Salsa Temple in City of London, Westminster

I had.l a great night here in salsa temple. I enjoyed everything. Salsa classes , food and cocktails were all amazing. I will definitely come back

Warning: Be very careful with this venue!! I want to share my shocking experience at Bar Salsa Temple to warn others. Last night, the staff illegally confiscated my passport without my permission, refusing to return it. I had to call the police, who confirmed that what they did was completely illegal.I also have a crime number and there will be an investigation. No one other than law enforcement has the right to take your passport—not a bar, not security, no private venue. When I went back in the morning to retrieve it, they still insisted they had the right to keep it, which is false. A passport is a government-issued document, and taking it away is essentially stripping someone of their identity and freedom. Imagine if I had a flight to catch. Imagine if they copied my personal data. Imagine if they lost it. This is a serious violation, and I urge everyone never to allow anyone other than the police to take your passport. If this happens to you, demand it back immediately, call the police, and report the venue. This is unacceptable behaviour, and I hope others speak up and take action against such unlawful practices. Be careful with their abuse of power!!

Great place, great atmosphere but all that was overshadowed by being overcharged when buying drinks. Each time nearly £3 overcharged for a couple of cocktails, the bar staff knew they are overcharging as every time I mentioned that the price it’s not right they asked a different person to come and rectify, no apologies or anything mentioned about it. By the time I’ve bought the third round they started charging me the correct amount. Wasn’t too impressed with that sort of treatment, when people are going out they have to look out for so many things but was not expecting that the from the bar staff.

Good food, good cocktails and good staff. The manager Leandro is very kind. The music is very popular, salsa, reggateon and bachata.

The Best place to spend your precious time in London. Everyday they have dancing. Food is delicious. Staff is super friendly. Water is free whole night. They play the best music. Most followers will agree to dance but there are few stuck-ups everywhere.

Anoche mis amigos y yo nos lo pasamos genial. El personal era muy amable y servicial, la seguridad, los camareros, los gerentes... que hizo el equipo perfecto! Increíble vibra. ¡Sin duda volveré pronto!

Elogios especiales al gerente supervisor de Temple Salsa por su ayuda en la búsqueda de una bolsa y abrigo perdidos. El tipo de cosas que el personal de otros bares podría ignorarte, pero el gerente se tomó el tiempo para ayudarnos y finalmente lo encontramos. Muy agradecido.

Gran vibra y música. El ambiente de salsa es muy animado, mucha gente bailando, y en particular un gran servicio de Alekhya

Fue una noche excelente disfrutada con mi hermana, la primera vez que fuimos allí y definitivamente volvimos de nuevo, y el barman Ash fue tan agradable y nos hizo bebidas muy agradables xx

Visité el templo de la salsa por primera vez con mi familia y nos lo pasamos muy bien allí. La comida era deliciosa y sin duda volveremos

A pretty big group of us started out a hen night at Salsa. It's a pretty big space and we were there early, they'd reserved some space for us and were super attentive at the bar - we pretty much had someone just dealing with our group. It was happy hour so cocktails were very reasonable and delicious! Ordered some bar food which came quickly and was pretty good, nice atmosphere, would visit again.

Tucked away beside the river, great atmosphere as there was a Salsa class taking place in the room on the right as you enter. We ate in the room on the left. Had the mushroom tortilla which I thought was steep at £14 for 3 wraps and just some mushrooms. Food also not hot enough for me.
