This has become a regular haunt for me and the boys over past few years, always a reliable spot. Decent food, Shisha priced reasonably and it’s always a good atmosphere.

Decent place, simple menu with good burgers 🍔. Mostly shisha going on. Cash only though which means if you are not used to carry cash, it can be a bit annoying.

Sandflames is not the same anymore all the staff has changed the customer service is gone bad and idk what happened to sandflames shisha is very bad now it used to be the top shisha lounge now I don’t recommend it to anybody

I was there last week and I didn’t enjoy my shisha at all IC asked someone to change it for me nobody come until I left never go there again

Doha was a very good hostess, her services were impeccable. She took very good care of us, she was very welcoming and she was one of the best hostess that I have ever come across. As it was my daughter’s graduation day, she was very kind hearted and was nonetheless just an amazing person. This is why I highly recommend this place due to her services.

Sandflames is one of our favourite Shisha Lounge in London, Fabulous ambience & atmosphere. 
The food is delicious & amazing. 
The chicken stake is soooooo delicious & fresh - definitely way way BETTER than Bait Alzayroon. 
Highly recommended. The Shisha, it last forever with the same delicious taste.

I spent the evening at Sandflames with a group and it was such an amazing experience. Right from entering the door the staff greeted us kindly and made friendly conversation. The food was delicious and was served well, thank you doha.

Not a single vegan option on what is a very short menu. Not impressed Seating is kind of a covered outdoor space suitable for smoking.

I came to this lounge for the first time with my friend and I felt uncomfortable the whole time as we were chucked out because this trashy ex of my friend came in and harassed us and it was the workers friends they were laughing at my friend and me and made me cry. I can’t believe what happened today I will never come here

Мне посоветовал это место охранник из отеля. Доверившись ему, пришла поесть. Но была сильно разочарована. Многих блюд из меню нет в наличии. Официант невнимательный, принял у меня заказ неправильно. Почти весь персонал приезжие из Африки и Азии. Почувствовала себя не в Лондоне, а в Египте или в Турции. Персонала больше, чем посетителей. Ругаются между собой, кричат, а работу свою толком не выполняют. Мне принесли салат (цезарь), он очень острый, однако вкусный. Еще я заказывала бургер, но мне его так и не принесли, так как официант утверждал, что я его не заказывала. зато навязали бутылку воды за 2 фунта, которую я не заказывала. В общем, не рекомендую это место. Потеря времени, денег и полное разочарование.

Sandflames was my go to place before but im no longer going to be a customer, they have increased their prices however we was sat quickly but waited nearly 20min to be even noticed by anyone that we hadn't ordered then someone came to take our order but then randomly disappeared and went to the table next to us who had already ordered and took another 5mins there and to be honest for the prices and how not busy it was i just had enough and walked out

I was staying in the Travelodge across the road so this seemed as good a place as any to pop for dinner. The staff were friendly and the food was good and came quickly. There were a couple of good veggie options and the portions are good sized. The place doesn’t serve alcohol but the milk shakes are very good. For all of the above I’d usually give the place 4 spots but the other diners dragged the place down - I was sat on a table on my own and three separate people decided it was ok to sit down at my table while they waited for their friends who had gone to the toilet - one woman was very drunk (obviously not on milkshake) and sat down after she’d bumped into my table three times. Also the diners sat at the table opposite me (who seemed to know the manager(?) quite well and really were old enough to behave with a bit more decorum) spent more time licking / eating each other’s faces and mauling each other than eating their food which was a lot off putting, I ended up leaving half of my food and departing.

By far the best meal and service I have had in a long time. The food was unbelievably tasty and cooked to perfection! The service was exceptional the waiter was so polite and attentive. The waiting time was just right. The food was so fresh! Would definitely recommend a visit and I will definitely be coming back when I’m next in London. Well done guys!!

This was the second visit; the food and service during first occasion was better however the food was not as well prepared the second time. We had also asked for our drink to be replaced having taken a sip and it not being to our taste. Although it was replaced it was done so very begrudgingly. Also the mocktail was very watery and not at all pleasant. Will not re visit.

The stuff constantly harassed me and my friend at the door for I.D. Even though we have never been asked anywhere else ever.We are 21 and 23years olds and provided university ID/driving licences and have been there before several occasions.The "manager" who was really a waiter kept calling us sweetheart,sweetie which was extremely patronising as he clearly had a male superiority complex issue. The food at the place in fairness is quite nice and the atmosphere of the environment, however their shisha is not the best and flavour is gone after 20mins and the service of the food is extremely slow.I would highly suggest going somewhere if you want quicker service and better shisha.

Don't be fooled by the Instagram photos! Ordered starters mains and dessert! None of the food was nice, and was not high quality at all. The burger was poorly constructed and kept falling apart and our waiter didn't even make any eye contact with us! Wouldn't recommend or go again

Locale carino a pochi passi dall'uscita della metro, ampio e facile da raggiungere. All'ingresso il personale ci informa subito che qui non si servono alcolici (nessun problema per noi!), in questo modo la gente può scegliere subito se entrare oppure cambiare tipo di locale. Il menù è vasto, ottimi gli hamburger, le insalate e anche i piatti vegetariani! Personale gentile e simpatico. Se siete in zona provatelo!

Después de viajar por más de una hora para el restaurante basado en una recomendación hecha por un amigo, con un grupo de 20 colegas para dejar hacer. Que sensación de izquierda extremadamente decepcionado en el servicio que recibimos. No sólo la comida llega más de una hora tarde, pero al llegar mi hamburguesa y patatas fritas eran frías y prácticamente incomible. Los camareros prometió una y otra vez mi comida, traído a mí una vez me había quejado pero todavía tardaron un más de 25 minutos de haber entregado la comida equivocada. Uno de mis amigos ni siquiera conseguir su comida en el final por el tiempo que toma que es completamente inaceptable Dados los comentarios he escuchado según el restaurante. Es seguro decir que no regresaremos de nuevo! !

Vi buenas críticas y tenía grandes expectativas y que caen! Su idea de una parrilla plana son piezas de encontrarse muy saturado duro! Me volví "steak" para mi esposa no sirvió para nada! Al menos fueron honestos y me cobraron solo la mitad de precio!

So first time here as I was hungry and staying at the holiday Inn express . What a find , the hot wings were flaming, the Mexican burger was awesome....awesome bun....and sandflames hot sauce.....bang on the money...kickin the butt outta the ball park.....awesome job guys...thanks....

Fui bastante temprano en la noche y, aunque el lugar era tranquilo, el personal me hizo sentir muy bienvenido. Pedí mi comida peri peri pollo y se sentó, cuando mi pedido llegó me quedé sorprendido por el tamaño que la porción (ADVERTENCIA que necesita tener hambre). La comida era excelente y muy sabroso. El camarero me trajo un cortesía de fresa, que aunque sin alcohol mohito como todas las bebidas que se sirven en el restaurante era muy refrescante, con una mezcla única de frutas y menta. Yo también había pedido un gofre dulce que una vez más era enorme cubierto de lonchas de fresas helado y crema batida. Tengo que decir que no podía comer de todo y con gran renuencia tuvimos que dejar algunos de ambos campos. El personal ofreció poner las sobras en una caja para llevar, pero sabía que sería volver a mi habitación de hotel, y tienen que intentar terminar, así que tuve que declinar. Un gran lugar para comer y el personal era genial.

We have been there 2 weeks before and the food was good but today every thing was really awful. The management seems changed, the burgers was low quality. the breads were really un-fresh. in total don't waste your time.

The shisha service was OK, but waited an hour for my latte to arrive, coincidentally 5mins after I got fed up waiting and asked to cancel the order. Payment has to be made for any order before it is prepared and served.

We went here with a group of 30 friends to break our fast for Ramadan. I can honestly say the staff and in particularly rashid (manager) was so helpful and made our visit/experience amazing! Before breaking our fast we where given complementary inhouse soup,soft drink,date,fruits also prayer area with prayer matt. Food was tasty n fresh aswell with good portion/presentation then top it off the shisha was excellent (iron bru and skittles) if haven't tasted it must try it, shisha lasted very long time and regularly changed coconut coal. We all enjoyed our time here and will be coming here very soon. If anyone planning to visit here I definitely would recommend it especially if during the holy month of Ramadan ur looking for a venue to break ur fast or just somewhere to eat n smoke all in one.

Absolutely appalling! So I am a semi regular customer at this establishment. Usually mid-week takeaway however decided to visit on Friday this time. Place was busy so the lady that took my order informed me there would be a 15min wait - no problem. 25min later still waiting. I ask the waitress if my order was far away - no it will be right out. 35min it arrives minus my side of onion rings. I get told oh sorry we are out and she walks off. I go up to the counter and ask for a refund - oh I thought we had some - they'll be another 30min (at this point I think they must be having a laugh). So they finally refund me. The refund was giving a 20p coins because they didn't having anything larger. What makes me mad is they had several opportunities to proactively manage the situation but instead came off rude and flippant. -100 Points on customer service!

I have tried this place about 10 times and believe me or not it used to be amazing when it first opened as they did not have that much of clients. Luckily for them they are really busy on daily basis but unfortunately for the clients it's very bad. The service is the worse - my food took about an hour on Saturday while watching the football and the answer from the wait was oh we are busy with a very angry reply. I felt completely upset and let down as I usually get starters main desert and shisha so a good £80 every time I go shisha and I do about 5 times per week.My friends got a refund for a milkshake they ordered as the machine was not working but then the milkshake came? I am speechless with this place. Very sad because it was great. You can only pay cash for the shisha they don't take AMEX at the till for the food.

Best place to go out for a chilled evening, date, birthdays or any other form of celebration. I really liked the service from start to finish. Clean restaurant with amazing shisha and drinks. I am yet to try the food. Already been there 3 times:-)

Look no further. The food here is fantastic. The place may me a little off the wall but I come here every time I stopover in Park Royal. Not once been disappointed. Tonight I had Carribbean burger and lamb chops.

Best Shisha place by a country mile. Shisha amazing with variety of flavours and quick coal changes. Staff are more like friends, ensuring quick and efficient service whilst taking the time to have a quick genuine chat. Food is LUSH, it's so good it's gone in seconds (literally), being a regular the very cheesy burger is my favourite and having eaten in a variety of different countries I have to admit it's probably the best burger I've ever had. Steaks are great, cooked exactly as I request and Sandonaise sauce WOW that needs a patent, I'm hooked on to that like it's a drug. Great place, great location and more importantly great staff and management. If you haven't checked it out yet your missing out and would honestly say give it try, especially at this time of the year when it feels so cosy and warm. Need a 10* rating option as it's that dam good.

I decided to try this place on a friends recommendation. The plan was to go for food and shisha. Firstly, parking isn't the best unless you get there late evening and park on the main road. The place was virtually empty upon arrival. I decided to go for the 3 mini burger. Have to say I enjoyed the food and it was all pretty quick at coming out apart for one order for a group of 8. The later it got, the livelier it got and the shisha was pretty good too. Could do with the staff being a little more attentive and taking orders at the table as opposed to going back to the entrance! Decent food and shisha but not wow!
