I just ordered two mini fillet burgers for £5. The food was nice but most importantly the guy who served me (I tried to call in to get his name but no answer) was really friendly and kind. This is very important to me and he sorted me out. Appreciate this. Thank you!

Ordered via UberEats, regardless long waiting time, the food was delivered undercooked, nice and pink big time. Affected item 'Thigh Fillet Burger' which unsurprisingly comes as a promo buy 1 get 1 free. I should've known better. UberEats don't care much about user experience hence posting feedback here to warn others. AVOID unless you like to gamble your health with food poisoning.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible staff, disappointed by service

We have been ordering from Sam’s for several times and today received food is the worst food, not cooked and not able to eat.

Everything was in stock, carefully packed, the staff member read and adhered to the notes and the delivery was fast. Thank you Sorry. I thought I added one piece of chicken but I didn't. I wasn't requesting a free chicken thigh.

Takeaway Chicken as it should be!! Great quality, well cooked, and arrived hot with fast delivery. Will continue to order with Sam’s in the future! :-)

Food as normal very good and piping hot when it arrives

Usually this sams is very good but all our chicken this time was hard like it had been sitting in hot counter to long but never had a problem before with this sams Richmond branch

My delivery never came but it says delivered here. I also haven’t gotten any refund or been able to reorder. It’s been very frustrating :(

My Club Max Burger was terribly dry there was barely any mayonnaise. It wasn’t nice at all.

I had the peri peri chicken wing, it wasn't soft and tender. One of the worst chicken wings I ever had.

I ordered a drink with my chicken order but the chicken arrived and there was no drink.

Food was warm and tasty, however prices have gone up and wraps have definitely got thinner. I was also a bit disappointed that they advertised buy one get one free on wraps and burgers but that offer was never received or code given to add.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your food delivery service. Your restaurant is only a 10-minute drive from my location, and you are a fast-food establishment. However, it took two hours for my order to arrive, which is absolutely unacceptable. This was a terrible experience.

The bbq were a bit to spicy for my taste and had very little in the way of bbq flavour but aside from that food was good and hot when it arrived I will definitely order from here again 👍

They got the sauce I ordered wrong. And it was all about the sauce! So the meal wasn't tasty!

I was sent the wrong drink and the fries were overcooked.

Ordered fries and spicy wings, the fries were cold and under fried, the seasoning on the fries was literally on one or two fries only, the chicken was luke warm and drenched in oil. Was borderline inedible and gave me excessively bad stomach ache thereafter. Certainly won’t order from them again and don’t imagine much care is going into the preparation.

The price is quite cheap, the chicken legs are quite delicious, not as process-driven as KFC's🍗, but a bit salty, and the rice is also quite delicious. You can pack it and take it to Richmond park for a picnic🧺

Food arrived very cold. Driver took too long fries were soggy burger soggy because bottom of the bag was wet from coleslaw spill chicken wings frozen cold had To put everything in the oven. Very disappointed

It is the most stupid and fraudulent public place. I ordered food, they also charged me for the sauce, but they did not send me the sauce, but it was not what I wanted and the food was not cooked.

It was cold, stale & arrived late. Shame as I haven’t eaten here in years and was super excited to retry it. It’s good value for money but just not worth it sadly.

I ordered a Mini mix and ended up with two spicy burgers instead of normal. Since a picture can’t prove that it’s spicy, I will have to take the hit. This has happened multiple times before but as a said there isn’t much I can do. Apart from that the chicken was delicious and the chips are tasty too. Sadly the spicy burgers mean I can’t afford to keep wasting money on a 50/50 of wether I even get the right thing.

Take your money on Uber, then cancel the order 30 minutes later .No food, no money. Never answer phone.

They seem to have a habit of forgetting items when preparing a delivery order. Some items are cooked from frozen (I see an odd amount of "fresh" remarks from other reviews). The fillet burgers are pretty good, the fries average, the chicken pieces can be grim.

Decent fried chicken joint. Not the best in town but still very good. You know what you are getting when you get into a fried chicken joint. And it meets expectations.

Visited at 21:45, felt rushed to order. They had another customer come in so I let them serve him first, to be told by the CUSTOMER can I order, as he wanted to clear out the rest of the cooked chicken for the local pub! Now feeling under pressure to make a quick decision on what we fancied we requested our first lot which was BBQ wings to be told no, won’t be doing that now tonight, only chicken that’s left is available. Pretty sure they had another hour or so service to give!! I let the eager other customer have the whole lot and walked out without buying anything. Terrible awkward experience! Went onto KFC, was able to decide in my own time and such a smoother service and taste great as always. Best thing they did was open one up in Richmond 🙌🏻 I use to love Sams, but like a few other reviews and from what I’m hearing they’ve just gone down hill. I’m done with Sams after that, I’ll stick with KFC 🍗

Decent prices. I usually go for a combo meal. The burger is excellent and the chips always fresh.

There was two portion of beans and both of them were all over the bag, the rest of the food was soaking in beans.

Always a good choice, chickens always fresh whatever time of day, and it's the only takeaway I know where the chips are still crispy when they arrive! If you want something filling and really tasty this is the spot Thanks again Sams :)

I've never had a problem with Sams. The food is always good. But this time I did not receive my full order. I ordered the blaze box, but didn't get the coleslaw that was supposed to come in the order.

Order sat at Delivery driver notified for well over an hour before the driver arrived at the restaurant. I had almost given up on it and had a sandwich. I guess the food was sitting there waiting for collection all that time as the box and paper bag were soft from steam. No explanation offered. Food itself was fine although not piping hot as it normally is from here.

Disappointed with food this evening. Ordered regular chicken burgers x 2 and both were spicy burgers. Quarter pounder had no cheese and no sauce plus meat was hard around the edges. 2 of the burger buns were hard. Think I need to source somewhere else for food.

Test is awesome. Also Staff is very humble. Specially Mr. Jamal and Mr Devang are very humble to the customer. Keep that 2 man in shop. I order veggie burger and Peri Peri fries it test so yummy. Also place is very clean.

I’ve given this four stars for what it is, great cheap fried chicken. It’s far better than the big international chains like KFC and it’s the best big London chain, far nicer than Morleys.

Got to be the best chicken around, always super fresh and hot and has a lot more flavour than the majority, thanks Sams 😊

the 6 piece strip meal with a pepsi is better then a lap dance from a prozzy. 10/10 food, chicken is fresh. Bossman friendly as usual if you are in sw london this is a must go.
