Food is good but the service can be improved.

Ordered doner meat it tasted off and old. The customer service was non existent not polite. The cleanliness was not great. Cheaper food than other chip shops in the area but unfortunately can't guarantee about the food, service and atmosphere.

The food is very tasty. This classics is one of the best if not the best. Very good pricing and donner and chips for 1.50£.

The worst food I have ever eaten. The chicken was out of date and was black on the inside. The Kebab wasn’t fresh tested really bad. I don’t know why this place is still open.

I have experience in food industry, as a chef I know which is fresh Worst food I have ever seen in my life Everything unfresh , I ordered 3 items, shami kebab was rotten , getting bad smell , I got stomach ache after eating, I won't suggest anyone, If you go definitely you will be in trouble , Completely disappointing,

Really surprised to see so many negative comments, lads always seem really nice and been going to this chippy after every villa match for the last year. Chips are absolutely gorgeous and the sausages are great too. Dont know about everything else but my brother likes some of the other things aswell like the katlama. Best chips I've ever had!

The food was very good although when i had the food delivered, they didnt put sauce on one of my meals. I am very disappointed as my meal was very dry without it. My food will be forever dry now, i so sad babe

Asked for a grilled chicken burger the clever guy took a fillet burger out of the hot hold and put it on the grill for about 30 seconds. This made it even more dry then it was the the first place 🤦‍♂️ Don’t think he could be more stingy with the sauce too

The food tastes great. Customer service could be more better and polite. Sometimes can be inconsistent with the portion of your meal. The sitting area inside is very spacious and there are plenty of seats however the seats could be more comfortable. I would recommend take-out. Perfect for takeout!

The Cod Masala Fish here is very nice. Tastes amazing with naan and chips... sometimes the chips can look mashed up but sometimes they are perfectly made. But I recommend the Cod Masala Fish.

Didn't like how he touch my chips with his hand. Kebab was very dry. Not my usual experience with Classics.

10/10 since my last visit. Place done up much better. Very clean. Great food. Great staff. First bite 😳 good. Own chilli sauce, which was fantastic. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it.

We ordered fish and chips. When we asked the man how much is fish and chips he said £4.00 with a cheeky smile on his face. He only gave us a few chips with the fish. The chicken and chips was also a disaster , the chicken wasn't even delicious . A chicken and chips meal cost £3.50 there. WHAT A COMPLETE FRAUD!!! £7.50. Classics is so overrated and classics is deteriorating.

They don’t have fear of God, Hire my cousin and started his training…. But back hand they have Health safety visit ahead after 2 days, they clean up everything by my cousin and on third day sent him back by saying we will call… So shameful….

Placed phone order. Ordered my food when I got there they said no vegi burger left. So I ordered masala fish. Tasted vile and the smell was overwhelming. Tasted off. The chips were also gone off. Could smell the oil and chips were very cold. I watched them cross contaminate food. Not happy at all. Definitely won't be going there again.

I placed an order on the phone multiple times. They got my order wrong every time. I called them to let them know about this, they turned out to be rude. They argued with me on the phone. They said it's not their fault and are really busy. They didn't solve the issue and denied any mistake on their end. They always think they are right. I am not ordering from here again. Really poor service.

Phone order: I've ordered food and they never get my order correct even though they repeated my order for confirmation. They have done this multiple times, I've ordered from them. I've called back to complain and they told me "you didn't say that!" And blamed me for 'lying'. They also said " we don't have any other delivery man to delivery you're food and we're really busy, so next time come and get a free order' but I know that was lie as they sounded irritated and annoyed. I've also told them I'm happy to come to the shop to collect the order but they said "No, don't come, we're busy!" And hanged up! Also when I asked for no salt they don't listen and add it anyways! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AS THEY ARE SO RUDE AND BLAMES THE COSTUMERS FOR THEIR MISTAKES EVEN THOUGH THEY REPEAT YOUR ORDER FOR CONFIRMATION!

Food is mid.Chips are drowning in oil. No flavour in the sauces. Like eating day old food. Lack of energy in the environment. Broadway chip shop is better go there instead please. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO BROADWAYYYY. But still foods decent . Yh

Place is ok, but food can be better. I've been to this place since 2013. Food was better at that time. Parking is bit painful, when the road get bit busy.

The donner kebab is good to go. Good chips, good fried chicken. People who have a chippy budget don't need to turn up with a millionaires ego.

Chips are not very nice, too much oil

We go here sometimes when we visit Villa Park. Large eating in area, toilets and they do pizzas, naans, masala fish etc.. to order but don't take long.

Very cheap fast food. Very busy on a match day. Ok but don’t expect high quality. Oh and it’s cash only. Nearest cash point (free of charge) is Tescos on Lichfield road I think. Bon appetite!

The guy rubbed his nose and carried on putting the guys burger bun in the microwave….. Disgusting service, serve there own people and leave you waiting then wait again for the chips to get ready, I orders a grilled chicken burger but the guy was soooo LAZY he cooked it in the pizza oven. A lot of cross contamination going on. Cooked chicken sitting next to raw fish and same with the kebabs.

Came here after a very long time. Food was fresh and yummy. Their chicken tikka in naan was very nice and had alot of flavour and sheesh kebab in naan and chips were good too. Would definitely come back here again

Stopped going gor a while as there hygien was 0.... tried it on the 30,10,22 got home the savloys was off to far to take bk so won't be going there again gave them 1 more chance and no good ..

Their food is ok tbf .... chips could do with being cooked for lil longer but overall enjoyed when got home chopped up my own salad and added my own salt vinegar and mayo chilli as best way to do this ...

My husband brought chicken feast pizza, we just had it ...i m sorrrry to say that i have never eaten such tasteless, hard chewy pizza ever in my life. It tasted like there is a layer of hard chewy flour on top of the pizza base. There was notjing like cheese to be tasted in that pizza . Topping were awful..i m fèeling sick. I told my husband to take it bck n tell the staff to eat n tell how is their pizza. I m soooo disappointed. They don't even deserve one star . Even my 85 year old mother in law who luvs pizza said what is this? This can't b a pizza... taste like outdated chapati. Very disappointed 😡

Theyre very busy so you’d expect fresh food, The niblets and donner taste good, chips are nice and crispy. Unfortunately the pizza was mouldy and tasted sour. Pic included.

Not sure why it was removed from google maps. Classic chippy food with some of the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen. But beware of the low hygiene rating 🤢!!
