bp in Birmingham

Staff were rude to me when i asked for my receipt . I bought 2 cheese Maccaron on the10th of April 2025 and the Cheese Maccaron was already expired on the 4th of April they are selling expired food in this shop. I didn't notice this till i reach home when i opened one and i throw it away keeping the other to return. I went back at this filling station i showed the receipt and the cheese maccaron to this guy who told me they can't refund me because their manager was not in he was going to be at work in an hours time, i was rushing to work. I left my receipt and the cheese maccaron. When i returned back after work i explained myself again although i saw the cheese macarron by their side of their till and he managed to refund me for one and i told him that both 2 were expired after a long conversation this this guy he manged to refund me and i did ask for my receipt back as i bought few things which was also on the receipt but he refused to give me back stating he wanted to show his manager the recipt and he went on saying i was not initialled to have that receipt back. He was really rude to me and he ignored me serving other people and i look stupid and left the shop.

The fuel price is cheap but I went at 8:45am they closed while the opening hour starts at 7am.

What do you expect, with "I" take over.

I travelled 15 mins to come here petrol station for fuel. Arrived 21:40 but it was all closed. Misleading when it says it closes at 22:00. Disappointed!

Went splash and dash- did so in a flash

I had the misfortune of having my UPS parcel redirected to this place. I couldn't come to collect it, so my partner took my passport and the slip to collect it on my behalf. The guy who was serving him completely refused to hand it over. I hope never have to come back to this place.

The Staff deliberately put their stock infront and of the toilets so no one can use the toilets. I’ve stopped going to this place to buy my coffees and snacks on my daily routine because of this. The toilet is not out of order and BP is advertising this facility. Why mislead the general public if your staff don’t want to clean toilets ?

Closed at 19:30 on Sunday. Unable to get petrol.

Rude staff been using the site for years never had any issues but now it’s just awful. Plus toilets are close every time I visit. Won’t be using site again.

Friendly staff, looked like a good selection of goods to purchase.

Constantly seems closed at random points of the day. Defeats the purpose of being a 'convenience' store.

A very poor experience. Overcharged for fuel. My tank holds 70l of fuel, the pump allowed me to fill just under 70l at which point I stopped filling, as something must be wrong. I entered the station with a quarter tank, so it would be impossible to overfill to that extent. The staff were not that helpful insisting that it was correct and no problem, they guided me to contact the BP careline, unfortunately this is only a BP franchise in name only, they were not interested in helping. The owner eventually responded with some sort of report that gave the pump a clean bill of health. However facts are facts, it is not possible to overfill a 70l litre tank by 25 percent, to which the owner has no response to.

I called in for fuel today around 12:30pm and wasn't allowed to fill up unless I paid first. I drove off and went to the Texaco just down the road where I was treated with respect.

A member of staff previously told me they close at 10pm. Google clearly states they close at 10pm. I came here at 8:56 to be told that they are closed!! And the staff member kept on stating that they are closed! Well yes I can see that but then they said they have a lot of cleaning to do and they can’t do nothing about it!!! Well there was 4 staff there needless do I say more! The staff are rude and have poor customer service! Other reviews state the same. It seems like I’m not the only one!

Used to only fill up my Audi at Costco for diesel for months I did thinking I was saving money, then tried here after 6 months and my engine completely changed , was like a new car Throttle response way better and faster and lasts longer Best quality fuel in bham and their prices are good at the moment

Used to be a great little station. Now it's truly disgusting machine coffee, toilet always closed, staff unhelpful.

I used to be a regular customer when this BP had M&S Food but now its Morrisons Local, the customer service is terrible, staff rude and the meal deal selection is poorly labled with very little choice. Its no longer going to be my go to on the way to work.

Note this is only about today (15th Oct 23): M&S is gone, the shop is now a 'Morrisons Local'. Very limited selection esp no sandwiches. Have asked them and they say everything Incl meal deals will be available in the next few days. The Wild Bean Cafe remains, but has been (unsurprising) mostly emptied of food. Will check again soon.

Don’t use if you are disabled, twice I tried to use Fuel Service (which it advertises at their station for disabled people) and twice they cancelled and took themselves off the app. I had to leave the station and go to a much more reliable one, disgraceful service, well no service really if you’re disabled.

Grear shop as also sells m and s food

Great selection of M&S food, super clean and staff extremely friendly and always willing to help. Often find really good offers and reduced items too. Special thanks to Reed, often see him working here and he's always super friendly and helpful.

Lovely bp station clean and nice very compact and sell fresh coffee and fresh pastry ect and sell M&S food staff was very helpful and friendly

1st time I have used this petrol station it's very clean looks like it's a new build only down fall it should really have pay at pump available its 2019 .

21.50 already shut. Guess lazy staff off early.
