Food arrived cold, curry was watery, onion bhaji was literally dripping with oil, papadoms had a burnt taste, chips were rotten, and the naan breads were so tough could hardly bite through them. Won't be ordering again

Ordered the special banquet and shared with my partner. Plenty for both of us and really tasty.

one item was wrong on order as wanted beef kurma and got chicken instead but everything else tasted good … rang up and was offered a free kurma next time and some discount will wait to see if this happens. As very rarely order Indians

Used be good but standard of the food had significantly dropped, while delivery driver is good and usually fast the restaurant stops taking orders early av just found the close at 9, recently had several order rejected on just eat as the accept the order then cancel it just before they close, definitely lost my business after my order was accepted but never arrived

Food never arrived i received a message it was being and immediately received the message enjoy your food i waited 45mins restaurant didn't answer phone so i drove to restaurant and its all shut up

The order was supposed to be from the Saffron Four Marks, Hampshire, not 200 miles away from the Saffron in Birtley…. someone collected it but it wasn’t me!

Faster than estimated delivery time food great as always latley the nann breads have bean over cooked hard in the middle not the normal lovely soft bread, staff are brilliant and rectifie any issues definitely my go to indian and highly recommended

The food from here is absolutely beautiful. Even though it was 15-20 minutes late it still arrived hot. Will pickup in future but I can't fault the taste and quality.

Delivery was quick but the food was so salty we couldn’t eat it. I had medium chicken curry and it went in bin. This used to be a nice take away but won’t be using again

Onion bhajis were a bit hard but sauces were delicious. Otherwise really enjoyed my meal.

Absolutely disgusting!! Curry had opened and spilt all over the rest and on top of that it was all freezing cold none of it got eaten

Ordered from here by mistake thinking it was sunarga. Lesson learned. Watered down curry. Tough baji and stale nan. Will be avoiding from now on.

Rarely have a bad experience. However today instead of tikka masala we got chicken with pineapple!!! The plain nan was a bit dry. Not what we are used to.

Once again, all the dishes were delicious, the delivery guy very pleasant, even all of the side dishes , Rice and even the chips.... Spot on... As afore mentioned I cook traditional Indian food, but always look forward to my Take Away...👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😋😋😋

Curry, rice and chunky chips are fabulous but the naan bread was dissappointing. Bit like shoe leather, very tough.

First time I’ve tried this place and was told by a friend how good it was and they were right. Everything from starters down to the main and nan bread was beautiful. Will definitely be back for more

Worst Indian Takeaway I've ever had. Ordered at 6.20pm on a Sunday evening and we usually have to wait up to 1 hour, website said delivery would be between 7.20 and 7.40, we got a call at 7.45 to say they'd had been busy so food would be another 15mins, this was after it was already 5mins late, we then waited until 8.20 before food arrived like warm and the chicken was the driest I've ever had. Will most definitely never order from here again, terrible service and food

The food was lovely. But it will only be a treat as it was a bit pricey. £4 delivery was perhaps a bit much as well since I was fairly close. But the food was class. Very nice food.

Kashmiri was fab, but madras was as hot as a vindaloo, would buy again but ask to tone down the heat.

Two weeks out of three they’ve refused delivery because they’re “busy”… great curry, spicy chips aren’t very spicy, but turning down weekly returning customers at 8pm is way off. Will be going elsewhere from now on. If it was 5 star food I’d understand, but it’s good at best, chips aren’t spicy and the middle of the garlic naans are like old cardboard. If you ever get an order accepted then go for keema naan, but be warned, it only has a quarter of the naan with actual meat in… a big L in my recent experience 👎🏻

Food was really tasty, will definitely order from this restaurant again. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is I want to try more dishes from them first! Be aware that good food cannot be rushed and our order was 30 minutes late. It was a Saturday evening, so I would expect a busy kitchen also

Very nice food and it came earlier than the expected delivery time

Although still delicious my food was luke warm unfortunately. The mint yoghurt sauce was pink and rather off putting, I think it was made with strawberry yoghurt, thanks anyway guys.
