Perfect on all aspect by far the tastiest crunchy strip spicy chicken I had after a very long time!! My kids food was hot&very fresh as well beef was nicely cooked with lots of extra sauces&nicely packed delivery driver gave a call & had exceptional manners by letting me know he ain't going go be long very accommodating staff with lovely customer service well done guys ! I pray your business grows hugely!

Delicious food, particularly love the spicy nigella panini and chicken strips. Food is always 10/10, arrived warm and fresh. Delivery driver was very professional, polite and arrived promptly after I placed my order. Would highly recommend Sam & Harrys high quality food and outstanding customer service.

The shop has been reopened after a year or so and I thought to give it a try and it did not disappoint. food was amazing everything was cooked fresh and to perfection the wings were succulent and the chicken was coming off the bone and the food was piping hot when I had received the driver was very polite when delivering my food and was reassuring of no mistakes when having previous dim experiences. Would highly recommend!!!!!

Food was meant to be delivered by 3:00 now it’s 3:46 and still no food. When I call they picked up once and say sorry had a confusion and then don’t pickup after and I’m still here waiting for food while they don’t even pickup. Rubbish service

8 peices of hot chicken wings with chips and drink for £5. In terms of quantity, that is very good value for money,taste wise it was good, they are fried,not grilled. If your hungry and you want to fill your belly then you won't go far wrong here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Food was stale. Small portions. Spent £13+ and they gave me 2 chilli tubs, so I asked for extra chilli for which he asked £1 extra for. I mentioned that when you spend £13, get 2 burgers, 5 wings, is expect more than 2 with the meal. Owner thinks it’s okay to give 2 tubs when you spend £13. Funny thing is, when I got home, one of the tubs was half empty! Unfortunately it is shortsighted customer service such as this which has lost them a customer. Avoid.

Ordered first time and never again... We ordered 3 meals, only got 2 drinks not sure where the 3rd drink was left, food was stone cold when it arrived, fries had enough salt on them to give you heart problems... I would definitely not order again.

I took my dad dad after leaving the hospital my dad is diabetic and I can not thank Tik and the rest of the staff for looking after me and my dad and my partner I would reccomend the hospitality was fantastic and especially from Tik his hospital was beyond all measures he was a very hard working and treated me and my partner and my dad like royalty I will definitely be back with my family the whole 10 of us and will be recommending this restaurant enough love xx

DISGUSTING HYGIENE! Went in person for collection for the first time (usually order delivery) there was a dead cockroach on the floor!!!! The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long, guy at till seemed fed up with life. Report this place for hygiene and do not order!!! Edit: What was the outcome of your hygiene report? The official website still says awaiting inspection. The only other one available is for your alum rock branch and that has a rating of 2, which tells me enough. Your responses to customers with similarly bad experiences are atrocious.

i’m only giving 5 stars because i woke up really thirsty and i was craving pepsi and sam and harry’s was the only restaurant open so i ordered 2 bottles and a can from there. thank god i did that because if i hadn’t i wouldn’t have met that sexy delivery driver 🤪🤣

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed an order after midnight here because it was late and majority of the food takeaways closed for the night. I wouldn’t usually order so late but I was starving so I thought I would try this out. I placed an order on UberEats at 00:36, was supposed to be at mine by 1:10/1:20. That time came around and still no food. Bear in mind, it said on the app that the food will be delivered by staff so there was no way to track the journey if it was out. So I tried to call the shop, but the line kept coming as busy. I kept trying to call over the next hour and it would be the same result. At this point I’m not even hungry anymore and I just want to sleep. Finally around 2:15 they answer and say the food is out for delivery, I had to wait another half an hour until it arrived and it was below average. We didn’t get all of our food delivered either.

The peri burger was ok but I didnt really like the food especially the bbq wings. Wouldnt buy again . Food delievery was 35 minutes later then it was expected.They gave a small tub of ice cream for free which was a nice gesture.

Food never arrived. Ordered at 1am. As that's when I finished work. Via Uber Eats. They never contacted me. It's now 2:22am. And food still hadn't arrived. Just keeps saying "Prepping delivery." "Your food may arrive soon." Food finally arrived. Driver was nice. Food was warm. Star grade went up now.

Honestly one of the blandest food ive eaten in a long time. The Burger was nasty and no seasoning. Same for the chicken, just plain batter. And the drinks were hot! No fridge? Fries were the only thing worth eating

Ordering is one thing. But to not recieve your food at all. This is a first for me ever. Ordered at 0.45am. Fair enough its late but your open till 2.00am. I called you guys at 1.24am and you guys said we are making the wings. Will be ready in 20 minutes. Its now an hour later and i have recieved nothing nor any update. I have tried to call for nearly half hour but all it says was line was busy. Ive ordered a few times. Fair enough you made mistakes before. But to not even deliver my food is a new one for me. I will never order from here again. At least you will recieve your food from other restaurants. Now im making food at home at 2.24am. I am so annoyed.

Went in, man behind the counter was on the phone swearing to someone, ignored me until I had to prompt him to ask if he was serving. Customer service skill was pathetic didnt answer my question on a query for my order. Tried to over charge me and I had to ask for my change. £6.49 on a burger with 2 siced jalapenos in... seriously wont be going here again. Pictures do not match food. Tasted not even average. Disgusting

Maa'shaa'Allah quick delivery and the food was all hot and would recommend to everyone. will be ordering again and the kids loved it.

The shop has recently been taken over by the original owners and instantly a massive change in the quality of food. Now I can recommend people back to these guys, the food was brilliant I ordered a supreme burger meal and also some chicken popcorn. The food was fresh, tastes great. The staff friendly although being a united fan it's a bit of shame he has bad taste in his football team but other than that recommend people back to the place.

Just had a refurbishment and looks nice, new management and the food is really tasty, freshly prepared. Will visit again for sure.

First time i've ordered from here for my children. delivery was quick, food was hot. My eldest wanted the grilled tikka burger. She did not enjoy ir finish. It was chicken thigh. Including fat. Very chewy. The rest, were satisfied with their food.

Great taste, great food. One of the best ones in the area. But make sure you highlight you want fresh fries otherwise you end up getting cold and stiff ones.

After eating from here several times, it's safe to say it's my favourite fast food place. The chicken and fries here are fresh and delicious, the cheeseburger too. Most of the staff are friendly and it's a clean and comfortable place to eat in at. Also, I love the fizzy drinks from the drinks machine, especially the lemon & lime. I definitely recommend it.

Could've done with changing their oil fries were a bit black because of it didn't want to complain because I was too tired

Food was really nice in general, except the handful of dreadful fries(black/burnt in colour) in the batch. Slightly(only just) over priced for what u get. Great convenience though at 3am on a Friday night.

No manners at all when they answer the phone or its just the one or two rotten apples that work there. Seems like someone puts a gun on their heads to come to work. If its so hard to be polite to customers sit at home why come to work.

This is the first time i have ordered from Sam & Harry's in green lane and its my very last time, i wasted 12.35💷 on three meals for my family from this place. I am fuming after receiving this nasty food🤬. that you can see in the picture below. There are not enough words in this world to describe the taste other than rude words which i won't say in this review as children may be reading it. I had to write this review straight away literally 15 minutes after eating their death trap what they call chicken bites to warn others about what they would be getting there self into once they place an order with Sam & Harry's in Green Lane ONLY not the Alum Rock take away, the food which consist of burnt chicken dry as F, and brown fries💩, the photos i took don't do it any justice they were Nasty. What i have experienced when eating their food is that every time i took a bite i had to take a sip of water because it was getting stuck in my throat, as i was worried for my safety that i might have ended up in my Local Hospitals 🏨 A & E. once some one try's your food they definitely will not be coming back again, as i won't be i can promise you.

Fast service good food and they have a Playstation to use while you wait.

Appalling overall. Ordered a sizzler burger meal and the chicken felt dried out & overcooked on one side. There doesn't seem to be any effort going into how they prepare the food, they just put a bit of mayo as if without any care(picture included), the fries also did not taste FRESH! I could see one of the guys in the back making a chicken wrap and he was cutting the chicken and then he picked it up with his BARE hands! I mean come on, AND on one hand the guy had a bandage on his finger!! In fact there does not seem to be any customer service either; You walk in and the guy has got this look on his face like he's not even bothered (a message to the owner: please teach your staff it doesn't cost to be courteous or to smile – basics) it’s not the first time the food has been below par, and then they've got the cheek to ask you to leave a good review! Clearly these guys are the same from the alum rock Sam n Harry's as I saw a familiar face. But in all honestly if you're going to bring attitude n rubbish food then keep it at your old joint – if you want to know what a REAL DIXY (because that's what Sam n Harry's used to be) should be like then head over to the Dixy in Duddeston Mill, go and learn the meaning of FRESH food, CUSTOMER CARE, portion SIZE, generosity and consistency. Even though I live right next to this place I'd rather go all the way to Duddeston Mill and if they're closed I'd rather wait till the following day but I certainly won't be returning here.

Ordered about 2am jus now and they gave me one uncooked burger and one overcooked burger which was like a rubber and gave me both uncooked fries and took about 1 and a half hour to deliver looks like food was made about half an hour ago Not recommended🤧!!!

Well the food isnt very good...been twice and both times it was not properly cooked it was uncooked chicken and the fries.. I wouldn't go here again...

Wow,... lost for words. Ordered a "New York Burger" from the menu and 26 mins later with an empty shop. Got home to enjoy my New York Bruger and....... BAM!!!!. It was the worst thing ever not even close to what I ordered. Came time for a taste, well it was dry chewy and not at all as u would expect. What I would recommend is "Slam Burgers" for the same price u will get an awesome tastic whooper burger meal. Which is 150% better than this. AVOID at all cost.

Decided to try this place other than faraz fried chicken or kariah king for the late nights . The prices are few quid higher but thought would be grate .The chicken is very dry and still red inside UNCOOKED! which got thrown away .. there was a long hair too & no females in my house which i ended up vomitting . Places like this should be banned . No good stay away .. go faraz on coventry road . The service was too chavy too

Went there once and they took over an hour to get my food ready, they only had 3/4 workers and not only that, they had a a kid working for them when the kid should've be in school! They take ages getting the food ready. Also they wouldn't allow me to use the old £10 notes, they said they expired a few months ago but it is expiring in March 2018. Some of their staff have no knowledge and are disrespectful. The only positive is that the food was good, quite similar to dixy's though
