Very tasty chicken, no matter what you order you will be satisfied

absolutely horrible customer service. never pick up their phone. lady said to us to come down but wasn’t even open when we arrived. was absolutely appalled by this.

Even my dog eats better than this, although I don't have a dog but I would imagine feeding him much better.

I believe their Churros are the best topped with the offcial Nutella sauce. A treat to have would definetly recommend.

So they really have an issue when you give honest feedback that is negative. they blocked me on tiktok and deleted my comments just because i thought there food was inauthentic and a little bit bland. they clearly don’t care because instead of asking what could we do to make it better they delete and block. looking at the google reviews and pictures i can see that many other people think the same as me and are also dismissed. the birria tacos are bland and the broth is completely flat and tastes nothing like the authentic birria sauce. i would give there food 3 stars but there customer service and unwillingness to learn from there mistakes brings them down too a 1 star review. if you want authentic Mexican food i would avoid this like the plague as it’s as Mexican as Donald trump is

Food was not great, burger bun was hard, however did get replaced. Customer service was spot on, especially Sara, who was extremely helpful x

The food was delicious I loved it and it came very quickly as well. Also, the lady who took my order was super nice and helpful bless her, her name is Sara , thank you for the lovely experience ❤️

Was the first time trying this place out was at work so decided to order lunch from here I called up and the guy that picked up was extremely kind and professional he recommended me dishes and explained the flavours to me and when I say he knew what he was talking about it was amazing service I received :) (was going to review in the morning but almost forgot) haha

Staff member Sarah was really helpful, she was very prompt with our order and answered our queries. Would definitely recommend to anyone

That was the WORST AND I MEAN WORST food I’ve had in my life , the cheeky to waste my petrol and drive to this place (which is in the most confusing location ever ) food was cold , beef tasted like a rubber mallet , chicken also tasted bland no flavour at all would not waste my money on these ppl

Do not get the birria tacos!! lacks all kinds of flavours and depth and the same goes for the consome. It was very soggy and I took about two bites before discarding it. The best way i can describe the flavour is very gamey and nauseating. Waste of my money

We ordered on ubereats, delivery was great. Portion size for the price youre paying however is extortionate, i wouldnt have bought it if it werent for the ubereats voucher. Great food though, please dont just give 2 tacos for 7 quid thats daylight robbery.

First time trying these and I was highly disappointed. Ordered the Birria Tacos to collect which came as a portion of 2 with a bit of the consume. On first bite it was clear that flavour was missing. There was absolutely no depth to either the consome nor the tacos. They were just a soggy mess if I’m honest. Cannot recommend this particular menu item I’m afraid, as for the rest of the menu I cannot comment.

Waited over an hour for melted ice cream and the food was cold. Not impressed especially asking for a 5 star review. Besides that the customer service was great.

So I pre ordered my beef taco x2 at 3pm. They opened at 5pm and after hours of waiting, I am absolutely mortified at what was delivered? How is this even allowed? Biggest scam ever!! I tried calling the restaurant to ask what had gone wrong but no answer. Please don’t fall for their false advertisement like I did. The pictures they post online are NOTHING like the actual product. Misrepresentation at its finest.

Late delivery, cold food and less quantity. First and only time ordering from this restaurant, order took a good 2 hrs to arrive after several calls many of which went unanswered. Food arrived cold and the quantity was too less. Save yourself of the trouble of ordering with these guys, not at all worth it. I seriously doubt the genuineness of the reviews raving about this place. Edit: The reviews are definitely fake, most reviewers have a single review

The vegetarian burrito is horrible. Overcooked rice and absolutely no taste, tastes just like overcooked white rice, ended up in the trash. Would never order again, especially for the price. Tortilla chips were okay, quite oily,the beef quesadilla was alright, the quality the same as you when you cook at home, would not order again there!

Great food! Will be ordering again.
