We have searched for a long time for a decent Indian takeaway that actually cooks the food fresh to order as everyone we have tried for months had been a reheat from freezer to microwave. FINALLY The Sajna has delivered and it was absolutely delicious !! Thank you so much !! We ordered Chicken Tikka Karahi with extra garlic ...oh my days it was the best food we have eaten in years . Can't wait to order again 😋😋

I ordered food today 03/01/21 from just eat, the food is Indian vegetarian Paneer Kadhai and mixed vegetable. However in mixed veg is full with only white Onions piece's they have provided as mixed vegetable and taste was bitter. The most important and shocking part the food was having little pieces of stones/rock which almost broke my tooth. We throw all the food in bin and will never order from Sajna Exclusive Manchester Takeaway. the food was horrible, I specifically told them about spices while placing the order from Just eat, the food and place is ridiculous as we have to drink milk and sleep today.

The best Indian food in a very long time . Not sure if you are new owners or new chef , but the food is amazing ..having to change from a 5 star to a 4 ( and I’m being kind) repeated a dish tonight that we had last night and it was totally different . Disappointing

I ordered from this place via Uber Eats on Tuesday night and gave them a good review in the evening because the food was ok, but the next 2 days after I was very ill with food poisoning which tells me the food isn’t fresh here. Won’t be ordering again.

Comically bad. I ordered a paneer samber (along with other items) and upon arrival the box beheld the epithet ‘paneer dansak’ with, wait for it - a line crossed through ‘dansak’ and ‘samber’ written underneath. Now, I know what a samber is. I know it doesn’t come with a pineapple. I’ve ordered from this place 3 times in the last month, but that’s not why I know what a samber is, 15+ years of eating them bestowed that privilege upon my taste buds. The issue here is not the Beano-esque level of deception Sajna Exclusive chose to employ, it is moreover the fact they don’t even have the decency to pick up the phone - I called 26 times and was cut off each occasion. Admittedly after the 10th I was compelled to see just how long they’d keep their heads metaphorically buried, and I suppose you have to respect that commitment to evasion. Now, dear potential customer, the point of this diatribe rears it’s baleful head - All you had to do was pick up, say ‘sorry about that’ and rectify your mistake. Easy. Would have been fine. And I would have been happy. Instead I was wilfully ignored and a curry was left wasted and uneaten due to this restaurants comical incompetence. I wish I could add the photos.. Clearly they thought this would fly, and full marks I suppose for the commitment to thinking it would.. you almost have to respect that, however what I whole heartedly do not is that the decency was denied me to even pick the phone up as I would have happily ordered from them again had a remedy been offered. Shame really as I guess If you order, you’ll probably have a good meal, but if it’s wrong, then don’t expect anything remotely bearing the guise of customer service, nor for any potential complaint to be dealt with in a manner befitting a business who value professionalism when faced with inaccuracies. The conclusion here to the patient and the curious, is that I won’t recommend, and I sure won’t be ordering again. Crossing out the curry name and writing another underneath was funny though, but I suppose that’s the point - if you go to clowns, you get jokes.

Delivery was almost 2 hours late. Items were missing. One dish wasnt packaged properly so sauce dripped out the bag and stained our table. Food was cold, had to microwave it. Taste wasnt very good either, soggy chicken in cold soft tomato sauce. Really disappointed.

Pretty average overall. Value for money with the rice is pretty good and the appetizers and sides are quite tasty. The portion size of the curry though is a bit on the small side compared to other places with a similar price and although the meat is cooked well, nothing really has any flavour and is rather bland.

This is our go-to local Indian takeaway as we have yet to have a meal that hasn't been really delicious. (We think we've probably ordered from them about 15 times over the past few years at a very conservative estimate.) The bill normally works out as a bit more than some takeaways, but we feel that the quality of the food really justifies that. It's true as others have said that sometimes the orders are late, and a staffing structure change might help with this, but we're confident that it's only because they're really busy, which is obviously only a good sign. That said, our order was 10 mins early this time, so either they were a bit quieter today or they had a full team in. It was, however, gorgeous. Think I've fallen in love with the fish pakora. Enjoy people, it's worth the wait in my opinion.

Very very dissapointed with tjem. I've ordered curries and paratha (traditional paratha using ghee) many times from them since 2014 then this time, they gave me fried chapatis. I got really upset! I called them to ask them about it they insisted its paratha despite it costs £2.50 each. Won't ordder again!

Ordered online, looked at the reviews and it was really promising, I like to try different venues when it comes to Indian cuisine and make my own mind up once the food has arrived. I ordered then received a message saying my order had been declined, 20 mins after placing my order. Thank you but no thankyou. If you can’t handle demand then you wouldn’t be on a website like just eat

Take away arrived about 45 mins after it was due. No phone calls to say it was running late. Food wasn't so bad, but with many decent curry takeaways in Didsbury, I wouldn't bother with this one and try one of the others.

Stopped here for food. Was served by Jonathan and Amal. Both lovely, pleasant and polite, a credit to your business. It was a lovely afternoon. The food was really nice. It was clean and great value for money.

We ordered from here last night and they didn’t give us half our order. When we called to let them know, they refused to deliver the rest of our food or give us a refund - just to mention it next time we order. Ridiculous!
