6 pcs of chicken but found 2 were chicken carcasses with just a few scraps of meat, otherwise just bone, 2 dry breast cuts and 2 drummers, no thighs. Uber Eats driver took only 4 minutes to deliver but it arrived cold and no napkins were provided. Chicken coating doesn’t have much flavour and it was quite soggy. Overall not worth the money and won’t order here again. A generous 2 stars.

Sam’s chicken hounslow west we went there for food the staff is too unproffesional and one of worst customer service i see in whole life.I never recomend any one to go there .

Re Sam Chicken Hounslow West Store Me and my partner visited your store on 06th January around 7pm to get some dinner. ( Spicy wings and Peri Peri Chips). We live in Langley, Slough and when we returned home it wasn't Spicy wings and it was Peri Peri wings. As a disappointed customer my partner called the Hounslow West branch just to let them know that the order was wrong but the guy who was at the store was very rude. He told my partner that we have communication problems and we couldn't speak English. I am sure the guy who served us is not a native English speaker as well and how rude to somebody to called their customer that person has communication problems. When we visited your store, it was dead quiet and we were the only customers at the store. My partner called the store to let them know the order was wrong and he was very aggressively speaking to my partner. When she asked the name of the person whom she was speaking, he said he can't give his name and he hanged the line saying he was very busy. The way your staff spoke to my partner was very unacceptable. We didn't call to ask for a free chicken or something we were expecting a little sorry from your staff member that's all. We always visited your stores where ever go in London but this sort of behaviors and staff members I will doubt I will step into a Sam chicken again. I hope you will take my feedback in positive manner to improve your businesses in future.

The food is nice, but I have always been unsure if they made what I ordered and a few times, the staff have been confused about the menu. A big plus-point is that the food serving time is a lot quicker than the KFC on the Bath Road (Hounslow West)

Well this is not the best branch of the chain, but the service is happy and with a smile even when busy. I have only been in a couple of times, but I will go back next time I am waiting for a bus. Basically the staff are quite friendly and really do seem to at least not hate being there. You may have to wait for some time, when it is busy though. The food was actually quite nice and nothing wrong with it at all. They got my order right each time and the food is great value. I am not sure that the food is quite up to KFC standards, but the service is much better than at KFC.

Ordered online and got uber eats to pick up. I ordered the 6 angus beef burgers and 4 large fries and a chicken wrap came up to a whopping £35. Food came and didn't look like it took any effort at all to pack sauce and cheese was all over the wrappers. Buns were either old or bad quality they were just crumbling off the patty. Lettuce looked and tasted very old and soggy whole burger was smothered in some sour tomato ketchup which was horrible couldn't taste nothing other then the horrible ketchup. The whole thing looked like a heap of mess none of my family enjoyed the food let alone finish it. Called up store they wasn't bothered at all so I guess that's why the quality was so bad no care is taken into cooking. No refund or apology was given. Horrible food and rude staff. Will NEVER order from sam's again

As i got off in HOUNSLOW west i had a bit of time on my hands so i went in for a quick hot meal. As i ORDERED 3 PIECE MEAL. I asked how long the new Batch of chicken would be ready so he went to the back and came back to tell me 3MINS. It TOOK HIM GOOD 10MINS TO GET MY ORDER. The first thing again as last VISIT the DOOR STAYED OPEN ABOUT 6INCHES and the freezing cold air just blasted in. I would have thought they wold have fixed it. As i got my meal it took the fries mins to go COLD cause of the cold breeze. The Chicken was NICE AND HOT. There was too much noise and arguments going on in the BACK.

There was only 1 staff member taking orders and helping other members of staff in the kitchen. When finally appeared behind the counter took the order from the person who has just came and ignored the previous customers. The waiting time was very long. It took about 25 minutes to get 15 chicken wings. :((

Fast delivery, 20 minutes earlier Warm, nicely wrapped food. They even give you fresh lemon wipes Food quality and size very good Totally recommend

The staff will get your order wrong, even if you mention it multiple times and seem to panic if they have more than 5 customers. The food is actually pretty good, just make sure you check before you leave the store.

We visited here to make a change from Kentucky Fried Chicken which is about 6 doors down.Although the place was empty, nobody bothered to ask us what we might want. We left after 7 minutes having been there alone for that time without any service

good value for money the fried chicken was freshly cooked tasted great large pieces, atmosphere was okay. it was too cold with wind hitting directly on the counter were we sat. the ketup bottles were filthy had ask the staff to clean the tops of the bottles. would eat there anytime.

Chicken tasted undercooked, nothing was spicy as I ordered the flame burger-I’m pretty sure they gave us the wrong order. I will never be returning.

errible service and food. They got my order wrong and when i called up to complain the staff on the phone said "i don't know what to say to you". It is not the staffs fault, however there needs to be a proper complaints system so that if an order is wrong, SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT IT. The burgers tasted uncooked and BLAND and the wings were terrible. This was my first time here and i won't be returning.

Muy buen pollo frito, papas fritas, etc. a precios excepcionales. Dos libre para menores de 10 libras y que no encuentran que alrededor de Londres. Al otro lado de la estación de metro Hounslow West. Nos probamos una noche regresando tarde de la ciudad y nos sorprendió gratamente. Es muy concurrido y por una buena razón. Un problema es una falta de capacidad con sólo unos pocos taburetes en la barra. Lo elegimos por KFC a pocas puertas de distancia y nos alegramos de haberlo hecho.
