waited outside on the snooker club benches and when we finally received these they were smothered in sweet chilli instead of peri peri.

I’ve been using these for a while the food is good but for the second time in a row there’s been major issues. First my order got cancelled and there was no notification and I had already paid. This was rectified by coming to an agreement that they will do the order another day convenient to me. Today they gave me half an order then returned still missing part of my order. I was told the remaining will be delivered and theres been nothing and now the shop is closed they have also received payment. Not impressed. Won’t use them again now

EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a problem. Annoying cos their pizza is actually one of the best in the area. Always forget toppings. Once they just cancelled my order and I didn't realise til I checked because it'd been over an hour since 'confirmation'. This time I write because we've waited an hour and a half and the tracking system said delivered when it wasn't. We drove down to the shop and the shutters were down! Not even open (this was at 6.30 - was supposed to open at 3). Terrible!

Best pizza 🍕 and good and clean place

Ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and when it arrived it was very small with one piece of pepperoni on each slice. I called the shop and was told I received what I ordered, 'what's your problem' , he repeated this three times - no apology or remedy. When I said I wouldn't be buying again he hung up the phone. Very disappointed.

They forgot my large fries and my can of drink,,, that’s really missed up and I’m really sad about it.

Ordered the peri strips. Absolutely disgusting, mushy, awful spice mix, not even grilled look pan cooked and tiny tiny portion. Avoid.

Ordered a delivery took them one hour to receive my order, then waited another 40 minutes to tell me there are no delivery drivers to send the food. Waste of time dont order from here

it was a good takeaway but it as gone down hill iv'e bin going to this place for years never had a problem but it looks like new staff are working there who keep making mistakes on orders u make ie pizzas

Disgusting and a rip off!!!! Paid £7.50 for peri peri chicken rice and it came as 3 little chicken strips and fries and may I add not many of them eaither! Paid £3 or £4 a chicken salad and the tray was only half full and the equivalent to one strip of chicken cut up! Partners burger was nearly £8 and was horrible and soggy! I'd never eat from here again! Dont assume all your customers are drunk on a weekend! Some of us just work late!

Ordered a delievery and waited and waited to then fond out got cancelled, when rang them thry told me they tried ringing me which they didnt i naw have 3 younge children hungry.

I stopped here very randomly and happy doing it. Tasty Peri Peri chicken and delicious fries, Crispy and fresh. Friendly staff. The shop is clean and well organised. Definitely recommend.

Ordered food today it come after an hour and was cold the deleivery driver was a grumpy person with an attitude to then get inside to see half of the order was missing and also wrong.. I called the shop and was discusted, yes they sent the rest of the order also the meal they got wrong but again came cold!! I know it's cold outside but in a car it should not come to me freezing when I live less than 10mins away.. I was a regular here and won't be ordering again. I've complained before but it's never been as bad as today's food/deleivery.

Absolute waste of my time and money ! When I rang I told them I was unwell and the delivery person has to come to my door as I live in an apartment block they said that was fine and that they were busy so I would wait an hour . A hour goes by I ring they say driver nearly there will be a couple of minutes half an hour later they arrive the female driver then refuses to enter the block so a further 15 minutes arguing on the phone to the shop with them telling me basically it's up to her if she wants to come in and there was nothing they could do ! Eventually she decides to come in with her telling me that the shop hadn't told her she needed to come to my door and they had lied ...I can not believe how unprofessional these people are and how shocking the customer service is ! My food was cold and tasted vile I hadn't eaten all day so I'm so gutted and fuming goes without saying I will never order from here again !

Islam the deliveey guy is the most amazing person in the world god bless his soul. Someone knicked our order and he saved the day like a hero. You should be very proud!!!!

Rude to customers had to wait 1 hour 10 minutes for my order. And when we do get our order pizza is burnt items missing off order. When i ring to complain basically called me a lier. Food is great just need to sort there cistomer service out.

Absolutely disgusting food , greasy and arrived cold even though I only live 10 minutes away .They even gave me the wrong size pizza I'm really not impressed I would not recommend this take away to anyone .

Last couple months the food is not the same and the service is well !!! It's probably because you guys are so busy know but I'm your customer for 2 years and I used to love the food but know it's not good one day the burger came burn other day is the bread one day you can pay by phone next day have to be with cash one day take 45 minutes to be delivered my food next day come in time but wrong order etx etx sorry guys but last months it's just not good but all the best
