We chose the vegan breakfast and the asparagus -advertised on the menu was not on our breakfast. The tomatoes were only a tiny bit warm, as though they'd been sat there for ages. They wouldn't give us brown bread as an option for toast. And my son's pancakes.were tiny and looked like they had been microwaved!..so wouldn't return. It was a clean cafe though.

Off the main strip, but worth walking to. Clean with reasonable prices, the service was one of the best we have experienced in a long time loved our 2 year old which made us feel welcomed. Recommend this place 100%

Staff didn't have a clue. We had to repeat our order multiple times despite only ordering one item. The food was unbearable and one of the waitresses children was "playing" with the cupcakes in the stand and then putting them back. Avoid at all costs.

Sadly we visited here today and after going over our order repeatedly and paying the £40 it came to (2 milkshakes, 2 coffees, regular breakfast, “freshly made” pancakes and 2 “freshly made” waffles) we were told it would be 20 minutes (turned into more than 30). The milkshakes were delayed as they ran out of milk, the breakfast arrived without toast and when questioned some arrived that had seen butter & a toaster just before we walked into the building and been left on the side since, it wasn’t the “tiger bread” that was advertised either. It also didn’t help that they had no clean cutlery to eat it with! The pancakes arrived having been warmed on a hot plate for a while with a splash of imitation golden syrup, blatantly shop purchased ones and not the “freshly made” advertised ones. Finally the waffles arrived having just been microwaved, also shop purchased. We were told they’d run out of cream when they arrived, leaving one child with and one without and that was “unfortunate” to quote the staff. No offer of apology from anyone working here and no offer of a partial refund for the blatantly mis-sold items. All in all a very disappointing visit and hope this review stops others from having a disappointing start to their day as well!

Visited this morning, unfortunately was not a great experience. Despite having to repeat our order to the girl on the till many times (and I know she wrote it down correctly) I was brought out a completely wrong order; a toastie (with coleslaw and prawn crackers, bizarrely) instead of an omelette. The family next to us were also given the wrong order then the staff tried to charge him the extra on the way out. It appeared that the really young staff were trying to do their best despite having little training; the place was chaotic, orders were slow and incorrect and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great breakfasts. It's hard to give this place less than 5 stars. The breakfasts are excellent for the price, which include everything that you'd expect. The coffee is delicious and the pot of tea made the perfect cup. Friendly staff too, which is always a nice bonus. For the price, I can't see you getting a much better brekkie anywhere else.

I cant have sausage or bacon so went for egg, beans, mushrooms, hash brown and toast. Lady serving said would charge separate items rather than full breakfast. Another lady refused and wanted to charge full. Said OK and can egg be scrambled. No . Or poached again no. As they were busy ( not that we could see) it would be 20 mins. Ordered also sausage sandwich for friend and 2 teas. It came as full breakfast Inc sausage and bacon. No tomato or mushroom. Was to hot to argue but I couldn't eat it. Also a lady feeling faint with the heat of the day needed a drink and who I presume to be owner was after the server paying for it. I felt so sorry for servers who were lovely. Will not be going again.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast before heading home, friendly staff who gave top service, place was clean and very welcoming, also busy but that didn't affect how long it took to get our breakfasts as they were served to us quickly. Would happily visit again when In Blackpool.

I have just visited Sally’s for the third time and as always amazing high quality, tasty food, very clean and comfortable surroundings and the best, friendly and fast service! Highly recommended.

Amazing breakfast, lake district sausage on the same plate as Bury black pudding, coupled with fresh mushrooms, smoked bacon, hash brown, beans, tomato and tiger toast!!! No cheap plate fillers here, just well sourced and tasty ingredients, coupled with Amazing staff,and reasonable prices 👍👍👍

First time we've been to Sally's but definitely won't be the last! My partner, Kevin, had Sally's Super Barm and describes it as "One of the best sandwiches I've ever had!" The gorgeous aroma as you walk in just hits you and puts you straight in the mood for eating. The staff are really lovely, friendly and chatty, making for a brilliant atmosphere and making us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back. Lovely to meet you all :)

I'd called to ask if they could do a vegan breakfast and was told it wouldn't be a problem. It's rare to find a suitable alternative to the Full British Breakfast, but this one hit the spot. All piping hot and delicious.

Really enjoyed my breakfast here. £2.99 for 4 items with toast included is excellent value.

4 item breakfast with toast for £2.99, (extra items 75p) beautifully cooked and a nice portion of each item. Very friendly staff and dog allowed to sit inside or outside. Highly recommend

Went in on Friday 11th whilst I waited for a friend. The English breakfast I had was excellent. All cooked fresh. Even the cup of tea was v good. (I'm quite particular oñ how my tea is made). The lady who served me was very polite and friendly as well. I'd certainly recommend to anyone.

Customer service was really warm and friendly. But the highlight was their delicious breakfast sandwich. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer cafe and food with fabulous staff

Basically don’t bother!! We ordered at 9.03 through just eat and was told it would be with us at 9.40, by 10.20 it still wasn’t with us (even though it was marked as delivered on just eat) so I rang and was lied to as I was told it would be literally a couple of minutes, yet at 10.50 it still hadn’t arrived. I got in touch with just eat as the restaurant/cafe/takeaway had sent their phone to voicemail when I tried to ring again, and they were told it would definitely be arriving within 10 to 15 minutes, yet by contacting them again at 11.25 it had still not arrived, they then told just eat it would be 10-15 minutes and yes it didn’t arrive, so after waiting over two hours we ended up cancelling our order!! I understand that places get busy but to lie that the food is on its way when it clearly isn’t is very unprofessional, if we had been given a true time we would have probably waited, maybe not 2 hours, will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone neither, it was our first time and will definitely be our last!! I wouldn’t gave rated it one but it wouldn’t let me submit without tapping it.

Loved this place. Kids usually just want cereal or toast and then a pick off of my plate for hot stuff. This place was perfect for exactly that. It's sort of a buffet idea so you can choose what you want after seeing or just order from your table. Food was nicely cooked and great value. Was a lovely friendly enviroment whilst feeling safe too, during Covid 19 times. Will definitely be back again.

Disappointing - at best. We ordered one small, one regular breakfast and two pancake breakfasts, costing £24. There was not one meal which was 'good'. The regular breakfast was swimming in fat, the small breakfast arrived with beans and then when questioned, the food was just removed from the plate so still covered in bean juice. We ordered extra toast - it was given instead of fried bread. The pancakes were very obviously from a well known supermarket and were cold - total rip off for £4.50. The 'tea' had barely seen a tea bag it was so pale. Overall, don't waste your time, go to Wetherspoons - at least there you don't expect anything other than poor.

Great service, food was lovely, Sally who owns the place is a lovely person and cooked the food to perfection. I genuinely recommend this place.
