Came here for lunch with work colleagues and we were all very impressed with the quality of food- the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly & attentive and the service was prompt. We opted for the lunchtime set menu which was really good value for money. Food was fresh and delicious!

White bait was so fresh and loved roasted vegetables with sea bass! Also Falafel wasn’t heavy and dry like others. Had so much good flavor to enjoy with hummus! Nice plating with great flavor of fresh ingredients that we really enjoyed eating set lunch 🤩

Food is amazing. Everything cooked to perfection and the staff are amazing - very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

Disappointing evening. We had booked a table at 8.30 and clearly were keeping the staff up. We were rushed to order then the mains arrived while we were still eating starters and I had to protest to hang on to my starter. The main courses weren’t hot and we actually wondered if the kitchen had just plated up some food and gone home. Wine list was run of the mill. If you don’t want customers to come in at 8.30 please remove that booking slot but please don’t provide inferior service! I had eaten here once before and thought it very good then, however one poor experience can change your view.

We visited Bade for the first time last night and was very impressed. The food was delicious, lovely cold mezze to share and my beyti kebab main was really good. Also tried the Turkish white wine which was good value and nice. Friendly service too, we'll be back.

If you want to taste Turkish flavors in London, this is the restaurant for you. BADE is not a classic fireplace place, it is a place for those who find the immigrant spirit in between, where you can taste Turkish dishes with British interior design. Don't leave without chatting with the intellectual lady owner.

Great restaurant 😄 I had my son’s first birthday party at Bade and we had a lovely time. The food was great, staff were lovely and attentive. I would highly recommend.

When i went today i was left speechless; the food, decorations and atmosphere was top of the line with welcoming and fast staff serving my food in a well manner. The food made me feel like i was walking in Kadıköy with no problems and the decorations clearly resembled this. The atmosphere was relaxing and nice which made me feel comfortable and at peace while eating food and this is something that most restaurants don’t do good but today i was left with a very positive view of the restaurant.

Staff were friendly but inexperienced. Atmosphere ok with a colourful flowery roof and some nice art. Starters arrived so quickly it felt like the fried Halloumi must have been pre-prepared - it lacked flavour and was served in some sad wilted leaves. The mixed cold Mezze and breads were tasty - best part of the meal. Mains of lamb and Moussaka were disappointing. The Lamb shank while soft did not have much flavour. It was served with a helping of uninspiring mashed potato and a bisto-style gravy that was plasticky and flavourless. No side veg on offer. The Moussaka lacked flavour and richness and was a fairly small portion for the price. A nice Pinot helped but couldn’t save it. Feels like some focus on the food could push this place to a 4* because you could feel that staff were enthusiastic and friendly.

The perfect combination of cozy atmosphere great food and friendly service

This is a truly delightful restaurant serving outstanding food with outstanding service. The Turkish coffee and baklava were a perfect ending to a delicious meal. It was very quiet on the day we went for lunch, and is perhaps not well known, but definitely deserves to be. I hope I get the opportunity to visit again.

Very nice restaurant. The Bade lamb shish meat pieces were very juicy and savoury. The combination with the mashed eggplant is great. As a desert, I took the kunefe with additional icecream. It's really delicious.

Little gem at the heart of Teddington. Lovely decor, wonderful staff (family run) very charming place. Excellent quality food. White table cloth experience yet very reasonably priced. Good portion sizes and wine selection. . They do offer set menus for lunch and dinner too. They now have a summer menu (August ‘24) with more options vegetarian and vegan friendly. meat dishes were also great.

This is our go to restaurant in Teddington. The food is always fantastic, the staff are great and the service impeccable. Don’t overlook the fab Turkish wine! The owner is always so welcoming and delightful. Highly recommend.

The meat and starters were excellent. Although the place felt a bit empty and deserted when we arrived around 6 p.m., the experience improved significantly once we were seated. Overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great service and staff but the vegetarian options were really disappointing. There were only 1/2 veggie mains, and they weren't appetising - just plain vegetables with no carbs or protein.

I ate at bade for the first time recently and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The menu was extensive and the portion sizes were generous. The food itself was incredible, all the meat was cooked to perfection and the chicken melted in your mouth. The whole place has a warm, family feeling and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Teddington to try it out.

Failing to make plans for a sunny Friday evening, a last minute trip to Teddington was the fall back option. When we arrived, however, the restaurants all looked pretty full until we came across Bade and strangely, we thought, there were plenty of tables free. Firstly, the food is exceptional! Our little group of four tends to opt for mostly vegetarian dishes but especially middle-eastern cuisine (yes, I know Turkey isn't strictly middle east but I'd still argue the cuisine middle-eastern style) because they're absolutely packed with flavour and we weren't disappointed at all. Secondly, the front of house staff were SO friendly... I mean above and beyond friendly, which was such a nice change. My only question is why Bade wasn't absolutely packed to the rafters? We all left wondering the same thing. So if you're in Teddington and looking for a bite to eat, I strongly recommend it. I don't think you'll be disappointed and you might just find a gem, hiding in plain sight.

I tried many Turkish restaurants in London. The most delicious is Bade. lamb skewer is definitely the best in the region. Thank you for reducing my homesickness. ♥️♥️

Having had a fairly good experience sitting in the restaurant, we decided to order takeaway. It was very disappointing. Aside from some of the dishes only being half full, the Turkish bubble bread was in fact a supermarket packet pita which had been toasted. I’m not sure how they thought it would not be noticed. I called the manager and to her credit, she then quickly personally delivered some authentically made bread, but I am a bit suspicious about the rationale that this had apparently been down to the kitchen staff?? (Which was the excuse given). Unfortunately, we will not be dining there or getting takeaway from Bade again.

Do not be deceived from the outside, it is gorgeous inside. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We were a big party of over 10+ who all managed to give our orders and be served hot meals without having to wait too long. The food was really good and there were no complaints from our party. The bread is insane, if only you could get it to go. After the meal we remained chatting and drinking and was not rushed to leave. The service was excellent even whilst they had other customers too. Would definitely go back considering we were not local.

We visited yesterday after eating there a year ago (we do not live in the area). Still as good as I remember and am sure we will return if we are in the area again. The food was excellent and very fresh. Service was very friendly. Only criticism is that the calamari could have been crisper, it was a little on the soggy side.

Review from my mum: The best Turkish restaurant in the area. We usually come all the way from Richmond to enjoy the authentic Turkish food, which we absolutely love. They have a great selection of meat & vegetarian dishes too - we tried Adana shish (lamb) and it was so good. They use authentic Turkish spices and serve it with a special rice and fresh salad. They have large selection of wine & they have my favourite Italian lemonades. Turkish coffee was lovely and hopefully next time we'll have some place left for baklava. The food is always very fresh & the service was top-class.

My first visit to Bade Turkish Restaurant left me impressed. The atmosphere upon entering was serene and relaxed, complemented by elegant yet simple decor. The customer service was notably warm, welcoming, and laid-back, with attentive staff. The food exceeded expectations - flavorful, well-presented, and notably fresh. Each dish offered distinct flavors and a unique culinary experience. Portion sizes were satisfying, and though slightly pricey, it was undoubtedly worth it for the quality. I highly recommend dining here and commend the chef for their delectable creations.

The best AliNazik, I’ve ever had. The food is very tasty, quick and very kind service, such a beautiful place. The decoration is so vibey and such good vibes. Definitely reccomend, will be back soon!

Pros - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Cons - food was lacking if I'm honest. The meat was tender but I expected more flavour considering the reviews. Meal was average at best.

Amazing! Amazing!! We had a baby shower here with 9 people and it was perfect!! The venue is stunning, so pretty, classy and elegant. The staff are lovely!! So smiley and friendly and always there to help with anything set up, the lights for good photos. And the food!!! 10/10 I have come here for breakfast and dinner and both times were soo good!! A mother's day special. Food reasonably priced & cocktails hovering around the £10 mark, similar to most establishments. A small but tasty vegetarian selection for those that feel the need. Polite service.

One of the best Turkish restaurant in London. All the mezes and mains were delicious. Service was great and the owner Mehmet was exceptionally kind and helpful. The best part is dog friendly. We will be addicted for sure

Very friendly staff, lovely. Starter meze “platter” was £19 and was unfair portion size. I’d advise the manager reviews this as it will irritate people, as other reviews have stated. Won’t return unfortunately. The host has since replied saying we ordered a replacement of the platter which isn’t the case. We asked for one of the items to be brought out on a separate plate.

My husband and I went to Bade's with another couple. The food was tasty and authentic, service was attentive and flexible, and the decor was charming and welcoming. I think it is one of the best Turkish restaurants in the area. So refreshing to be in a Turkish restaurant that is not like a fast food like Kebab place or a Mediterranean mix without an identity since the cuisine is so much more than that! Definitely worth trying it out!

Came here for my son’s birthday and left very disappointed. I called in 3 days prior to make a reservation which was ‘confirmed’ yet upon arriving we were made to wait almost 20 minutes, while there was 3 empty tables. Shocking. Won’t be returning. Highly UNRECOMMEND

Food took an extremely long time to arrive, had to be returned as they didn’t take my allergens into consideration despite being made aware on several occasions. Wasn’t great food either, definitely not authentic Turkish. Staff aren’t helpful and look like they cannot wait to go home, monotonous voices. Not a nice experience, you can find a better experience with real Turkish food at many other places, but here I’d definitely advise to avoid.

The dinner at Bade Turkish restaurant was delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend to choose a selection of mezze with the bread that arrives hot straight from the oven to the table. Truly and indulgent and delicious dining experience that was ended with as slice of baklava and a sip of Raki.

Excellent food. On our visit on a Sunday lunch time it was very quiet. Starters were all very good.

Went for a light early supper around 6.15 on a cold night. Warm and friendly welcome. Drinks and menus came quickly. We’d already looked the menu online so ordered immediately. Hot ‘bubble bread’ arrived. We chose a range of 6 starters as a mezze meal. Babaganoush, Saksuka, spicy Sucuk sausage, felafel with hummus, mucver and calamari. All were delicious. Reasonably priced for round here, friendly and attentive service, great flavours. Definitely recommend.

We had our early dinner at the restaurant and it wasn’t too busy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was scrumptious and I liked the decoration of the restaurant, very modern and classy. We had grilled lamb necks (Lam Schish) which was tender and grilled Chicken (Ali Nazik) was really tasty.
