Golden Lion in Wolverhampton

Ordered wings and ribs and potato with tikka meat wings are nice but small and ribs don’t waste your money I got two tiny rims for 6.50 taste good but it would feed a 1 year old images are before any food was touched

Fancied a pizza so ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall Road. Delivery driver rude. I live in a tower block and always leave a message on the order what to press on the intercom so they knew but this delivery driver, even though he came up to my flat stated that they don't deliver in flats for insurance reasons. #1 This is the first time I have been told that #2 I have ordered pizza over the last 4 weeks and only been told this. #3 Why didn't the restaurant call me and tell me this. #4 Driver Just rude, rude and rude As for the pizza, not that good especially the Spicy Goat. Not that spicy and limited Goats Cheese. Will not be ordering from there again.

I have been into this branch on a few occasions hoping that it may improve but unfortunately it just gets worse. Today at 16:20 there was one member of staff on duty. Tables were dirty, empty cups everywhere and the bin overflowing. Another customer came and notified the staff member that the toilet needed cleaning and there was no toilet paper. There was no regular drinks menu on display only one advertising the specials. It took approximately 15 minutes to get my coffee. Shortly after I was served another member of staff appeared however she was too busy texting on her phone to do any work.

The quality of the food is not good. Hardly ever fresh. Fries are always cold and rubbery and the burgers are so dry. Will never buy food again from bilston store.

HEALTH RISK!!!!! Under previous ownership this was one of the best chippys in Wolverhampton. Unfortunately that can no longer be said. My partner has just returned home with our tea, only for me to find that the centre of my steak and kidney pie was still FROZEN!!! I rang the shop and was hurriedly told that if we came back we could either have a replacement or a refund, I asked do they not have a driver as my partner is tired from work and shouldn't have to come out again, and she told me no and that she had to go as she had customers!!! Ha! Lets hope their food was hot, or at the very least thoroughly defrosted.. Will never eat from here again and being as I ate the top of the pie before realising, if I find myself to have food poisoning in the morning this will not be the last this shop hears of me.
