The service was good, but the food was not up to my expectations.

Popped in for family lunch. Great fresh food, quick and friendly service. Excellent value will definitely return. Satay chicken starter was the nicest I've had. The mains- pad Thai, green curry and Singapore noodles were very tasty and beautifully presented One of my son's a vegan and was very happy with his tempura vegetables and green tofu Curry.

Not the best Thai in town. Pad Thai was nice but the mixed starters were a bit sad (over cooked and look like they had been kept warm for a while)

Table next to stairs is pretty bad, there was a spare table directly beneaththe stairs that was just collecting dirt off people's shoes as they were coming down the stairs. This was rather off putting. I think a lot of the starters are frozen, not good. A place like this really needs to make more of an effort with fresh ingredients.

Very rustic place. There is a spiral staircase so take care if your not good with stairs food was average i have had better elsewhere.

Before served better dishes. It seems like the portions got smaller. Ordered pad thai with beef but there were only 3 / 4 little pieces of meat inside.

Never had a bad meal or service

Food is absolutely lovely. As good as any other Thai restaurant I've been to. But, as per stars, atmosphere is a little quiet. Not sure if it's the decor or music/sound. Service is good but not as personal as it could be. Maybe I'm being harsh. Go visit and you decide.

Lovely to be together at what was our favourite Thai restaurant. Unfortunately that is no more! Food was edible but quality not as it used to be and the service left a lot to be desired. We travel 30 miles each way to eat there, sadly we won’t go there again.

Sad to say this restaurant has gone downhill. The previous owners were always pleased to see their customers, waitresses were attentive & friendly and the food was great. Saturday night, we were the only people in there for quite a while, it used to be full with a lovely atmosphere. The welcome was non existent, service was indifferent. Some of our dishes were ok, but some (especially the prawn mains) weren’t the standard we expected. We used to travel 30 miles here for our celebration meals, but not any more.

We've been coming here for years, mostly for special occasions, but I think this may have been the last time some of our party go. Sadly, the food quality has really declined. The prawns were really not nice and there were only 3 of them in a main course. The green chicken curry was nice enough, and I'm told the soup and lemon chicken were good too. The sticky rice came in plastic bags. One waitress was great, the other who took over barely acknowledged us and completely ignored an enthusiastic child small trying to say hello the whole evening. There was exposed live frayed wiring from the ceiling to the light in the loo and it didn't feel as generally well kept or clean as before. Such a shame, because this had previously been one of our favourite places. Used to have a lovely family atmosphere and always have great food and be busy. Well over half the tables were empty and we went at peak time Saturday. I really hope they can return to the quality and service that we have previously enjoyed.

Absolutely delicious food and good size portion's. I would recommend the Thai dumplings and drunken noodles. Will be ordering from here again to try the rest of the menu.

Went here once and enjoyed it. Beautifully decorated to create an authentic atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, they knew their stuff. The menu was huge. The food was not a big portion and quite expensive but very good quality. Would go here again for a special occasion (and if I save a bit of money first)

Last week I took a friend there for lunch -unfortunately the pad Thai and beef chow mien we ordered didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been quickly warmed up in the microwave, hot in the middle and cold round the edges. Probably the worst Thai food I’ve ever eaten. I remember going there a couple of years ago and the food was excellent, obviously the new management has a lot to learn from the old one.

We have been here many times and we really enjoy the food. We have been told that the current manager is retiring soon. We hope this does not affect the quality of the food and the ambience.

Always a predictably good experience. Recently however the food has seemed a little bland. The staff and ambience, and past experiences, allow this (hopefuliy) short term issue to be relegated to a one-off.

Read all good reveiws for this place and Ordered food for me and my wife as it was her birthday only to find our food was tastless £28 down the drain waiste of time!! After calling manager who was very rude and did not care at all, she said she would in call 5mins to rectifi the problem but she did not do this very unprofessional bad management skills!!!! Highly not recommend. OLD SIAM IN HERTFORD IS MUCH BETTER FOR FOOD AND CUSTOM.

Went for 'Business Lunch' today, just my partner and I. It was amazing. The food was excellent value. Two courses for £6.95 is a bargain. I went simple with Satay Skewers and Pad Thai and it was so tasty. My partner is local to Ware and loves this place. The staff a super friendly too. Favourite Thai in UK

Only problem was the stairs food and service was lovely

I've ordered a take away, it arrived as promised 35-40 min; food was lovely, creamy green veg curry, chicken massaman and a spicy tom yam hed soup with mashrooms. Will be back to try more in person.
