food was cold had to reheat it, and I was missing a sprite drink

Ordered the feed the family bundle for 4, and a few other things. Received the drinks and burgers, but 4 portions of fries were missing. I realise it's an offer but half of it was missing!!! I've requested a refund, but no response as of yet.

The food we received was stone cold not good

Food said it was outside then it went back to the shop then it come back then was cold

Delivered on time, lovely driver, food was still hot and delicious. 2 items were missing but received a credit straight away.

The app kept saying the courier was at the restaurant and the time kept going up and down for about half an hour or more so I rang McDonald’s and they said that the driver had left the restaurant at 18:09 but the driver didn’t arrive at our address until 18:50 and the food was freezing cold- I complained about the order being cold and only received a £5 something refund which is disappointing when the order took so long to arrive and everything was freezing and inedible

40 minutes wait for only food to be stone cold.

it's only 2mins from my house and it tookm nearly a hour and not all items were delivered

driver kept stopping and didn't deliver any meals just drinks and ice cream proceeded to complain that it was to far

driver was fantastic, after the restraunt sent the wrong order he returned to collect the right order and delivered it again. a credit to the company

Missing half the order and freezing cold

I am extremely disappointed with the meals that were delivered. Both portions of fries were delivered cold and both drinks had no flavour, as if the syrup had run out. Myself and my son were unable to eat the fries and unable to drink the Cokes. This is unacceptable service considering the money I have paid.

Far better than the (HMP) Yenton McDonald's further up Chester Road and usually less busier than there too. The addition of the lane at the front last year made the parking far more convenient.

only ordered hash browns and they were all saturated with grease can't even get them out the paper packet it's all stuck every single one
