Sam & Harry's in Birmingham

Fallen off from before. Burger came cold like as if it was left overnight so you could eat it the next day. Fries werent fresh.

Sizzler wings were nice with an punch of spice. Was busy around 5pm in Ramadan, and parking is challenging on busy main road. From order to receiving food was 15mins, which is slow for a fast food place.

Can't beat Sam and Harry's always on point especially when it comes to ordering collection on the way home from work, supreme burger meal with chilli inside absolute 10. Never let me down orders always perfect. Keep it up lads 🔥💯

Wraps burgers chicken is at least 2 to 3 days old. The fries were refried in front of me. After having the meal i vommited overnight and non stop needing the toilet. Was this a 1 off ? ... no as this happened previous time i ate from here. Deserves to be shut down to be honest.

Horrible old food Fries oily , cold and tasted like they refried few times. Sfc wrap , the chicken was hard and tasted quite old too. Was needing to go toilet all night.

The staff who was working at 1am 11/03/25 purposely dipped old batch of fries back into the oil and served them to me. Very appalling.

When ever I come in Sam & Harry I order I’m in a hurry when I get home I see my order is wrong.😑 very disappointing. I said. Classic panini , mini Cheese Burger, with chicken leblet My order 👍 My son order 👍 My daughter order 😑😡 This is today. Happens so often I order once in blue mood this why I get from them.

The fries were only nice. The nuggets and fish burger had a horrible and burnt taste and look. Very disappointed

I ordered on the Uber Eats platform and waited for 1.5 hours, calling the restaurant twice, only to be told that the delivery driver was on their way. I never received my order, yet I was charged for it. Never order from this restaurant on Uber Eats, or you’ll end up paying without receiving anything.

Ordered at 455pm got at 656pm. Ordered 3 burgers only got 1! Will be seeking a refund taking the Mick

Order came after 2 hours and it was cold food, cold fries and cold burger. Not impressed as delivered late and food is cold as anything. So definitely not ordering from them again

First time ordering and will be the last delivery took nearly 2 hours , food was dead aswell as missing items . I hate giving businesses a bad review but unfortunately I won’t ordering here again and I recommend others don’t too unless you want dead food.

Ordered spicy wings, strips and chips. Wings and strips were very delicious and perfectly hot. Fries were also very good. Also they put very tasty sauce in ample amount in our take away bag.

I used the discount that i had an i feel like they gave us old cold food cuz discount was used i got £10 off my order an got poor quality food as a result. So so disappointing. I went after a long time, the quality food is still no good. Serving dry fillet basically even after mentioning to the guy on till make sure pls food is fresh. Just serving old food which is been cooked for few hours.

Whenever I come to Birmingham, this is the only chicken shop I trust. Their food is amazing, I can’t stop eating from here. The portions are great, you get what you pay for. Only complaint I have is, for the workers to read the bill properly. Numerous times I’ve added “no mayo on burgers”. Yet I still get it on a 50:50 occasion. They always rectify the mistake, straight away. I’d recommend this place to everyone. Hidden gem in Birmingham.

DRY CHICKEN I ordered a 12 piece party bucket and requested as many leg and thigh pieces as possible. Low and behold I got one leg with the rest being breast pieces. To add insult to injury, I was missing two pieces and my chicken popcorn. They do this as they chop a whole beast into 4 pieces. Which most chicken shops do. Absolutely awful food. If you think this is good chicken you need your head checked.
