Very angry driver stuck his fingers up at me whilst I was driving the speed limit. For that reason I would never visit this cafe.

They canceling orders in uber eats without any reason.

Waited almost an hour for order to be cancelled with no contact

Absolutely Disgusting never seen so much fat on a pork sandwich in my life do not order from this monstrosity of a cafe!!!!

July 2022: I see a lot of bad reviews but honestly everything is amazing. Burgers are absolutely massive, all the meat and egs are nicely cooked i am more than impressed. 2 things i would recommend: 1) To switch from aluminium foil to paper sice the paper helps to absorb moisture and food won't get soggy it it stays wrapped to long (mine was good) 2) increase the bacon cooking time by 20% of what it is right now. Most people like the bacon well done. Also do remember uf your food gets all messy to you it could be the driver. Very very good stuff. A+ September 2022: After ordering from here a couple more times the items are getting more and more depressing. Missing items, not using fresh ingredients and other order issues. Made a very good first impression but there are simply better alternatives.

Very greasy and seems like they use old cooking oil

Food was disgusting it stunk of old cooking oil.Sausages were very cheap and gristly eggs were grey items were missing off breakfast, sandwich was wet for some reason was just inedible I wouldn’t recommend you order from here I wish I could upload the photos to show you the state of the food but unfortunately won’t allow me. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no answer probably a good thing as from reading the reviews staff are very rude.

Such unreal value. Driving through on a handover and needed to refuel. Magic. £10 for two breakfast baps, coke and water. Quality was great, and Sam was lovely. Cheers.

Not very nice at all, sausages were cheap quality like rubbery texture. Presentation is bad, they can't cut a sausage to save their life. And hash brown tasted weird so won't order again.

Awful binned the lot after waiting two hours almost , 2 cans of coke were missing from order I wouldn't feed this my dog ! Food thrown in boxes leaking everywhere fried bread was soggy bacon looked Awful eggs were grey?! Coffee was like used dish water I could go on ... Awful experience .

Ordered this morning through Uber eats. Food arrived on its side meaning all juices had ran out of the boxes. One hash brown on each breakfast when should have been two, asked for one black coffee, both came with milk! Ordered fried bread which was never sent. Called the restaurant and the woman was quite rude and unapologetic and stated that they were too busy to do fried bread!!! If you can’t fulfill an order in full, don’t accept it in the first place! Disgusting attitude and have complained through Uber eats too! This is no way to run a business

Quite annoyed - ordered a large breakfast, hash brown and toast missing on both breakfasts. What have we paid for again? Bacon burnt & eyeful of tomatoes, last time we order from here.

DISGUSTING ! Egg shell and margarine used on bread ???? Ordered fried bread and was told she was too busy . Solid eggs , cold food and the lady on the phone has attitude ! Wouldn’t ever ever use this place again . Should be shut down !!!

Not what I ordered and food doesn't look like its touched the frying pan. Won't be wasting my money on this overpriced cafe again.

Took over an hour. Toasted bacon sandwich was soggy and tuna sandwich ordered was hot! Inedible! Very disappointing

Worst cafe I have ever had in my life the food came and it was cold the bacon was off smelt like someone had thrown up on it the coffee was nasty do not trust this place unless u would like food poising the woman who I spoke to was very rude she put the phone down on me after tell me that I would get a full refund I am still waiting complete joke and the place should be shut down if they are serving food this way

If you don't mind wasting a few quid, then go to this cafe. Food is just thrown on to the bread, it was overcooked and presentation was awful. Not asking for 5* presentation, but take a bit of pride in what you're doing!! Bacon was extremely fatty and almost nonexistent

This is a hidden gem. Really nice food. The staff are always friendly. Definitely worth stopping by

Dreadful, I find it hard to understand how it’s so difficult to deliver 2 sandwiches your not changing the world here, your cooking abit of sausage and bacon wrapping it and giving it to a driver to deliver it to a postcode using a sat nav, waited 2 hours nothing arrived, no answer when calling, just avoid this place, save yourself the trouble and cook abit of breakfast at home.

Always place my order through Uber Eats and no matter what they deliver quick, food was piping hot and delicious and they always get my order correct

I ordered by phone and collected shortly afterwards. Delicious sandwich. Absolutely no complaints.

Over an hour wait! Terrible service order 9:40 came 12:00 Edit did actually wait 2 hours Rang up to get refund so I could go else where and told me to speak with just eat! Had 7 orders infront of mine and and said there busybif your that busy you should confirm others orders

Disgusting service. Waited an hour and a half for the food and then an extra 20 mins over the estimateddelivery time. Had work and when I called the woman who runs the place told me I have to wait and when I was explaining that I have work and she couldn't care less. Told me she did not have the drivers number which is highly unprofessional and then said she was busy with other orders. Had to call at least 10 times before she could answer me. Every time she hung the phone up. Never had such a bad experience with customer service in my life. The food was not even worth the wait in the end, just food that you can make yourself within 20 mins. Absolutely disappointed with the way my order was handled.

Placed an order for delivery today that came to £22, after over an hour the sandwiches hadn't arrived so we called the cafe to be told the drive couldn't find us so rather than call for directions, just headed back to the cafe. After we finally received the order, which was barely warm, I opened my bacon, sausage, egg and mushroom sandwich to fine it was actually a cold bacon, egg and tomato sandwich with one dry emaciated slice of bacon... I called the cafe to tell them my sandwich was wrong, to which I was told that they have delivered what was ordered! I explained that the sandwich back had the correct order written on it, however, the sandwich inside was wrong, I was then put on hold for a few minutes before being old once again that the order was correct, I again reinforced the fact the sandwich was wrong and was again put on hold, this time for 8mins, at which point I hung up. Discussed with the customer service! Will never use this cafe again.

Ordered food 10:50 rang several times and kept saying user busy. When I eventually got through at 12:50 they still said our order hasn’t even left and are still preparing it.

Only gave 1 star because it was delivered, bacon over done, eggs cooked to within an inch of its life, sausage the same , very dry, bread too thick , the breakfast wrap wasn't brilliant either , an half hearted attempt at a wrap, food just put in the wrap and edges folded over, this place is not to be recommended and will not order from here again.

Purchased the share breakfast, and the food was very tasty. Easily went round 4 of us. All the food items was hot and fresh and delivery was quick. Amazing value

My order was 30 minutes late the eggs I received was cold and sightly grey Bacon was very underdone Small bit's of shell in the egg Fried bread was soggy and bland Paper in the bottom of they tray sticking to the food The black pudding and has browns where really good but over all disappointed given it was £8 I hope this was just a bad breakfast and not a representation of the cafe

Tried to phone in an order this morning which I would have collected, phone just rang and rang no one answered for 45 minutes, probably the phone off the hook. This is very unprofessional the previous owners ( Feathers Cafe) gave an excellent service.

30 minutes late and still not arrived. When called just sat ringing and ringing. Waste of time. By the time it gets here it would be freezing!
