Beautiful cappuccino with the cutest latte art. The French toast is also delicious and the staff are very pleasant here. My new go to for good coffee when I am in Leicester.

Stylish cafe with a great menu choice, a friend and I shared the strawberry and cream French toast and admittedly had low expectations. To our surprise, the French toast was incredible and definitely worth paying a visit for, I will be back again to try more as I was incredibly impressed. Interior was great and appealing but could use a finer clean in some areas, just wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner so it could’ve been a perfect experience. Thanks for the great food and vibes regardless!

The owner was very friendly, and the cafe has a nice vibe to it. I came in wanting to try a normal latte to give the place a go but I couldn’t resist the idea of a red velvet drink! Very tasty, would recommend to anyone who wants a sweet drink. I do need to give a coffee a try though, so I will definitely be returning every so often!

hia, the service was great, yet the coffee I received was quite severely under extracted and tasted sour and salty. this shop definitely seems promising and was my first pick for a specialty coffee shops. however, they definitely need to improve consistency throughout all shots and coffee orders. Re edit: thank you for talking with the team, if i ever come back to leister im sure it would be better <3 ty

To say I love this place is an understatement! Coffee is insanely good, the vibe is calm, service is fantastic and I would happily go there every single day!

I would give Saints 6 stars if I could. This is without a doubt, the best cafe I’ve been to, run by a beautiful team. Great coffee, pour overs, flat whites, cold brew you name it. Some brilliant signature drinks for the season, in particular the Baklava Latte. French toast is sublime, and my favourite is their Chorizo (Turkey) & Monterrey Jack Toastie. If you’re in Leicester you HAVE to visit Saints of Mokha.

Possibly the best specialty coffee shop i have ever been to. They clearly care deeply about serving excellent coffee, with several varieties and explainer cards for each of them. I had a geisha inmaculada and it was off the charts good.

Been a regular for a while now, Hands down best coffee in Leicestershire, lovely staff, always in a good mood and happy to help and the food is also to die for. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A very calm and relaxing atmosphere combined with a wide range of hot drinks and light foods. I enjoyed the 'personal level' of customer service. Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoyed my Drink, which was the Mokha. It was finished with a beautiful piece of latte art and had the correct chocolate to coffee ratio. A memorable experience and I will definitely be visiting more often. UPDATE 2023; Many moons later, I can can confirm that this coffee spot is STILL the best coffee spot in the city. Coffee was great, I've never had one that tasted chocolatey but it was amazing. I ordered a decaf, almond milk, hazelnut syrup iced latte 😋

Been meaning to write this for a while but I love their coffee!! On my last visit my hot chocolate fell over that’s the red one in the picture and the staff were so nice about it. I wouldn’t say I’m a regular customer but I seem to have a lot of coffees here 🤔

Very nice and cozy cafe. Interior is pretty and the drinks are good. French toast is also really nice here as well as there sourdough platters.

Overall, it was a nice coffee shop. I didn’t explore the upstairs but on the ground floor it was quite pleasant. I didn’t have any serious complaints about the drink, but the luna latte was too sweet. You can tone the sweetness down a bit, and the drink will taste healthier. Actually, I came here with an expectation to have a cute latte art, something that’s not a simple tulip. Unfortunately, I got a tulip, but never mind. And then a lady customer who arrived just when I was about to leave ordered a latte and got a seahorse art! It was so cute and she let me photograph it. Not sure if you need to be a regular in order to get a nice latte art 🤔 or I just don’t deserve it, lol. The tulip was pretty though

Had a flat white and Reuben sandwich. Clean, great atmosphere and most importantly the coffee was excellent, with strong distinct flavour. Got a bag of beans to go as well. Has an online shop for whole or ground beans.

Welcoming and friendly staff, great vibe and books on shelf 💯. Both my friend's drink and mine were lukewarm rather than hot. They tasted good but on a cold day like this a hot drink is better. The pancakes with white chocolate and pistachio were a little bit too sweet, I would like to try different pancakes next time.

Visiting Leicester, found this little gem of a place on my Birthday. The Earl Grey tea was the best I have ever tasted, presented beautifully and accompanied by a delicious cookie! Loved the tree and wood effects inside and the planted seating outside.

Great find, just off the main pedestrian areas in the city. The coffee was excellent, as was the service and staff.

The coffee at this establishment undoubtedly boasts high quality; however, the service management tends to falter when the venue is at full capacity. Despite this, the ambiance exudes warmth, providing an authentic local cafe experience, distinct from the sterile and soulless atmosphere often associated with modern commercial enterprises. Having visited the establishment on three separate occasions prior to offering this review, I find the velvet hot chocolate to be a particular highlight worth recommending. In summary, it serves as a pleasant venue to enjoy a drink and unwind.

Arguably the best coffee place in Leicester if you prioritise quality coffee/food, food/drink aesthetics, incredible customer service and a clean, minimalistic atmosphere. Particularly highlighting how lovely the staff is, clear effort and pride goes into their work.

The ambient was calm, soothing and all you want from a coffee shop. The staff was quick and friendly. I had a great Flat White and The food was amazing, I ordered the Eggs Benedict and they were spot on!

Such nice atmosphere, the waiters and barristers are very attentive, food tasted authentic and not out of a packet.

Nice vibe, and the food was very nice. i recommend ordering the traditional poffertjes, they were delicious. Coffee was served a bit cold. I recommend you can ask them to serve them hot. Edit: They have unfortunately taken poffertjes off the menu but I tried other things. Their Reuben toastie was superb! We really enjoyed it and it was nice and filling. The Avo on Sourdough was great in taste however the bread needed more toasting and the star of the show was the smoked salmon and cream cheese, it was fresh and tasty. Their coffees are always amazing.

What a lovely place. Staff are super-friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, coffee is immaculate, food is superb. Plenty of vegan options too. Reasonably priced compared to other city centre venues. Great atmosphere to get some work done, will definitely be back.

Hands down my absolute favourite coffee shop ever! I can't say enough about the incredible experience they offer. Their coffee is truly in a league of its own, and the Red Velvet lattes are an absolute delight. Every sip is a heavenly experience. The ambiance is just perfect. The warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy your coffee. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every member of the team is not only friendly but also incredibly passionate about what they do. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. And let's not forget the owner! His friendliness and dedication to the community are truly heartwarming. My only regret is that I've moved away from Leicester, and Saint of Mokhas is one of the main reasons I miss the city so much. Excellent location with a clean, organic and rustic decor. The owner is well educated, worldly cultured and kind. The food matches the atmosphere and energy - highly recommended.

A very nice cafe to sit in (especially the upstairs space). Had the tasty vegan carrot cake. But they need more plant-based/vegan items - ideally 100% vegan for all items, this should be the aim.

Coffee tasted great, I ordered a Flat white and the coffee had a dark roast profile so it came off quite strong but it matched my preference so I personally loved it, and there are variety of things to eat ( Pistachio Strawberry Pancake was what I got and loved every part of it ). The barista making the coffee was very passionate in the whole process of making it and the overall vibe of the cafe was great as well. It's just a great experience to try food which people and passionate to make and provide so all in all a great experience.

My favourite go-to coffee shop, the barista's are all super friendly and the food is delicious. I've been here quite regularly both to eat in and takeaway. Their avocado on toast with smoked salmon and the variety of egg options don't disappoint!

Superb coffees, some of the best I've ever tasted from friendly, unassuming shop in a Leicester back street. The single origin organic Columbian from a named producer which I'm drinking at the mo is sublime. They ground the coffee for an aeropress as l waited and had a fab pastry and cup of house java upstairs. Not cheap but so, so good. Boy will I be back!!

I went to the belvior st branch of the shop and loved it. The coffee was excellent. But, what struck me most was how nice the staff were. A man with clear learning needs came in and instead of shooing him off, they were kind and polite, offered him a hot drink and so on. They also held the doors open for the delivery guy with bread. Good, old fashioned manners. And as I say, great coffee

A brilliant coffee shop. My favourite in Leicester and run by a great bunch of people. They are also community-minded, running craft events in-store. A good food offer too. But the main thing is the coffee. A really well sourced range of naturals and honeyed. Roasted on-site and sold by people who care about coffee and the farmer. Wonderful.

The owner is super friendly and extremely passionate about what he does and honestly that makes all the difference. If this lil café was within walking distance, I’d be there all the time. This was my first and last time at this coffee shop. The food was good, I ordered the french toast (really good), & a caramel iced coffee but there was no caramel in it despite being charged for it (13.80 spent + my friend ordered food and two drinks). The one star is for the customer service received: - I was there for 3 hours total and was asked multiple times by the manager to continue ordering, after finishing my food + coffee. - I was in the middle of writing an email and said I would check the menu once I was finished, but was interrupted again saying if I did not order something I would be asked to leave (while my friend sat opposite me would be allowed to stay??) as I was taking up space from other customers (there were at least 4 empty tables). - He said I had to go downstairs to order again. I tried searching the menu online afterwards, but I was not able to find a drinks menu and was not provided one, + I was obviously full and caffeinated having only consumed my food + coffee less than an hour ago. - Since there was nothing else I could do, I decided to leave and free up space - only for the management to come to me a third time and ask for my name and say they would give me a free drink next time (mixed signals??). I was really uncomfortable as I could not read the intentions of this person after being pressured multiple times to order more, and then this. - Instead of having a formal ordering/time limit policy / promoting their menu items or making it easier to order/allowing customers time to digest food etc. I was just given a lot of anxiety and a really weird experience- I am all for supporting local businesses + I spent more than most would during the time I was there but did not appreciate the way we were treated. Truly disappointed because the other staff were so sweet and the food was great. But I have never experienced this before - would never visit again :(.
