Dixy Chicken - Druids Heath in Birmingham

My order was missing half the items that I ordered (two burgers).

I always get the burgers fries and a drink . And it's amazing

fresh food every time I order. the kids love their weekly dulex bucket. everytiem I have ordered they always say 50min delivery time on the app, however my food always arrives within 30mins, I'm about 1.8 miles away from the store

Takes to long 2 meals nearly 2 hours wait and only 5 minutes up the road not good at all

Ordered food via Uber eats, and they sent me the wrong order. When I asked why that was, I was told because they were closing in an hours time. So they decided to send whatever was left. Didn't even ring to ask if I wanted what they sent and took the money. If u r looking to be scammed and sent what the people working there feel like sending you, then go ahead and order. Laziness to the max. Not wanting to cook what a customer ordered because they close in an hour, is the worst thing I've ever heard.

My food was 25 mins late i had to ring the shop and it werent even cooked when i rang it said it had been delivered and it havnt and my food was freezing cold

usually most dixy chickens have fallen off like they don't add the sizzler seasoning at any i've been to except this one food was bang on and the delivery driver was a cool guy they didn't give me the right drinks but they were replaced with pepsi which is cool because they give me a bottle of honey and peanut butter too so fair enough not complaining everything was good this is the best dixy to order from if your gonna order dixy :)

I did not recive my food as they gave it to the wrong person .

everything is so flipping good. the food is fresh and the staff are so nice. the fries r so fluffy in the inside and crispy on the outside and the chicken sizzler wings r so nice and crispy too and have amazing flavour. compared to some other dixys in town it's sooo much better. i'm not even exaggerating it's so good n nice i love the staff my n boyfriend started coming here often and u should too. p.s. also the price is amazing

First time here with 3 friends, a nice clean place, a friendly and helpful member of staff, good service and food, reasonably priced.

Worst dixy out of them all. Chicken burnt& barely any chicken on the bone. Fries not crispy & very bland. Dixy Nechells the best.

This branch with the new management made a tremendous changes, I have tried their Wings which tested spicy and crispy, their special sauce outstanding. Definitely I will come and buy again.

Wrong sides... chicken wing instead of chicken breast. All food very cold

Drivers can’t find me so have to direct them and meet them, food is then warm when it arrives, need to learn how to use a sat nav

horrrible changed me for sauce 40p for 2 didn't even put it in my bag i pre-ordered on the phone to collect and when i got there he said he forgot and had to wait then he made me one meal in side of two chicken tikka meals i took the one and left bad customer service

Avoid ordering from here they sent the wrong burgers they were absolutely dry no Mayo whatsoever they sent the wrong cakes as well

Odered from these several times allways had the right order i ordered tonight one can of vimto an 1 cans of mango sunkist which is actually miranda which is fine because on there website menu doesnt actually say that but i recived 1 can of vimto an 2 mangos in plastic cups which the guy nose to put to miranda strawberry there was only 9ne can of vimto an to plastic cartoon i pre to have cans as i no thwy havnt been messed with

Dry unseasoned chips, Forgot my cake and refused to give me a new one, Bbq wings were as moist as a nuns fanny, mozzarella sticks are the only reason this place isn’t getting a 1 star
