There was a missing item to my order

Unfortunately there is a massive problem with E BIKE DELIVERY DRIVERS outside the restaurant. Please BAN there just eat and deliveroo drivers from this KFC and please make sure they don't hang around the store all day there are plenty of others KFC that are not in such a central location in which delivery drivers can pick there order up. This restaurant should aim to be public friendly and not delivery driver friendly. A place for families kids after school college students and the elderly to enjoy and relax without being on edge with the DELIVERY DRIVERS outside

All the zinger burgers chicken tasted old and was tough and stale. It also looked like it was yesterdays chicken that theyd microwaved.

Food was fresh, very friendly Ashley cleaned the table before we sitting.

As usual everything was great best branch in the area Ashley was very helpful and polite

Rude staff especially the woman who served me my Oreo ice cream today at 11:40am 28/05/2025. She got a sarcastic thank you from me.

Delivery time was long an hour for 5meals. Food and drinks bagged together making neither consumable yay

Staff behavior is not good they gave me wrong stuff after waiting long time and food was cold , even when I have notify them she shows like it was my mistake they have given me wrong stuff after waiting long time. Very poor service

Food nice lovely and hot freshly fried a bit of a wait as always busy buts it's the best one in Birmingham sitting indoors upstairs and downstairs screen orders and counter service available. Toilets 🚻 inside a disabled one so a key needed a ramp and disabled access available

Check your food before you leave , dining here due to coming up from Wales for work purposes, twice now I've been here, and twice I've paid for add-ons to my food only to get to my hotel and it's not been fulfilled, added an ash brown to my stacker, paid for but not added, added gravy which cost me £1.99, not in the bag when I get back , I've wasted half of my food due to missing add-on's.

Found out this place is 100% halal. Google halal slaughter. I won't be return returning.

Service was terrible waited 20 minutes to be Served and when i asked whats taking so long they told me to wait with a rude attitude. I Dont recommend this place that expects nice server. The food is never cooked through completely.

I order to be delivered at 12:40 and I received order after 30 minutes even I didn’t have to eat because my break was finish. In the app you can find the button for cancel order and if I call at KFC they told me they can’t cancel the order

Rude staff and you have to look for a drink holder and put drinks in it yourself so it doesn't spill all over your order

Came in today went to the counter girl said why am I ordering here why not machine I had to insist on ordering at counter very cheeky and awful customer service from her the transaction number is 1014 and cashier is nei argii .

Original taste kfc is not crispy its like steam chicken taste is ok

The food was good - KFC recipe, but the service was extremely slow. The staff was pretentious of working with an idea of looking busy rather than actually doing work to serve. The basement place has good seating arrangements. Please get good staff or motivate them to do better.

Given completely the wrong food, missing items & what food we got was overcooked. Absolutely awful.

Took payment of 3.49 for a bottle of Pepsi but never received it.

Ordered over £100 worth of food, took nearly 2 hours and only received £20 worth of food.

Awful just go to the new street one. This place is so shocking you won't get your order, mine came with 2 missing wings, gravy instead of beans because they can't read and they didn't even have straws. After asking three different people for straws the guy behind the counter said I'm busy but begrudging got some, then had the audacity to ask me to put them in the straw holder. This all happening while my food (as much as they gave me) was going cold.

I was waiting in line to pay for my other the guy ignored me completly then he take the orders from other people and i was just waiting and he was saying wait wait then after 20 mins i just left, horrible experience avoid, unprofessional stuff

To the maneger! This is my 3rd bad experience in this store. I just had my lunch, chicken was cold, felt like it was cooked 4/5 hours ago and was super black. God knows how was the oil of fryer. Fries was warm and sogy. Staff was like they does not care about customers. I asked to dine in but they gave me my food like shopping bag. Not professional at all…Thanks

Following my order, delivery kept increasing from initially 10-25 minutes ending up at over an hour. Food was barely warm by the time it got to me.

We visited this KFC, we have been here multiple times before and had no issue but on this occasion my partner ordered a zinger burger and it was undercooked. We took it to the employees to be told that it is fine and their zinger burgers are always pink due to the spices. We have had zinger burgers before and they have never been pink. Don’t go here.

This was my lowest KFC experience ever. The chicken and other food quality and quantity were far from what you see elsewhere. The eating table condition was poor and untidy as lots of people troop in and out. I will not visit that branch of KFC again.

After waiting hours for the food delivery time to finally stop increasing, food was out for delivery and updated as delivered but no food was received. Shambles of a service and a waste of time and money. Would give 0 stars if possible.

On the website, it was delivery in 15-30 mins. Took 1.5h as they put back delivery 3 times. Food was cold. The only positive in the whole experience was the cheerful and sweet delivery driver. I shall NEVER order from KFC Martineau Place again.

No order has been received, yet it says delivered. I ordered it at 7.45pm, yet it’s nearly 10pm now and nothing has come yet I have still been charged

it took 1hr50 mins to arrive, when it originally said 20mins.

I was their regular customer and used to be really enjoyed when I was there. Unfortunately from few month ago, the quality of food is decreased and on my last visit on 5th October it was very rude security guy which he didn't allow my wife use toilet when we arrived and he sent my wife down satires because before want to order we were going to used toilet.... he said general toilet should use downstairs..... when I ask him about his manner , he told me this toilet in this floor is customer toilet if you dont want go out or go to counter ...... I complain to manager but, she just said, I have word with him ..... I am wonder how this kind of business can hire very rude person that don't care about business and don't know how to have to talk with customer and just don't care ....... if you need some respect as customer, just avoid to go there and never recommend this place .....

Great place to sit and eat. Vibrant upstairs , nice and quiet downstairs. Food excellent. We will return.

Ordered at 7:38pm and wait time was (15-30 mins). Waited 2 hours for the food (everytime I was checking it was going up. The food arrived here cold. Would not recommend and disappointed on both parties as there is no one to communicate to.

Scheduled an order for delivery at 18.55 food delivered at 20.05 and was cold had to reheat in microwave, absolutely disgusting service
