Ondrej's Breakfast Cafe in Northampton

Called in here early Sunday morning for a breakfast butty to take away. Was made quickly and the bacon and sausage were a good quality and taste.

Ordered from these guys a few times and can't fault them

This was our first visit to Andrea’s having heard good reports. A very good selection of courses on the menu and the food was excellent. Attentive friendly staff and a nice comfortable ambience in the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Andrea’s .

Ordered food from their website funds were taken from my bank for the order. No food turned up even worse is that phones numbers they have jus ring no one answers bit unprofessional. Not only that this isn't the first time this has happen with these. I'm now owed over £100 by these.

We called here after the theatre on Friday night as this was directly opposite our hotel. Even though it was after 10.30pm we got the warmest of welcomes and advised not to worry that they usually close at 11pm. The food was Awesome and the pizza I had was truly the nicest that I have ever had. Great food and great drinks all delivered with great friendly service. I would highly recommend this place especially if you are staying at the IBIS Central at the SOL Centre. We will definitely be returning customers.

We visited here on Saturday early evening. We opened the door to a very warm and homely restaurant and were greeted in a friendly way and seated promptly. We were the only table in at that time, but could see there was a lot of take away food leaving the restaurant. The menu was really extensive and all good value. We choose the seafood paella, feta and sundried tomato pasta and the fried cheese. All of the dishes were cooked to order and were so tasty, the flavourings perfect. We had never had fried cheese before but it was delicious. We also had some small bottles of wine which were very tasty too. Lovely service, warm and very clean restaurant, great food - wished we lived closer. But if you are looking for somewhere to eat in Northampton definitely come here, a hidden gem!

Had the "big daddy breakfast" at £ 9.99 Cooked fresh at about 15 minutes but worth the wait. Mugs of tea inbetween. Friend had bespoke breakfast due to diet which they kindly did. Food was hot and tasty. Power and USB charge points, clean tables and place. Staff friendly and attentive. It's a great breakfast and deserves to be busier. I'd recommend and go back.

Stayed at Ibis Northampton Centre for one night and found this joint just across the road on the cold morning for hot breakfast ! Very friendly owner, chef and waiter - Ondrej !

Had an amazing Fruite di Mare pizza, you could taste all the seafood without the base or cheese being overpowering. After a very long day working away from home I walked out a lot happier than I walked it. Food should make you happy and this ticked all the boxes.

Took a chance on this place for a pre cinema meal. What a hidden gem! Ondrej was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. Home made bread was superb and both our pasta dishes were fresh and delicious. Good value too so I think we shall return soon. Deserves more sit-in diners so put this on your list to visit when in town!

Easily the best pizza anywhere north of London, real Italian flour, real Buffalo mozzarella, just a joy to eat from start to finish - super nice family staff, 10/10 from me!!

Had an unfortunate incident of having a dinner there tonight. Tasteless and overcooked food, waitress who doesn't speak English, bechamel sauce pretending to be a peppercorn one, bruschetta made with pesto. Just weird. And expensive too.

We had a fantastic evening at Andreas. We booked because of proximity to our accommodation but were blown away by Onjre’s hospitality, service from his team of chefs and waitresses - but even this paled in comparison to the superb food on offer. Between us we had pre-ordered almost everything on their extensive menu: charcuterie platters, heavenly garlic bread, T-bone and sirloin steaks, pizzas, risotto, burgers…great drink options too with Moretti, Peroni, excellent Pinot Grigio wine. We feel so lucky to have spent the evening at Andreas.

We brought a large group to Northampton and were lucky enough to book into Andrea’s. Ondrej was brilliant to deal with beforehand and really helpful over ordering the food. The food on the night was fantastic. Generous portions, excellent quality, beautifully presented and tasty. Flexible, friendly staff made a welcoming start to the trip. 100% recommended.

Ordered breakfast at 10am, two breakfasts. Estimated time was an hour. After over 2 hours, 3 phone calls and was told lies about when the delivery was sent out. Received cold food. Soggy hash browns, not worth the money or time it took. Avoid like covid. Would rate 0 if possible.

I had a late morning breakfast. I had a custom breakfast of 2 fried eggs 3 sausages and fries. I rewuested fried tomato but I think the waotress forgot. I didnt want bacon hash browns and beans that usually came with a standard breakfast. I had a lovely milkshake too. All for £10.60. The place is bright and clean. Aĺl the tables have charging points for devices as well ad usb ports. They serve a variety of items such ss pancakes sandwhiches baked potatoes etc. They also have a bar with beer and wines. I was the only customer in there but they were busy with take away orders. My food took 15 mins to arrive but it was hot and perfectly cooked. I will go back again.

One of the worst restaurants, very bad customer service, I have made order for English breakfast waited 1h30 and never got delivered, woman on the phone was not nice. I recommend to avoid this place

Went last night to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Booked table via their website booking form but didn't receive any confirmation so telephoned to confirm. I should have taken this as a warning not to go! On arrival there was one other table there, just finishing their meal, so on that basis you'd expect fairly swift service, alas no. Ordering was fine. 3 of our party had bottled drinks, which we're fine but 2 had draught Morretti - for a premium lager this had very little taste to it and was quite watery- not what you expect for £5.50 a pint. The starters arrived and were fresh and tasty, we thought we'd be in for a good main meal! Pizza was very mediocre, considering it was an Italian restaurant you'd have hoped for much better. 2 of our party ordered ribs, these were OK but generally quite salty. The other 2 in our party had burgers - one grilled chicken and one beef. 2 beef arrived, due to the waitress rushing off and lack of staff available to see about this it wasn't until over half way through our meals that we were able to say about the error, by which point correcting it would've meant everyone waiting on that person to finish. We were willing to overlook the error and just eat it but the burger was grisly and cold so we returned it and stated the order was wrong. The other burger dripped fat onto the plate when bitten into. Chips, which were at an extra cost, were all very salty, even the sweet potato fries, which left an unpleasant sensation in your mouth. Upon receiving the bill we had been charged for the wrong order so queried this, the waitress had to check that it was OK to remove the item from the bill! A new bill was issued, but no apology for the error or any goodwill gesture in that our family celebration was spoilt. In short - poor and slow service, questionable authenticity of the draught lager and under par food quality. Andrea's prices lead you to expect a good quality dining experience that falls massively short. You'd be better off eating at a fast food chain!

Do not order from this place, I have been waiting over an hour for my breakfast and it’s afternoon right now, called to check and it still has not left and when I asked to cancel my order they just cut the call on me, disgusted by this places customer service

Won’t order again, waited over 1 hour to find out that there is no drivers and I will wait another 40 min… poor service

Really lovely family friendly atmosphere. Relaxed. Great food all around- loved the pizza. Very reasonable prices. Kids portions were enormous especially the sides (the grown ups had to help!). Very friendly service.

Came here with my date, and we loved it. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They even set up a table for us in a quieter corner of the restaurant! The food was delicious too: No too expensive in terms of price, and you certainly get more than what you pay for - big portions and great quality. Thumbs up from us 🙂
