Got food delivered which arrived early food was cold I ordered the lahmachun doner only wanted onions but they put all salad in and no onions I had about 4 bites and chucked it in the bin was awful and tasteless I have had much better such a waste of money and I would never order from them again

I ordered food from Salamis recently because it is close to where I live, it costed me alot of money. Food was extremely disappointed. Rice was soggy chicken kebab was old and gone off. Food was prepared in poor quality it wasnt freshly made. Do not order food from them. When I went back with the food they denied saying it is smell of paprika. Everyone knows the difference between freshly cooked chicken and gone off chicken. I wasted £100 worth of food and didnt get refund as well. If you want quality food then try Sultan from Ilford you will never be disappointed and they are good valued for money. Do not order Salamis food for party or small family gathering you will be disappointed. Food was old soggy cold and greasy!!!

Ordered this evening. Mixed donors, Turkish bread, Cacik. I then read the reviews whilst waiting for me delivery. Started reading and thought that I made a boob. Food arrived on time and was seriously lovely. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was the kebab had lost a bit of temperature. I will definitely order from there again. Give it a go. You'll be glad you did

Come from Blackpool to work for the week and got recommended by a guy where I was working. Try and have a kebab everywhere I travel too and it’s the Best kebab I’ve had. No joke 10/10 very clean shop

Never order from this restaurant, we ordered through Just eat and waited for 2 hrs and kept calling for status of delivery but no answer. Then I checked the status again and they purposely changed it to ‘delivered’ even though we never received our food...disgusting! Had to get a refund from justeat instead. AVOID like a plague! Read all other bad reviews...this restaurant should get shut down...the worse reviews were about bad hygiene and meat that smelled off! If I could I would not even give them 1 star!

This restaurant doesnt even deserve a one star!! I ordered 3 meals today and i expressed on two to three occasions that i do not want rice or cous cous with the meat as i am intolerant which then the manager ali said "yes yes thats fine" so i was comfortable and satisfied enough to order. When i came home with the order both the meals that i requested not to have cous cous or rice did have !! Ali the manager spoke to me in such an uprupt manner when i made a complaint to him and he did not seem interested at all with what i have to say. On the first occasion i called in a rude manner he said "dont talk to me now i cant listen i am buisy call later" and then put the phone down. I called a few hours later and when i was voicing my complaint he was not listening to anything i was saying and kept interrupting me. I will actually take my complaint further in the next few days. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. As being of turkish origin i must say this is not of a good standard i was actually really disappointed with the quality of the food.

I went to this restaurant few weeks back for a business lunch. Overall experience was good, the starters came straight away and were good, they included Humus and different dips with fresh Turkish Bread and chutneys. We had a mixed grill and every single item in the mixed grill was properly cooked and of good taste, the Turkish tea was nice as well. Now taking my family to this place to share the experience hopefully it will be as nice as well ..

As my birthday fell on Friday, thought would treat myself to takeaways on both Friday and Saturday. Salami Kitchen was my Saturday choice. Website was easy to use, although I think I must have made an error somewhere as I got onion and no salad, where I thought I had ticked box for no onion. Probably should have ticked boxes yes for other bits of salad, but thought it automatically was yes, would definitely add a note in future on the special requirements box. I ordered a small lamb donner kebab, and baklava. Donner kebab came with bread, rice, couscous and in my case raw onion (salad if you press right buttons) I only live down the road, so my food was very warm, I really enjoyed the lamb donner kebab, very good value for money. Would definitely be ordering another takeaway in future from Salami kitctchen

I currently ordered a £42 takeaway from here. Absolutely shocking customer service. And the food was cold and also missing items. Appalling. Especially when I gave them another chance from the last shambles I had. Halloumi salty and cold. Ribs where stone cold. But all the person said on the phone I can’t help you etc the boss isn’t here. I don’t expect money back I expect to get my food warm. The operator said on the phone you live 3 mile away.... I said buy bags that keep the food warm. Absolutely shocking. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER ORDERING FROM HERE THEY DONT DESERVE PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!

Very poor kebab not authentic at all the staff don’t even want to give any sauces with the food. The chilli sauce is a let down not authentic Turkish chilli sauce

Esto no un restaurante, a menos que quiere sentarse en sillas swivelly, pero no te preocupes. Casa. Su donner está mi tipo favorito: largo, macizos piezas de cordero. Podría haber sido un poco más pero se doren está guay, me encanta su cordero donner, viene en una porción grande.

Siempre llevar siempre desde aquí si queremos algunosplatos a la brasa. Hamburguesas y pizzas son increíbles,probamos la parrillada mixta, no me decepcionó.La comida es fresca y caliente, el tiempo de entrega es siempre muchomás rápido que el de llegada estimada. Seguiré pidiendo desde aquí.

We tried this Kebab shop while staying in Ilford about 10 mins from our hotel.Parking can be an issue but a young chap showed me you get i think 1 hour free from the machines but please check as i cant remember exactly how long you get.we opted for large Donner which i must say was huge i struggled to finish.The meat was fresh sliced and nice and hot with a great salad selection to go with i asked for plenty mixed cabbage and onions and i sure got it the server couldnt close the box it was so full.We ordered 1 portion of chips which really wasnt needed as we ended up taking most of the Kebab back to our hotel.In all the best Kebab weve ever had well done all the staff at Salamis look forward to our next visit.

Queríamos una noche kebabs para la entrega. Llamó a este lugar, sólo para que le colgaran 3 veces!

Este lugar es absolutamente excepcional por la comida y el servicio. Hemos venido aquí durante años, y que nunca para brindar. También probamos este en A-comer.co. uk y llegó 20 minutos antes del horario y caliente. El personal siempre es amable, su salsa chili es para morirse y, para ser justos, tienen unas pizzas a precios razonables. ¡lo recomiendo muchísimo!
