I’ve just had my order came and I’m missing my large fries and no straws .. I’m not happy with this McDonald’s ..

Really got to give it to the bloke in the first window u think his name was something named shuayb I came yesterday and he treated me and the kids with mutch respect, even though the kids was crying in the back he was patient must give it him.Also food was great and warm.Kids loved it. Will come back again soon. Thanks.

A decent Mc Ds. I tend to use the drive thru, always get served without having to go to a loading bay.

Aug 1st 2022 is not my regular resteraunt anymore I found the kitchen filthy and dirty and by drive big spillage of some McDonald meals ..left no one out there cleaning it all up. Appalling condition And kitchen was over crowded with crew members

Wrong childs meal delivered on my just eat order,phoned you to complain ,rude,rude,rude you pick up the call and cut me off 3 times appalling, won't be ordering again ,how can a cheese burger Happy meal be mistaken for a night meal!!!!!!!!

My order didn’t even arrive driver put down that it was delivered and it wasn’t as I have a ring door bell so he must of took my food , when contact just got told I have to wait 5-7 working days for a nearly £40 order. They need to do better with there delivery drivers!

Always missing items & Food is cold

This is the second time this McDonalds has missed loads of items out of my order😡 so frustrating they they can’t give you what you’ve paid for, the bag didn’t even come sealed and the burger looks like it’s been tampered with because it’s not even wrapped up.

Order never turned up had enough of just eat always wasting my money n time in waiting for food to never turn up.

After paying at the drive through I was left sitting at the window with no communication for nearly ten minutes then when my order came out there was no sorry just got handed my order and sent on my way

What an absolute delight to speak to someone with customer service. I made an order on uber eat and made a mistake with one of the burgers, rang up to ask for no sauce and it was not a bother. The lovely man *who I'm afraid I didn't get his name was brilliant, kind and very understanding and sorted it out right away. What a legend, thank you mate!

New franchisee, same terrible service! The next time you give someone a dripping already melted McFlurry make sure it’s A) The right one and B) some napkins

Oh my what a waste of £20. Never in our lives have we ever ordered a delivery from here and without doubt will never order again the burgers were rock hard the fries cold and wet and the nuggets were... yeh like rocks. Terrible experience.

One of the best McDonald’s in the area. Orders are accurate most of the time, it’s a quieter restaurant in comparison to the Fort and it’s cleaned very regularly.

not happy at all over two hours late food was cold milkshake and sauses missing from order

when I ordered my food then time keeped changing over and over Agen and plus it was stone cold

Food was dry service gave wrong order atmosphere lots of customers were arguing with staff

Foods stone cold and the chips are like they’ve been sat for ages . The delivery time changed every 5 minutes and eventually turned up 15 minutes after they first stated

I have had missing items far too often from this McDonald's. it's all well and good getting a refund but I would rather have the food I ordered.

No milkshake available what a surprise always the same blame the weather.

2nd time I have ordered through the McDonald’s app from Chester Road McDonalds and both times one item from the meals was always missing. Staff are all young and couldn’t give a toss with no manners, fix up!

Food was good after a bit of a wait. Usually very quiet when I'm in there. Usually overrun by uber eats these days, but where isn't 🤦‍♂️

You guys need to sort out how delivery works, I put in address for delivery and even pin point location but driver still gets lost

Do not know why just eat puts an information box on McDonald’s to help you get things the way you would like, because they never ever read them. I am fed up with every time you request sugar and milk to be delivered with order only never to receive them. And it’s a waste of time telling just eat because they never take a blind bit of notice and can never reply that question. What is needed is a lot more training on both side when it comes to customer service.

Clean and tidy but the car park was full yet the restaurant was empty which confused me because of the cars I was going to leave as I thought it was busy. The management need to look into this

The hot chocolate tasted of just water and no chocolate put in there at all, I’m guessing the machine had run out.

Pre ordered to be delivered at 7pm. Arrived at 7.38pm. Usual good delivery time ruined, although the delivery driver himself was very polite and courteous

Table and facilities was sanitary and clean. However, staff making food didn't wear gloves and were touching their face in between making the food. Food came out lukewarm and my burger patty was overcooked. Fries tasted good but were limp and cold. Overall not great, won't be in a rush to return. The McDonald's at Asda Minworth is much better.

There was a long brown hair in my brothers Big Mac burger. He had a few bites and noticed he pulled a long brown hair out the burger. Very unhygienic & I did not continue to eat my food felt very disgusted & sick. Should wear hair nets and gloves.
