Sam's Chicken in Northampton

Visited Sam's northampton today and that lady serving customers is so cold...and rude. I ended up not buying anything. Ugly customer relations...i understand one may have a bad day but throwing your troubles on others is just bad..never buying from there again

Order was missing items and the food arrived cold.

I ordered 20 wings and half of them where pink where they havent been cooked for long enough the only good thing was the chips and burger but i am very disappointing about the hot wings.

The fried chicken is crispy and flavorful, a must-try. The Mexo Burger blends delicious flavors, making it a solid choice. Highly recommended!

I have bing charged extra instead 26.57 purchased I have bing charged 33.07 can some one correct that wrong payment charged or refund many to my account.

Delivery was quick, food was piping hot and freshly cooked. 👍🏼

First time ordered from here different types of chips which is good as salt not added chicken was good too and delivery service.

The driver was rude for a start… I also ordered the loaded rice but received a small rice that was missing all of the toppings that should have been included so the wrong item was sent and not what was paid for.

First time using and will be back. Good was hot and tasty.

I was really disappointed with their costumer service I went to the tilled to order and got told to go back outside and look at the poster just cuz I wasn’t sure of what to order like who does that to their costumers .

The staff aren't friendly, especially the owner of the shop who thinks highly of himself. Zero customer approach. I have visited this shop several times, their behavior is always the same, RUDE* My kids likes the Sam's chicken wings, and wrap. Yes, the chicken is tasty. However, the size of the chicken wings are way to small to compare the usual size of wings. I wonder why the wing sizes are very small.

This is a terrible service, I ordered my food from 3pm and didn’t get a notification till 17:30 that it has been delivered, “the food was a no show” Nothing was delivered here. I am hungry and stayed hungry all day. This is a really terrible service. I want me refund ASAP

Love the fresh wings and strip burgers! Food is perfect! Takeout is great but the inside could do with frequent cleaning or spritz the furniture up a bit.

My food haven’t been delivered

Ordered fries+Chicken+ rice box , paid 5 pounds for this. And once I open the box a small pieces of chicken ( I can say 3- 4 small pieces) and coleslaw and 25 grams of rice. Waste of Money

Wrong food delivered after waiting 1 hours my kids was so disappointed

Ask for a bucket and never got all the chicken and tried calling them and never answered called them 18 times and didn't pick there phone up not happy

I was only my break and I had ordered a loaded fried chicken and rice which was horrible the rice was ice cold and didn’t even have enough chicken. It’s too expensive for the price and it’s not worth it I’ll probably go to any other fast food restaurant for my meal. It was really upsetting and horrible experience.

I love Sam's it's my favourite chicken place in Northampton I go as much as I can.

The food is decent, but the prices have gone up a lot over the years, and I don't like being charged extra for peri peri salt on my fries 😐

only burger and hash browns was warm, chips, chickens was cold + driver been driving around my house for about 15 minutes

If you're hungry and in town there isn't a chance you'll miss seeing Sam's chicken lol!

Im unhappy about my order because the food came without the Peri peri wings i ordered and i got charged £3 for it. Id like my refund as soon as possible

Disappointed with the service. The behaviour of the staff is very rude. The owner of the shop behave like he is the owner of the town not the shop. Apart from this the other staff is also very rude and unfriendly. It like they are serving food free. Stupid stuff. Foods are competitively good but for their behaviour people will ignore that shop.

Food was warm and delicious.What more can you ask for.

Good place for chicken. I had the loaded fries and they were great (although a little heavy on the pepper). If you want to use card you need to spend at least 5 pounds. At lunch times it's very crowded (12pm - 1pm) so you might not find a place to sit.

Not only 1hr late. But missing items. Took over 50mins just to acknowledge and process the order. No answer on calling the telephone number for just general enquire to ensure order was received. Poorly managed service

First off all I had to wait a whole hour for my delivery to arrive, when it eventually arrives the delivery guy delivered basically a bag of potatoes, but where is the rest of the order.

First time using Sams Chicken and I was pleasantly surprised. Food was delivered in around 30 minutes, was still hot, except the chips which were only warm, but the chicken, the chicken burger and coleslaw were really nice. Very tasty. I'll happily order again.

Their box is maybe for two people, it's a big portion. The food was delicious.

It is okayy food just dont order off their app even if its £7 cheaper to do so because they dont do them orders in the store apparently plus regardless of them saying you will get refunded you wont and they dont pick up the phone either but over all had to order 4 times that day and only got refunded for 1 out of 3 times

Last time I ordered from sams the food was amazing unfortunately this time it was cold the burger was so dry I didn't eat it the chicken burger was OK but apart from that not impressed at all.

Not a bad alternative to another popular fried chicken brand. The spicy fries are worth a try.

For the size of the area, there is many seats and not really any unfriendly people. The staff are amazing and fast, plus the food comes out perfect and fresh.

Again,I got diarrhea,I don't know what they add to their food or if they don't wash their hands but I always get it after eating this food

Nice but the older guy was very rude - the owner I guess. A good customer service requires a happy , pleasant and smiling face not a grumpy one.

The food was great with large portions too. Cooked fresh and quickly. Recommended.

The food was prepared well and in a good time but the delivery took over 30 minutes to arrive. Don’t know what took the rider so long but the food was not very hot when it arrived.

It gave me a food poisoning and a liver pain,plus a woman who works there laughs at me when I order even though she looks like she never seen a gym in he life

Disappointing :( Chips we’re so soggy, barely tasted cooked properly, bbq chicken wings were dry and had no flavour (definitely not coated in a bbq sauce like the description said) Chicken burger was also not that great either. Fried wings were okay probably a 6/10 Proper waste of a Saturday night take away treat and £20 to be honest!!

Sorry to say, my local Royals chicken is much bigger. It was clean and presentable. Good service and polite. Closed earlier than expected for a Saturday night. Would recommend giving it a try.

Missing fries, driver was late about 15mins ,I saw him literally standing near some shop very close to my house for about 10mins,he was also standing for no reason next to the sam's chicken shop even when he got the order,I know because I saw it on the map,food came late and fries were missing,not the first time,it's my last time I'm using food delivery app
