What a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.An entertaining and informative talk giving the history of the vineyard, a good look at the vineyard itself with all sorts of interesting facts in beautiful surroundings.Then to the wine tasting itself Again so entertaining and informative..The wines are exceptional.A truly rewarding experience, which I can't recommend too highly

Wonderful place to visit and taste the white and Rose wines of Dorset. A real treasure of the Poole country side. Tastings are well arranged and a nice story behind each Oak theme wine of the vineyard.

Amazing experience here with wine tasting with Sarah. She explained to us a lot of the history and the way the wine is produced. We had a lovely time and their sparkling wines are worth the visit!

Quality sparkling wine 🍾 winning some of the best awards. Catering for weddings and corporate functions this vineyard is now the best in the UK and one of the top ten best European vineyards. 🥂🥂

Lets be honest about this 'wine tour' as I was left very disappointed and reviews here really don't reflect reality in my opinion. It's 2 sets of sitting in rows of seats being talked at, too much 'personal journey' information and a lengthy powepoint presentation before you even touch any wine! The 'wine tasting' only comes 1 hour 40 mins after arrival! No nibbles at all, no sociability, no water (I was even gasping for a glass of water!)...The wine isn't even made on site! Its a vineyard tour (not a winery, no vats!) with lengthy stories of their relationship, previous jobs.....finally the vines, interesting but just standing in 2 places for a long time each! The potential of a building as a small wedding venue is peddled and 5 star Trustpilot reviews are asked for at the start, before any wine or vines are even sighted!!?! I don't imagine for a moment honest feedback will be appreciated but you need a modern day Marketing person involved, who would actually be listened to! Make it sociable, not like timeshare sales! The first wine is good. The other 3 average frankly. Lots of 'hobbyists' attended and its probably best suited to them. Its not fun or interactive but could be made so if you listen to good advice! I know you work hard maintaining the vines and tours are a good additional revenue source but...maybe more respect for those attending.

Really, really interesting afternoon out. The wines are georgous. The owners are rightly proud of their product.

We were gifted a tour of this wonderful vineyard by some friends and what a lovely experience it was. Andrew and Sarah who own and run the business personally delivered the tour, and their passion and expertise came across from the outset. The environment is relaxed and the setting is beautiful. The tour ended with a generous wine tasting session and we were blown away by the quality of the wine. It is exceptional, easily better than the vast majority of Champagne you’ll ever have. So much so we treated ourselves to 6 bottles of different varieties to enjoy at home. I can highly recommend both the tour and the wine, simply exceptional.

A perfect location for a birthday treat. Very informative tour of the vineyard which was so beautiful. We learnt about the sparkling wine production process and then onto the tasting all the wine was of an exceptional quality.

Although it was out of season, we had a wonderful experience. Tranquil is the first word that came to mind when we took a stroll around the vineyard. We were fortunate to meet one of the owners and she hosted us with pleasure. The place hosts tours in summer and you can have a picnic in the vineyard after the tour. They can also arrange private tours and you can use the vineyard as a venue for weddings or business events anytime of the year.

Lovely property with the vineyards literally "touching" the tasting room, magnificent views. Matched by a knowledgeable and charming host serving some exceptionally well made sparkling wines. The range of styles is precise with each having character and pose. Thank you Andrew and Sarah for allowing us to glimpse the hidden gem you are, your hospitality and wines are generous and appreciated. We'll be telling our friends, but only those we really like!! Wonderfully stocked up with this amazing English sparkling wine from the fantastic team at English Oak Vineyards in Dorset. Can’t recommend this highly enough, a must buy if you like great sparkling wine or high end champagne, as they say, this drinks very well indeed

Dropped in on the spur of the moment last week and were met with a really warm welcome. We were given samples and a full description of each wine which was to the point but with lots of information. We were then shown the vines and a talk about the growing and maintenance of them. Highly recommend a visit and purchase of wine. We walked away very happy with two bottles, absolutely devine! 😊

My daughter and I took an organised tour of the vineyard with twenty or so others and heard how the vineyard began, how it has progressed and all about the sparkling wines it produces. The tour finished with a tasting of four different sparkling wines or champagnes as I would call them. A fabulous and fascinating afternoon and we purchased two bottles of our most favourite wines to enjoy at home. Highly recommended visit. Many thanks to the owners.

Visited recently for a Hen Do and our group had the best time. Andrew and Sarah were lovely - so entertaining, engaging and knowledgeable. The sparkling wine tasting was delicious and we all couldn’t resist buying a bottle to take home! Highly recommend.

A great little vineyard. We had a wonderful experience with Sarah guiding us through their fantastic range of English sparkling wine and sharing her knowledge. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area.

We visited for a "Sten Do", on a Friday night. The vineyard has fantastic indoor spaces to utilise, beautifully decorated and spacious. We received a presentation from Andrew, the owner, about the vineyard, the wines, and the story of how they got there. This was highly engaging; Andrew can read his audience and entertain them very well. After this we got to try a selection of sensational English sparkling wine. We were talked through each glass, and the group could bond over this. The experience seems absolutely ideal for a Hen Do, adding a real touch of class. I would very much enjoy it as a corporate hospitality event.

September Vineyard Wedding. We first discovered the vineyard coming to a tasting day and were blown away with how beautiful it was and the incredible taste of the sparkling wine! We approached Andrew about having our wedding there and he told us he was renovating the vineyard barn so we could chose between the barn or a marquee wedding. We were extremely honoured to be the first legal ceremony at the vineyard, holding our ceremony outside underneath the beautiful oak tree. We chose the barn for our reception and evening dancing. The whole setting was absolutely beautiful, including the courtyard that guests enjoyed for our horse box bar and evening fresh air. Our whole day was an absolute dream, we’re so unbelievably lucky with our wedding photos as the vineyard is the most beautiful backdrop. Andrew and Sarah were present all day, showing guests where to park, taking photos, showing guests around and being wonderful hosts. We visited the venue multiple times before our wedding to make decisions and Andrew was always there to greet us with a glass of bubbles. On the day we ran through the order of events, Andrew prepared us and our caterers lots of snacks and nibbles to meet our vegan dietary requirements. Every small detail was considered and we felt very looked after. We can’t thank Andrew, Sarah & Melanie enough and would recommend the venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate venue. Fabulous, it's worth going just to listen to the history and dedication it takes to produce a bottle of Sparkling wine. Trust me the tasting at the end was well worth the money. The sensation on your tongue is second to none, so much so I bought a crate. We had the picnic afterwards which was of a high standard and the setting just perfect. This place is incredible. We had 2 young kids with us so we couldn’t really go on the actual tour, but Sarah and the team were really welcoming and just showed us around and let us try some of the wine. Even if drinking isn’t your thing, The vineyards are so well kept and beautiful it’s well worth a trip.

My first visit to an English Vineyard, the bar is set extremely high! Fantastic! Friendly! Beautiful! The location is stunning, what Sarah and Andrew have done with the old farm is incredible! From initial greeting and Welcome, to the introductory talk, the walk through the vines, sharing stories of wine making highs and lows, and finally the tasting- all phenomenal! I cannot find enough great words to express how truly wonderful the experience is! Top it all off it’s very well priced. Thank you for making our girls weekend so special.

Gorgeous venue and owners seemed so helpful. Quite small but perfect for intimate parties and gatherings. Wine was also wonderful.

We hired their Oak Barn for my mums 50th birthday party and it was the most stunning setting! The owners were so helpful when we were organising the party and were there to answer all of our questions and help the day go as smoothly as possible. Highly recommended and will certainly use them as a venue again in the future!

Wow - What a place to get married. We had our wedding at the Vineyard in September 2021 and we couldn't have asked for a more idyllic place. The most beautiful setting for a Marquee wedding under the Oak Tree in the middle of the Vineyard. We could have been in Italy or France. Andrew and Sarah are the most amazing owners and they did everything they could to make sure we had an amazing day. Added to this, they also have the most amazing range of sparkling wine which went down a storm with the guests. If you are looking for an outdoor wedding, look no further that English Oak Vineyard. Amazing.

If you are interested in wine making or want to learn about English wine, then you should definitely visit this place. The wine tour was very informative, it was great to hear from the owners directly. The sparkling wines there are excellent and delicious.

We had the most amazing time at English Oak back in March. It was our first vineyard visit and since then we have become obsessed with English Sparkling!

A well presented and informed tour with some product tasting to boot, also the opportunity to buy, cash / card accepted.

Second time of trying (last time was two years ago!) and second time no one there nor did they answer the phone when I called. Oh well!

Absolutely fantastic experience!! We were driving by and saw the sign for the vineyard so thought we'd turn in on the way to our Airbnb.. best decision we had made all day!! The husband and wife team who own the vineyard were SO friendly and helpful.. They put on a really interesting tasting session, explained about the sparkling wines they produce and were just generally really engaging! The sparkling wines were wonderful as well, so would highly recommended taking a trip to see them, or stopping by if you're in the area! Will definitely be back for the full experience when time permits!

Our first visit here. Easy to find, good parking. Lovely setting. Beautiful amphitheatre area of seating for tour guests to sit and wait for welcome talk from Andrew. Interesting talk about Andrew and Sarah, and how they started the vineyard. Sarah did a great talk on how the vineyard was started, how it progresses through the seasons, and all the challenges they have. All very interesting and lots of facts learned. Tasting of their sparkling wines to finish - all great 😃 opportunity to buy some if you wanted to. Great, interesting and fun place to spend a couple of hours. Thank you Andrew and Sarah.

Have toured other vineyards in England and France and must say I thought this was one of the best. Andrew and Sarah shared their story from start to present in such a delightful and informative manner. I would highly recommend a visit to English Oak and what’s even better is their sparkling wine is top notch! We walked out with 12 bottles today and I know we will be back for more. Congratulations on bringing English sparkling wine to the forefront!

I attended a friends wedding here. It was beautiful, they had a large tent. The only think was that from 10pm there was a silent disco as we were not allowed noice after this time!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our vineyard tour at English Oak which was a birthday present. The tour was taken by the owners, Andrew and Sarah, with Andrew welcoming everyone and describing how it came to be, before handing over to Sarah who took us into the vineyard and talked about the process of growing the vines and the challenges involved. We then headed back to hear about the different sparkling wines they produce and to sample them. Both Andrew and Sarah came across as very friendly and knowledgeable and made it an informative, interesting and memorable tour. As for the wines, it's no surprise they have numerous prestigious customers as they're superb!

Found this location by accident via an Invitation to a Tesla event, and wow had no idea such a beautiful place was so close to home. The owners are fabulous and willing to discuss wine's or Electric vehicles all day what a combination!

A group of 13 of us from Liliput WI had an excellent afternoon at the English oak vineyard. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the tour very informative and fun with delicious wine tasting as well. I thoroughly recommend the experience.

Beautiful Vineyard with exceptional sparkling wine, tour was okay didn't see much of the vineyard or the process just got talked at, but the tasting was brilliant and the male host was very engaging.

We had a Vineyard Your given to us as a gift and really enjoyed our time at English Oak. We were taken around the vines, had the growing season and processes all explained and then had the chance to enjoy some wine tasting. English Oak produce sparkling wine which is award winning and available in many of the local restaurants. You can also buy directly from the vineyard.
