A very enjoyable experience. Christian loves to cook interesting foods and flavours and loves to entertain his guests. Well thought out menu . Would definitely recommend.

Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a fine dining chef's table that was nothing short of extraordinary. Each course was a masterpiece—perfectly balanced flavors, stunning presentation, and innovative pairings that left us in awe. The ambiance added a magical touch, creating an intimate and luxurious atmosphere that elevated the entire evening. Chef Christian deserves every bit of praise for orchestrating such a flawless experience. His passion and artistry were evident in every bite, and his attention to detail was impeccable. It wasn't just a meal; it was an unforgettable journey of culinary delight. If you're looking for a dining experience that sets the bar impossibly high, this is it!

Christian is a really talented chef and excellent host. We were treated to a lovely meal, six courses, full of subtle flavours with wines paired to each course. We couldn’t fault it and highly recommend it.

What a fabulous evening we had at the chefs table enjoying Christian’s 7 course Christmas tasting menu. Wonderful, intimate and relaxed setting. We felt like we were having dinner at a friend’s house (where the friend happens to be an exceptional chef serving exquisite food). Brilliant fun too! It was our first visit to Salt Cø but most certainly won’t be our last. What a find!

Amazing experience, everything was delicious and the company was excellent. Christian is charismatic and kind and really fun. He’s also super knowledgeable and taught us things and answered questions. A really passionate chef and inventive chef. You’ll have fun discovering new surprising flavours.

Went to one of Christian’s tasting Tuesdays with my sister and didn’t know what to expect. He was testing a new menu and it did not disappoint! Fantastic quality of food paired with great conversation. A really special experience and would highly recommend to anybody with a love for food.

Amazing dessert tasting menu. The cheese magnum was a particular favourite, but I enjoyed the frozen Balinese coconut and lime meringue the most.

Just had a brilliant night at a special dessert taster. Christian and Lily were amazing. The smoked Cambazola ‘Magnum’ Ice cream was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Great food and hosting of a five course dessert tasting menu. Lovely food, and flavour combinatins that i haven't tried before. We were made to feel very welcome by Christian.

This is the 3rd time Christian has cooked for me and the 2nd time having a 5 course desert tasting menu. I am never disappointed. Exquisite food cooked by a very modest and talented man. I can’t recommend Salt and Co highly enough, whether it is the 7 course tasting menu in your own home or the 5 course desert tasting menu at ‘chefs table’ . You won’t be disappointed. 👍

We tried the new dessert tasting menu this evening & it was amazing. Christian was an excellent host & we had a lovely relaxed evening. The flavours/tastes he used in the desserts worked really well & we loved every course. Will definitely be returning 100%!!
