Never turned up after watching the time go up. Waited 2 hours to be told it’s delivered.

A complete nightmare . I rang restaurant up after waiting for over an hour and a half . They said we made it ages ago . But we are justcwaiting on a delivery driver . The estimated time was going up and up and up . And no apology from driver .

First time food was delivered stone cold. Had to heat up in microwave, which ruined the eggs so they were inedible. Disappointing, as in the past, food has always arrived hot.

Ordered two wraps and one turned up not even wrapped correctly and all food and sauce fell out on opening. Food was cold and took nearly an hour and half after order to arrive. Did take a picture of wrap but unable to upload.

Food overall was decent but the beans were rock hard and I had paid separately for them so expected them to be done properly, the snacks and drink was good but croissant was abit hard, I would order again but pls the small things matter thanks

Food was cold when it came. I ordered a hot chocolate Nutella and was given a cold coffee with lumps of Nutella spread inside.

Latte wasn’t sealed and leaked all over bag and food packaging

Whilst technically on time, the delivery time kept getting pushed back, which was a little disappointing. However, the courier was cheerful and friendly, and the food, as always, was fantastic; Sally Sue's really hits the spot!

Delicious food and great portions.

I did not receive my order and it is saying it has been delivered. This is not the restaurants fault, this is just eats fault. I will be ordering directly from the restaurant next time. I have also put in a request for a full refund.

breakfast wraps are lovely jacket potato cheese and beans was spot on just a shame it leaked all in the bag. The 2 cakes packets was split open and cakes was completely crushed and not trusting eating them as I don't no if driver has done anything to the cakes. such a shame was really looking forward to eating my favourite cake.

Unfortunately 1 item was missing from my order, but on telephoning the business they quickly apologised and arranged a refund. Sadly it was not possible to send the missing item.

My expectations for the soup were not high but that thing in my cup is not even a liquid, just some wet looking powder

Edible and hot despite waiting over an hour but All day breakfast fries are definitely not worth £10.50! Would be better with an option to order fries only. Wrong croissant arrived and wasn’t informed the one I had ordered was out of stock. The biscoff spread had melted and leaked out of the box onto all the other food and into the box my bagel was in. Also looked nothing like the photos

Order took 20 mins to be delivered. I live 5 mins drive from shop and he went all the way across town to another address first. I’m closer to the shop than the first address so my order was late and cold.

Great place for breakfast/lunch. Very friendly and chatty girls, always fresh roll/baguette’s etc with generous portions. 👍

arrived with my latte/coffe soaked all over my sandwich and sausage roll, completely ruined my lunch.

Baguette contained egg instead of bacon. Full breakfast was over cooked & the egg was awful. It was obvious that whoever cooked it wasn't bothered . Would not order again

They was paid to deliver food for a funeral I attended today but never turned up. And when the family rang they told them they forgot. That is disgusting that poor family were dealing with enough today

As always speedy delivery. Food tastes great and is still hot. Also after one mishap with a previous order the driver always takes care with the drinks.

Delivery driver took an absolute age to deliver the food. Food quality from Sally Sues was amazing as always but only luke warm to eat because of the delivery driver.

As usual the food was great, I had the breakfast club. But, unfortunately this time I have to mark the service down 😔 The driver was not aware there was a coffee in the bag! So, by the time he had taken off over all the speed bumps and got to me, everything was swimming in vanilla latte and I only got half a cup!! I am just grateful that your bags are foil lined as that saved the sandwiches.

We always get food from Sally Sue’s but got To say today was disappointing. Bacon sandwich was cold the baguette was really hard in places and coffee was spilt everywhere

They deliver to my location on deliveroo but not justeat or ubereats. It's annoying because I do like the food. For food quality I'd give 5* but the irregular delivery lowers it.

Amazing food. And delivery was on time. Couldn’t recommend the smashed sausage breakfast muffin enough to people! It was huge and so tasty! Milkshake was lovely too. I will definitely be ordering again. And can’t wait to try out the other items on the menu. Thank you!

food nice as usual but the sauce from baked beans had leaked from the container and gone into the container with the cake in it.. maybe make them a bit more secure next time. the delivery driver must of had another delivery before mine as i see him going in opposite direction on the map, food was just about warm

had a lovely club sandwich - very filling. Didn't have any lettuce though. They did try to call but phone wouldn't connect - thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich nonetheless. Got a cake as a sorry so that was a plus😊

They dropped food on the floor and then put it back in the rolls and sandwiches and then give them to the customers and they use the same knives on all the ingredients and people have complained that they have found the staffs head hairs in their food and the owner only wants to talk about people behind their backs and she listens to my family lying to her about my mum as she never knew that the family members she was getting the information from robbed their own parents

the poor delivery driver's car broke down and Just Eat don't send backup drivers so I will not be using Just Eat again. couldn't rate the food as it was very cold and inedible, the driver did wonderfully to get it to us at all. (Tuna sandwich was good)

Bread not nicely buttered , sausages and bacon over cooked and hardly and filling in the bread , we’re you running out of sausages and bacon ?

I ordered a panini which tasted ok but it was not in a proper panini roll it was made in a large bread bap which was then pressed to make it look like a panini.

Ham Toastie could of had more ham in it. Very disappointed.

Usual later delivery than originally scheduled. No bread or roll. Maybe I should have confirmed. Excellent quality of food. Well cooked with no fat/grease. I would always recommend.

The food is always amazing, hence why I order every week. Breakfast is Top Notch!

Driver called could not find the hospital, marked as delivered no food delivered. Unable to contact driver and 4 hungry nhs staff! Not happy at all.

Our first time for ordering from Sally Sue's I had a Sausage & Egg Roll and the o/h Sausage & Bacon Baguette. Really good, my egg was still runny which is a first from a delivery and it was all still hot. Also ordered a Toffee Nut Latte - I could drink it by the bucket. Again, was still hot. Thank you :)

I ordered a bottle of Diet Coke and received a Can!! :-( Will I get reimbursed the difference ££

Great food. Didn’t have the maple and pecan danish which was a shame as food was so good I’m sure that would have been delicious, was offered an alternative though that was still amazing.
