We have visited Sanskruti several times and always enjoyed the food. On our recent visit we really impressed by the additions you have made to your menu. Our party of 4 all picked new dishes and without exception they where very good, and reasonably priced.

Best vegetarian restaurant in Liverpool

Food was not that great. First they served me soiled food and later when asked they changed it.

All dishes were just delicious.The portion size is also good. The service was quick, good and friendly. Pav bhaji was very nice. They have good indo chinese starter options also which was yummy. 😍Loved the atmosphere as it gives out Indian vibes and can make your food as spicy as you want! If you’re an Indian you should try it!

We went to this Indian restaurant for dinner, and it was such a wonderful experience! We ordered so many dishes, and everything was absolutely amazing—especially the rotis. They were perfect, probably the best I’ve had in a long time! I also tried shrikhand for the first time, and it was so good—a delightful surprise. Everything was up to the mark, except for one dish, the Gajar (carrot) ka halwa. Unfortunately, it didn’t taste like carrot at all, which was disappointing. But honestly, the rest of the food was so superb that I can easily overlook that one misstep. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving delicious Indian food!

Booked for my husband's birthday. We enjoyed the food, poppadoms and chutneys and then thali for him and curry with peshwari naan for me. Then, as I had mentioned it in the booking, a cake with a sparkler was bought to him and happy birthday sung! It made for an evening to remember.

Outstanding vegan/veggie Indian food. Highly recommend. We went for my birthday and the waiters were so welcoming and the service was excellent. Food is exceptional there. They had overheard that it was my birthday and brought out a cake and sparklers at the end and sang happy birthday to me. Thank you so much for a lovely evening! We will be back soon x

Unfortunately it was very cold in the restaurant on Saturday . There were 4 of us and even the men could feel a cold draft . We did mention it and asked if the door could be kept closed but nothing changed .

Perfect place for vegetarians. Packed with variety of dishes from across India.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Almost too difficult to make a decision as a large menu full of tasty options. We decided to select a number of the street food items and curry mains/sides and shared it so got a chance to try more. absolutely everything was delicious and full of flavour. Service was great too. Only down side was that the restaurant was a bit on the cold side.

We've been to Sanskruti on many occasions and always have we had the best time. The food is exceptional and so are the staff. They're always very accommodating and you never have to wait long for the food. It's always difficult to find good Pani Puri and vegetarian options at other Indian restaurants l, but we have always had the best experience and food here

Great menu with lots of tasty vegetarian and vegan options. Everything is fresh and full of flavour. Service is quick, and the portions are just right. You really can't go wrong

Beautiful and well presented food with great service and plenty of choice on the menu. Suitable for any dietary type ie even if you aren’t vegan or vegetarian like me, you can still enjoy, as the food tastes great. We enjoyed the paneer dosa, cashew and pineapple korma with a platter for starters, with rice and peshwari naan as accompaniments. The rasmali dessert was wonderful - very light on the stomach and fresh. Wash this down with the masala tea - delicious!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as ever. Always a great choice with something different to try each time we go.

Staff was very mean, not at all recommended, staff don't know how to speak to the customer she was so rude we came from Birmingham.

They always serves with utmost professionalism & love. I never have any issue till now. Staff is very efficient, caring & helping. Food is delicious & they served us so well.

Easy to book online. Excellent service. The vegan options are spectacular. Could not recommend the food more highly. The only downside was that although the opening hours are listed as being until 10:30, the staff opened all the doors just after 10pm. It was December and we were seated near the door so it got very cold as we were finishing our drinks. I understand that staff need to get home but it felt like we were being forced out the door at 10pm. It soured the experience. I'd definitely come back for the food. But I'd never book a table for 9pm again.

Lovely place for food, and service is great

We had a wonderful night at Sanskruti for our staff Christmas party. The food was absolutely delicious and was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our large group. There is a great atmosphere in the restaurant. It was relaxed whilst still feeling like a special occasion and a real treat! I had the masala cashew nut dish and it was really lovely - to be honest, you could probably order anything on the menu and it would all be fantastic! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely be going again!

Really good food. My friend thinks that all Indian food she had before were unauthentic after trying yours.

We've enjoyed going here over several years now and it never fails. It doesn't matter what we have it is always great food, but I'd like to highlight the Sharing Chat Platter we had as our starter. Lovely. Staff are always friendly and helpful if you need some guidance. Until next time.

I had high expectations for Sanskruti, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. The food was underwhelming and overpriced. The starter was disappointingly dry, and the pilau rice had lumps, which made it feel poorly prepared. To add to the frustration, they forgot our takeaway order, which was only nann. We were left waiting for over 20 minutes, and the excuse provided was far from satisfactory. In addition to all this, they added a service charge without informing us, which felt completely unacceptable given the poor service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really amazing vegetarian and vegan Indian restaurant. Firstly the service was second to none. The server was excellent, giving advice, suggesting amount of food, and always checking everything was good. Secondly, the food was absolutely amazing. Tasty, extremely well spiced, plentiful, and authentic. It was great to find somewhere that serves vegan Indian breads and onion bhajis. If you are in Liverpool, are vegan, and like Indian food go! You will not be disappointed.

Been here after year , was regular with my family , OMG the quality has fallen by mile 🫢, ordered shared tandoori platter and paneer curry with nans and the taste and the quality of food has left this place , will never recommend the food , the service was ok but the interiors are tired and basement is quite gloomy and dark and the price compared to top restaurants around is ridiculously high😳

We loved the ambiance and service. Unfortunately , your food quality has dropped drastically. I would no longer classify yours as authentic Indian food. It was not cheap either - so disappointed with the food that we shall not be coming back.

My favourite restraraunt in liverpool. Always absolutely delicious food abs great service.

We were in a party of 4. 2 ordered a range of dishes and 2 a thali. The thali was served last after the other 2 party members had eaten their poppadoms, starters. This wasn't so bad but then even the main courses were brought first before the thali. This meant that two of the party waited for well over an hour before receiving any food which spoilt the experience of all.

Everything was just on point and delicious. I mean by just looking at our mouth was watering. The portion size is as good as for one person but if you eat little like me you can share it with your partner too. The service was quick, good and friendly. Loved the atmosphere as it gives out Indian vibes and can make your food as desi as you want! If you’re an Indian you should try it!

It was OK, I probably wouldn't go again. Went with my wife who is vegetarian and my 2 young children the bill came to £115 which is a lot more than we usually spend when we go out to eat.

Fabulous as always. Food is delicious and so so good. If you are a meat eater don't get get put off by no meat - the food is so good you don't miss meat at all. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even made a fuss for one of our patties birthday. Always a pleasure to eat at Sanskruti. Thank you x

Can't fault this restaurant, we were only in Liverpool for a night and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The staff are super friendly without being overbearing, it's well priced and honestly some of the most authentic and tastiest Indian food I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

Sensational! Best Indian food in the North West. Lovely atmosphere as well.

Each Indian i visit just keeps getting better and better each time. However. Unlike most Indian restaurants/takeaways i and many others have visited, it’s almost entirely, if not completely vegan! I know, a shocker, right? It was a very different experience to what i’m used to having at an Indian. But, despite the lack of meat, i was willing to try something new. To actually get in, you must wander down a flight of stairs down into a cellar or bunker of some kind into the restaurant. Very niche, indeed. The decor is very vibrant and full of life and colour. And the music, for most of these places, is just always relaxing. And my goodness the food, wow. Despite the obvious fact that it’s missing the poultry, red meat aspect of the dishes, it was damn amazing! Need i say more? It honestly made me feel hungry for more it was that darn good. The spices, the texture, the flavour? Oh stop it. The quality of the ingredients is honestly unrivalled by many places i’ve happened to visit, so far. For my first experience in a vegan based restaurant, for the first time ever, i can truly say i did not miss the meat alternatives, at all. Service was top notch, in addition to my general time here. In conclusion? It’s an Indian restaurant, with a rather unusual vegan twist. A good unusual that is. Me and my friends all had such a wonderful time together here, spent enjoying some of the best food i ever had. And I personally believe whether you’re vegan or not vegan, everyone from all backgrounds would truly love it here, with Sanskruti offering something that everyone could enjoy, no matter where you stand diet wise. One things for sure, though, you’ll be seeing me here again at some point in time, definitely.

Really excellent food and service, such a fabulous menu to select from. Portion were large and prices extremely reasonable. Best vegetarian food we have had since the Kastoori in Tooting High Street sadly closed. We will be back.

It's really disappointing to see some places misrepresenting Indian cuisine. Ordered from @SanskrutiL3 and got Tandoori soya tikka, Daal Makhni, Kadai Paneer, and Garlic naan that just lacked flavor. It felt like they just threw in some sticks and boiled onions without any understanding of the authentic spices and tastes! 😔 If you're venturing into Indian food, please take the time to understand the essence of it. There are so many vibrant flavors and textures in our cuisine that deserve to be honored. Not every dish should be an easy shortcut! Authentic Indian food isn't just about the ingredients but the love and passion behind each recipe. Beautiful food and very reasonably priced. All the staff are lovely and just the right level of attentive.

Food is normally 10/10, best Indian in town. But today it was quite mushy and cold. Easily reheated but I'm quite disappointed about the quality! Hoping it's a one off.

So nice to have an all vegetarian place!
