Got chicken wings today. Pathetic quality and quantity. Never going back again.

Lamb Tikka pitta bread Meat was a bit tuff too eat. Masala Fish was very nice and Chicken and chips

had trouble with tracking as they don't offer live tracking, then had to call the restaurant to ask where the food was as it was past delivery time and said it was delivered. they tried saying they have been knocking at the door for ages but went back to the shop. they hadn't even knocked once. food was stone cold when it finally came after arguing over the phone with the shop.

Bad experience but that was 2 years ago. Haven't been back.

Shop looked completely dead inside. I got a large donner meat and fries which came to £6. The portion size was good but the food quality wasn’t. The fries were just standard frozen fries which were fine but the donner was dry and tasted like cardboard. It was also given in thick chunks and not thin strips. The donner spit wasn’t even turned on and spinning so I don’t know how long that donner was even sitting there.

Food was delicious came fresh and hot when arrived one of the best pizzas ive tasted first time i ordered from here and will use as my regular place from now on. 🙂

Avoid strips & rice, literally tasted like soap and couldn't have been any less seasoned. Chicken popcorn lacked any flavour and was basically just pieces of batter. Spicy donner meat was disgraceful. I don't normally leave reviews even if the food was bad but this was truly awful.

chips were poor to average. Chicken burger made up for it. if a salsa sauce is added to the burger menu I would definitely pick here over KFC in future.

I always order from him but this is the first time ordering a peri peri chicken and it’s dry and I’ve never had a peri chicken like this before! Absolutely disgusting

First time ordering from here and like Arnie... I'll be back... Loads of kebab meat on the large meat and fries . Unbelievable to get a shush kebab fries and salad for only £2 and the BBQ chicken wings were amazing . Food a bit cold but can't moan at that as I am a few miles away . Enjoyed it all 😜❤️

One thing I don't understand about this place is alot of the meals don't come with drink wich I find confusing why call it a meal and what's the point doing meals without a drink doesn't make sense

Very good delivery, he was also able to come up to the flat door for us which was good. The chicken nugget meal was very good value for money & large fries was very large 👍 & the curry sauce was nice too. Overall very pleased with that order

I went to the shop first time I ordered chips that's cold and I ask to put chili on the half but the guy put on full that's totally dispointed

Never ever have had a bad experience at this place. (Except the next day after order most of the extra spicy stuff 🤣) ordered the bbq donner in pitta, won't lie but the pitta could of been a little bit softer bit nice nonetheless. When I say extra spicy on the peri peri wings I don't.mean dipped in Caroline reaper sauce 🤣🤣 mouth is burning. Will never go anywhere else for takeaway except this place

Large mixed grill— every piece of meat dry and tough!!! Burnt dry naan, only edible bit of food was the fries, will not be ordering again!!

Service extremely poor, chicken wings completely dehydrated no value. Dixy still provide an excellent service and tasty food including wings.

Food was delicious delivered on time and at a price to beat.

Chicken was well seasoned, crunchy and delicious. However, the bbq chicken wings had too much bbq sauce such that you can't taste anything else. I also don't recommend getting any pizzas there and instead stick to just chicken.

My food hasn’t been delivered yet and it’s over the delivery time. I’ve phoned the shop and they’ve told me it hasn’t left yet. I’m disappointed on how long I have to wait as I’ve waited over an hour and half.

Driver arrived just within the time slot...just. Chips/fries tasted strange, as it had an after taste of stale/old oil.

I never choose delivery that is why I don't have an opinion. Big portions and great fries. Hard working staff and my favourite place in Hamstead.

You get what you pay for from Sam’s. It’s fast food and is very affordable so the quality is very good with those things considered and the service is friendly and precise.

Always brilliant, I've eaten here since I was a kid and never been disappointed.

The food was not fresh ,it arrived cold ,the chicken nibblets had been re fried and were dry also not full cooked though, very disappointed as a few years ago I use the love their nibblets,the pizza was tough and not soft, the only thing I enjoyed was the chips as they were fresh.

The zinger burger was ok but why was it chewy?!? The peri peri wings were nice and spicy but a bit on the small side.

Meal was slightly later than the estimated time, but not to worry as the food was really good as usual.

Really quick delivery - arrived way before the estimated time. The kebabs were very filling and the salad was fresh. The 2 year old made a fairly good attempt to eat all the chicken nuggets so they must have been nice! Excellent weekend treat.

The tension and negative attitude between staff members in the shop was somewhat awkward and uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and not a nice experience for a paying customer to witness. I couldn't wait to get out of there! Food was average, chips were really greasy. Won't be going back because of the service alone!

Just awful. Food was late and despite being told after waiting more than an hour it would be 5 more minutes, still waited another 10. Naan bread was so dry, definitely not fresh. Would never order from here again. Given £3 as an apology which is just an insult.

Always really delicious food delivered quickly. Love the pita bread kebab choices - the salad is always fresh. The other half loves the nann bread kebabs when he is having a hungry day . The chips are the best I have had delivered and a large portion easily does 3 people! We quite often have some left over which I heat up the next day! Would defo recommend.

The food was great, the wings were really good and spicy. However the delivery times were about 40 min late

My partner ordered a chicken breast burger however this was so spicy it could not be eaten. Nowhere on the order did we ask for the chicken to have any spice. The garlic bread with cheese was also cold. Consequently we’ve had to place the entire order in the bin. We will be requesting a refund for the entire order.

Known the owner for years he’s hard working even though he was ill the time I went bruv, hardworking also food is eatable…
