Always miss something from like today corn was missing from order how about delivery charges if I order again then I would be paying service charges vat and other. Pathetic service

Service was terrible waited 20 minutes to be Served and when i asked whats taking so long they told me to wait with a rude attitude. I Dont recommend this place that expects nice server. The food is never cooked through completely.

Warm not hot , however it saved me cooking on mothers day 😂 and the food was nice , would use again

I order to be delivered at 12:40 and I received order after 30 minutes even I didn’t have to eat because my break was finish. In the app you can find the button for cancel order and if I call at KFC they told me they can’t cancel the order

Rude staff and you have to look for a drink holder and put drinks in it yourself so it doesn't spill all over your order

Original taste kfc is not crispy its like steam chicken taste is ok

The food was good - KFC recipe, but the service was extremely slow. The staff was pretentious of working with an idea of looking busy rather than actually doing work to serve. The basement place has good seating arrangements. Please get good staff or motivate them to do better.

Awful just go to the new street one. This place is so shocking you won't get your order, mine came with 2 missing wings, gravy instead of beans because they can't read and they didn't even have straws. After asking three different people for straws the guy behind the counter said I'm busy but begrudging got some, then had the audacity to ask me to put them in the straw holder. This all happening while my food (as much as they gave me) was going cold.

I was waiting in line to pay for my other the guy ignored me completly then he take the orders from other people and i was just waiting and he was saying wait wait then after 20 mins i just left, horrible experience avoid, unprofessional stuff

To the maneger! This is my 3rd bad experience in this store. I just had my lunch, chicken was cold, felt like it was cooked 4/5 hours ago and was super black. God knows how was the oil of fryer. Fries was warm and sogy. Staff was like they does not care about customers. I asked to dine in but they gave me my food like shopping bag. Not professional at all…Thanks

Following my order, delivery kept increasing from initially 10-25 minutes ending up at over an hour. Food was barely warm by the time it got to me.

This was my lowest KFC experience ever. The chicken and other food quality and quantity were far from what you see elsewhere. The eating table condition was poor and untidy as lots of people troop in and out. I will not visit that branch of KFC again.

We visited this KFC, we have been here multiple times before and had no issue but on this occasion my partner ordered a zinger burger and it was undercooked. We took it to the employees to be told that it is fine and their zinger burgers are always pink due to the spices. We have had zinger burgers before and they have never been pink. Don’t go here.

After waiting hours for the food delivery time to finally stop increasing, food was out for delivery and updated as delivered but no food was received. Shambles of a service and a waste of time and money. Would give 0 stars if possible.

On the website, it was delivery in 15-30 mins. Took 1.5h as they put back delivery 3 times. Food was cold. The only positive in the whole experience was the cheerful and sweet delivery driver. I shall NEVER order from KFC Martineau Place again.

No order has been received, yet it says delivered. I ordered it at 7.45pm, yet it’s nearly 10pm now and nothing has come yet I have still been charged

I was their regular customer and used to be really enjoyed when I was there. Unfortunately from few month ago, the quality of food is decreased and on my last visit on 5th October it was very rude security guy which he didn't allow my wife use toilet when we arrived and he sent my wife down satires because before want to order we were going to used toilet.... he said general toilet should use downstairs..... when I ask him about his manner , he told me this toilet in this floor is customer toilet if you dont want go out or go to counter ...... I complain to manager but, she just said, I have word with him ..... I am wonder how this kind of business can hire very rude person that don't care about business and don't know how to have to talk with customer and just don't care ....... if you need some respect as customer, just avoid to go there and never recommend this place .....

Great place to sit and eat. Vibrant upstairs , nice and quiet downstairs. Food excellent. We will return.

Ordered at 7:38pm and wait time was (15-30 mins). Waited 2 hours for the food (everytime I was checking it was going up. The food arrived here cold. Would not recommend and disappointed on both parties as there is no one to communicate to.

I'm a regular here and Everytime I feel similar taste with the mini fillet, fries and the pepper favour of fries are to die for .. Usually have a meal here and it's nice and sometimes the wings are dry and unable to make us eat more than 5 at once but other than that it's usually good compared to other KFC Seating is a bit odd as most of times the basement kinda seating is closed and around 8pm they start closing most of seating area leaving 3-4 sets of tables around and it's a bit of shame to see this and walk away when we got friends with us so plan carefully ..

This has happened twice now, kfc have put promotions on and then still don’t send correct food. Missing items, what can’t the staff count 1,2,3 and forget what comes next. Well disappointed with how items always missing from order.

Some of the worst food I've ever eaten in my life. Felt sick the day after & the fillet, Zinger burgers were salty & tasteless, the popcorn chicken was simply too bad & rubbery. They restricted access to the inner seating area and made everyone use the 4 tables at a peak Sunday evening time. Don't ever come close to this KFC outlet in Brum

Quality of chicken/food in general seemed quite poor. I fell ill badly after eating here.

Taste completely unique from any other fried chicken. For people looking for halal fried chicken this is the best option as all chicken here is halal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, as a wheelchair user they bring my order to dedicated table.
