Sandwich platters in Richmond upon Thames

The food presentation didn't quite live up to the pictures, and the arrangement seemed somewhat unprofessional. The sandwiches were overall good, but the wraps were noticeably lacking in filling and didn't have an appetizing appearance. On a positive note, the delivery driver was friendly and satisfactory. However, the person I spoke with on the phone came across as angry. I had sent them 2 emails - one with instructions on how to access our office and one asking to set a defined slot for delivery as they gave me a 2-hour slot which is a bit constraining. They became defensive when I called to confirm their understanding on the day of the order which I'm not sure is acceptable when working with other businesses. This lack of communication made me skeptical, as it resembled behavior often associated with scammers. Just a friendly advice - work on the presentation a lot more, and don't be so stingy with the fillings, after all you charge 50 pounds for delivery :) If this is the case I would love to work with them again in future.

We had sandwich platters delivered for a reception after a funeral. Everything arrived on time, fresh and tasty, exactly as shown on the website and nicely packaged. Everyone tucked in and It made a sad day happier. Efe was also really helpful on the phone and by email before the event. This is a great solution if you need this sort of thing.
