3 hours late never ordering again

Haven’t received my order and says I have

My food was inedible and some was even wrong. The chips had potato roots coming out

As always lovli meal and plenty of it

Over an hour and 45 mins and food still hasn’t arrived

Ordered over two hours ago and was running late so spoke to the restaurant and asked where it was and was told it would be 20 minutes late it ended up being 40 minutes late. They also asked if i liked onion and i said yes and they didnt even give me the onion bhaji that i ordered… like why even ask me if i wanted it when i clearly ordered it. Food was very nice but they could do so much better to apologise for the lateness it just raises red flags for me.

Absolutely disgusting service. Delivered at 25past 7. Sent cheeseburger instead of chicken nuggets. Rang at 27 minutes past to inform of the mistake. Was told straight away that they had realised their mistake. No apologies at all!! Just got told that I would have to wait!! It was their mistake not mine. You rectify the problem as fast as you can. Not tell me to wait. It took another 45 minutes for my child’s food to arrive! Our food was cold by then, and what was sent wasn’t even chicken nuggets, it was chicken strips cut up!!! We didn’t eat ours and he didn’t like his. All food went in the bin. Absolutely revolting service from staff. No one apology. Will never order from here and you shouldn’t either. I want a full refund!

Ordered chicken tikka masala which came cold, it tasted okay, chicken chat which was bland and soggy, it was be better if you delivered the chicken filling and the wrap separately, bombay potatoes were cold and not spicy. My garlic nan was nice, and the rice was average. It was meant to be delivered by 6:20 - 6:40 and was late by 15 mins which isnt a big deal but when you ordered it at 5.25, definitely wasnt worth the hour and 35 minute wait. Dont think I'll order from here again. £23 down the drain for subpart food. I'm very disappointed.

Food was 2 and a half hours late, rang three times was told they were busy and it would be out in 15 minutes, 40 minutes after the last call it finally arrived. Food was Luke warm when it arrived, whilst I appreciate the free onion bhajis they gave us, I don't think they make up for the 2 and a half hours we had to wait for Luke warm food.

Food took 2 hours to arrive. An absolute joke but god forbid they take any responsibility. Seeing other reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. You’d think they would rectify this issue but then again that’s taking responsibility for your business. Which they won’t do so enjoy cold food folks.

Curries were really good, shame the poppadoms tasted fusty and the onion bhajis were missing. I collected the takeaway and the gent was lovely. I would still order again from here

Ordered 19:07 stated delivery 20:10-20:40. Called 20;45 told 20mins called 21:15 told be there in few mins.. called 21:40 they tried calling delivery driver he arrived… delivery driver stated not his fault.. so 2hrs 30mins after ordering food arrived and it was hot!! And was the best Indian tasted but shame had to constantly chase up

Food is great, but delivery times are terrible. Says it will be 40-50 mins when you press order but then 70-90 mins when order accepted. Eventually arrived over 2 1/2 hours after order. Even after they said it would be 20 mins it was 45.

Never again, food was chronically late and at best Luke warm when it arrived. Called the restaurant 4 times and given the busy line of excuses. Won’t be ordering again.

Our order was an hour and 40 mins late. The app said delivered at 19.20 called to see where it was and it was still at the takeaway. Called again 30mm a later and it still hadn’t left the takeaway. Finally arrived 1hr and 40mins later sweaty and Luke warm 😞

2 hours after it was supposed to be delivered and after multiple calls being told ‘it’ll be 10 minutes’ finally decided to cancel the order. Then for them to refuse a refund saying they were busy than expected. Can’t fault just eat itself who sorted the refund instead.

The chicken was still pink inside as I have a pregnant Girlfriend she didn’t eat it so went to waste, the popadoms we also over cooked and tasted burnt The korma sauce was nice tho and the chutney wasp also nice

The food was big portion sizes and meat good quality and really thick cut however my Naan bread was burnt and black on the bottom and tasted awful so it spoilt my kebab wrap.

When we were placing the order, the estimated time to our address was 30-40 minutes. Once we had paid, this changed to 1hr 15 - 1hr 30. To further this, the order arrived 10 minutes later than the latest estimated time. Food arrived at 21:25 on a Sunday evening, when we placed the order at 19:40. We rang to cancel the order at 9pm and were told it had left the restaurant however, it still took 25 minutes to arrive after that call. Food was warm, not hot. Overall disappointed

My food came up as our for delivery at 830 after I spoke to the restaurant. My food still has not arrived and I have called the restaurant again and the man said the food will be another 20 minutes. I placed my order at around 4pm today and it is still late. The food seems to show as delivered in the app and even the restaurant acknowledges they haven’t sent it. They are playing the system! I am very angry with this poor service

Donna meat was kinda burnt and chips were hard.

Waited over 2 hours had to ring them twice then they said they haven’t even sent it yet because I’m in belton and I’ll have to speak to just eat to get my money back, terrible service will never deal with again and never received food!

Pathetic, orders at 18:51 (said estimated 40 mins on the App) finally got food at 21:20 after messages and a phone call. Chips cold and rock hard.

Shocking place!! i get that you are busy but why not communicate this!! i rang 2 hours after order,was abruptly told it was no were near ready!! A simple text to say were running late is enough maybe!! I never received my order a refund is pending! I shouldve read the reviews prior!

Food was late, quality and taste very very poor. I am not even sure if this is called Indian food. I would be embarrassed to serve anyone this kind of food. You should be very ashamed of yourself.

They arrived late. Food was undercooked. My done kebab with salad and no sauce contained only lecture no onion, cucumber or tomatoes at all. They forgot to put no sauce at all on the kebab. I do not recommend buying anything from this business as this has happened to me on more than one occasion and will never be using their service agai

Nearly 4 hours late, messaged and called twice. I understand been busy and expect delays on Bank Holidays but. The company should not accept orders they can not cope with. We had ordered food 40 minutes before we finished work after doing a 12 hour shift at work with out food. We waited until we had no option but to have a pot noodle and go to bed as at this point we had less than 6 hours before we were back at work. Very disappointing the restaurant does not care or think about there customers at all.
